Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan dari variabel pemeriksaan pajak, sanksi pajak dan sosialisasi perpajakan, terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak pada KPP Pratama Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini memiliki jenis Causal Expalanatory, dengan teknik analisis regresi linier. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, yang dibuat berdasarkan kerangka teoritis, dan telah valid dan reliabel. Populasi yang diteliti adalah wajib pajak UMKM yang terdaftar pada KPP Pratama Kota Tangerang tahun 2018, sementara teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Probability sampling, dengan simple random sampling. Peneliti menggunakan sampel sejumlah 100 orang yang diambil secara acak dari KPP Pratama di kota Tangerang. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, terdapat pengaruh antara pemeriksaan pajak, sanksi pajak dan sosialisasi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak badan secara simultan, dimana pengaruh simultan pemeriksaan pajak, sanksi pajak dan sosialisasi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak badan adalah sebesar 75.4%. Untuk itu, peneliti menyarankan bahwa Pihak KPP Pratama Tanggerang diharapkan dapat mendorong adanya perhatian terhadap pemeriksaan pajak, pengenalan sanksi perpajakan, dan sosialisasi pajak sebagai salah satu cara meningkatkan kepatuhan konsumen.

Abstract: Research has been conducted at Pekanbaru City Junior High School in October to November 2018 which aims to determine the implementation of the scientific approach to science learning in class VIII students of Pekanbaru City Junior High School using purposive sampling technique. The samples used in this study were grade VIII teachers, totaling 10 teachers, namely SMPN 1 Pekanbaru, SMPN 3 Pekanbaru, SMPN 4 Pekanbaru, SMPN 6 Pekanbaru, SMPN 7 Pekanbaru, SMPN 10 Pekanbaru, SMPN 12 Pekanbaru, SMP N 14 Pekanbaru, SMPN 20 Pekanbaru and SMPN 23 Pekanbaru. The instruments used were scientific approach questionnaire, observation sheet and document assessment sheet. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by the value of the product moment at the level of 5% using the SPSS application and descriptive analysis was carried out. The results of the questionnaire validation scientific approach in stage I with a significant level of 5% with 5 respondents, which is equal to 0.878 and found that the questionnaire is not yet valid. Then stage II validation was carried out with a significance level of 5% with 10 respondents, which was equal to 0.632 with the results of 4.50 with very good criteria. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that what is done in the implementation of the scientific approach to science learning in eighth grade students of Pekanbaru City Middle School shows that the scientific approach has been implemented very well.Key Words: Analysis, scientific approach, science learning

Tempat tinggal merupakan kebutuhan mendasar setiap individu dengan variasi opsi tempat tinggal yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi. Sebelum adanya internet, mencari hunian kos merupakan tantangan dengan keterbatasan informasi dan risiko penipuan, namun dengan berkembangnya teknologi telah memudahkan pencarian hunian kos melalui berbagai platform. Cove merupakan perusahaan co-living yang didirikan pada 2018, mengalami pertumbuhan di Indonesia sejak ekspansi tahun 2020. Meskipun menawarkan fasilitas eksklusif dan prioritas pada keamanan dan kesehatan, proses pemesanan kos melalui website Cove masih manual melalui pesan WhatsApp, bertentangan dengan kemudahan pemesanan online sebelumnya. Evaluasi kualitas layanan dilakukan menggunakan framework WebQual yang menitikberatkan pada variabel Usability Quality, Information Quality, dan Service Interaction Quality terhadap kepuasan pengguna dalam penggunaan website Cove. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menerapkan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dan Generalized Linear Model (GLM) sebagai teknik analisis data. Sebanyak 102 responden yang pernah menggunakan website Cove di Indonesia menjadi sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen dinyatakan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna.

This research was a case study research that aimed to investigate the application of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) in a speaking class at MAN Lubuk Alung. The subject of the study was a certified High School English teacher in Lubuk Alung who has 25 years teaching experience. The teacher’s speaking class was observed whether or not matched with the principles of CLT. The data were analyzed through some steps of qualitative data analysis, they are data managing, reading, describing, classifying, and interpreting. The result of the research revealed that the process of teaching speaking were not appropriate with CLT principles. Conversely, she seemed still to apply the characteristics of conventional teaching method.

Slow-release fertilizer (SRF) has become widespread in agricultural practices to reduce nutrient leaching, but the fertilizer coating has the potential to pollute the environment. Microplastics from fertilizer coatings can be released from paddy fields, enter drainage channels, and pollute rivers and the sea. This study uses paddy field modeling in planting containers to measure microplastic mass concentration and release pattern for 10 days from paddy fields under controlled conditions. This planting container was designed to resemble a paddy field equipped with soil, rice plants, and an artificial drainage system. A total of 81 mg of microplastics from the fertilizer coating was put into the planting container, and every day water samples passing through the hole were collected and analyzed in the laboratory to obtain the mass and pattern of gradual changes in microplastic concentration. The results showed that the highest microplastic release occurred on day 1 at 19.000 mg/L and the lowest at a concentration of 0.500 mg/L on day 6. Overall, the microplastic mass release has a downward trend pattern. High microplastic release on day 1 has a mass concentration of 19.000 mg/L, then decreases sharply at 2.333 mg/L on day 4, followed by a stabilization phase at low concentrations (2.000 - 0.500 mg/L). The total accumulated microplastic release during the study period reached 45.333 mg or 55.967% of the total input. These findings indicate that slow-release fertilizer coating contributes significantly to microplastic pollution in aquatic ecosystems.

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions of Nibras Hijab consumers in South Tangerang both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a data collection method with a sampling technique of 97 respondents. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results show that price (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a regression equation of Y = 2.180 + 0.892X1. The correlation coefficient value is 0.756 The determination value is 57.2%. The hypothesis test shows t count> t table (11.270> 1.660). Promotion (X2) also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression equation of Y = 7.811 + 0.754X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.705 The determination value is 49.7%. Hypothesis test shows t count > t table (9.690 > 1.660), price (X1) and promotion (X2) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 0.522 + 0.612X1 + 0.344X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.619 and the determination value is 61.9%, and the hypothesis test shows F count > F table (76.295 > 3.093). Keywords: price,promotion, purchase decision
