Abstract

Industri yang tengah bertumbuh saat ini menuntut  entitas bisnis untuk memiliki sistem pengendalian  internal yang baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja untuk bersaing di pasar. Shima Co., Ltd sebagai salah satu perusahaan dagang yang memiliki pangsa pasar domestik dan internasional juga menghadapi berbagai risiko. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memahami  implementasi sistem pengendalian internal yang  diterapkan pada siklus penghasilan Shima Co., Ltd dan memberikan rekomendasi atas kelemahan yang ditemukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dalam metode ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa Shima Co. Ltd telah menerapkan pengendalian internal yang sesuai dengan komponen pengendalian internal menurut COSO tetapi masih memerlukan beberapa perbaikan. Perbaikan perlu dilakukan pada  kebijakan otorisasi transaksi dan pendokumentasian Standar Operasional Prosedur.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Sistem Pengendalian Internal, Siklus Penghasilan

Abstract

Elementary school is an education category that must be considered for its quality, because learning at the elementary level is the initial foundation before students move on to the next level. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the learning process is not optimal. The learning process before the pandemic was carried out face-to-face, but learning is currently forced to switch online (on a network). The impact of the application of online learning makes students feel bored, their enthusiasm for learning decreases, and even students' grades are also decreasing. In response to this, the principal of SDN Madiopuro implemented the use of Quizizz which was expected to increase students' enthusiasm for learning. So far, the application has only been carried out in one class, because valid data is needed regarding information on the Quizizz implementation that has been implemented. The purpose of this study was to find out how the experiences of students and teachers in using Quizizz. In addition, this study will analyze the value before and after using Quizizz. To find out the comparison of data, data is needed for classes that do not use Quizizz. Therefore, this study is a comparative study comparing classes that use and do not use Quizizz. The results of this study indicate that the class that uses Quizizz gets a better average score, and all students in the class agree that Quizizz is easy to use and fun.

Abstract

CV Indomedia Pustaka was established as a company with a focus on book publishing. In running the business process CV. Indomedia Pustaka has problems with the inconsistency of the completion time for each book to be published. This will pose a risk to the CV publisher. Indomedia Pustaka. To be able to help solve problems, the first thing that needs to be done is to identify business processes in detail to be able to solve existing problems. There are four steps in the identification process: breakdown, modeling with Business Process Model and Notation, fine tuning, and validation (BPMN). Value Added Assessment (VAA) and fishbone diagrams were used to analyze the problem. Simplification is the third step of Business Process Improvement (BPI), and it is determined that six business processes need to be improved. As an additional step, the proposed business process is put through a bizagi modeler simulation comparison to see how much time can be saved by implementing it than the current one. On the recommendation of the manuscript checking business process, an increase of 42.95% was carried out. Recommendations for editing manuscripts also increased by 33.24%. The script layout business process has increased by 3.37%. The recommendation for book cover design decreased by 9.11%. However, the recommendation for author approval experienced a significant increase of 49.95% and the recommended production business process also increased by 8.76%.

Abstract

Mount Semeru is one of the famously known mountains to hikers. A new policy is given by the authorized administrators effective from 2017, stating Semeru hiking reservations can only be made through the official reservation site available. However, the hiking reservation's procedure on the official site still feels troublesome and prolonged. Design of User Experience on Semeru Hiking Reservation Mobile Application has been directed using the Human Centered-Design (HCD) method. The first step is to analyze user requirements with the intention of specifying user needs and complaints. The next step is to design the solutions based on the user requirements. The outcome of this step is as follows: an information architecture as the development's guidance, a wireframe as the simple layout sketch, and a high-fidelity prototype as the interactive system resembling the completed application. The last step is to evaluate the prototype using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. Based on the results, the prototype receives the mean value of 2,3 on pragmatic quality, 2,0 on hedonic quality, and 2,2 overall quality. The previously mentioned results fulfilled the minimum score of 0,8, thus can be categorized as excellent.

Abstract

Cashless Payment is an innovation from the development of digital services in facilitating the transaction process. The benefits of digital payments that are felt by users are getting convenience in using the system, getting evidence of transaction results, practicality in conducting transactions, and the level of security of the system related to the transaction process. This study was conducted to ease identify the effect of interest in use of perceived ease to use and perceived usefulness. The digital payment applications studied in this study are OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, Dana, and LinkAja. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique on two categories of UMKM respondents and buyers. Through questionnaire statements distributed through Google Form, 130 respondents were obtained from UMKM and 135 respondents were buyers. From the two categories of respondents, it is known that the variableso perceive ease to use and perceived usefulness have an influence on interest in using non-cash payment applications. It is known that in both categories of respondents there is a partial or simultaneous influence on interest in use from perceptions of ease of use and perceptions of usefulness with the results of the significance value below 0.05. From the results of the regression model equation, the intention to use of digital payments will increase positively according to the regression coefficient value getting a positive value, if it is known from perception ease to use of and perceived usefulness has increased positively.

Abstract

The Department of Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) of Malang City is responsible for managing the population administration of the people of Malang City. This management is supported by an information system that capable of serving population administration activities through the Sistem Informasi Aplikasi Pelayanan Elektronik (SIAPEL) Malang Kota website. Based on an interview with the Dukcapil of Malang City, the SIAPEL Malang Kota website has only been used by a small number of people in Malang City and its usability aspect has never been evaluated. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate to see the level of usability and quality of the services provided. The purpose of this study was to see the level of usability on the SIAPEL Malang City website and provide recommendations for design improvements from the usability problems found. Evaluation using the Cognitive walkthrough method involves six evaluators. Each evaluator works on 11 task scenarios, then answers four thought provoking questions (TPQ). The results of the evaluation found 25 usability problems, then analyzed so that they became 21 unique usability problems. The most usability problems found by evaluator 5 were eight problems, most were found in task scenario 8 with seven problems, and most related to TPQ2 questions with 13 problems. Usability issues are discussed for improvement suggestions. These suggestions become the main source in the preparation of recommendations for improvement. The improvement design refers to the HHS Guidelines. Design improvements on the SIAPEL Malang Kota website resulted in design improvements on nine pages with a total of 11 designs.

Abstract

In 2020, the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology created a program that is useful for improving self-competence for a student, this program is called "Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM)". The implementation of the MBKM Program at the Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) has been implemented since the even semester of 2020. However, because this program is a new program created by the government, from FILKOM UB, the implementation of the MBKM program is still not optimal and there are many obstacles at the beginning, such as the delivery of information that is not comprehensive, the collection of administrative files is still done manually. , and the absence of a supporting platform for the delivery of information related to MBKM activities at FILKOM UB. Therefore, in this study the author aims to design a user experience web portal for MBKM FILKOM UB. This website can later be used as a forum for FILKOM UB in conveying information about MBKM activities and can help students or lecturers to support their activities in the MBKM program. The design of the MBKM web portal user experience uses the design thinking method. The design of the solution in this research is in the form of an interactive prototype which will be used at the evaluation stage of prototype testing. The solution design evaluation test was carried out using usability testing to 9 (nine) participants who were classified into 3 (three) different groups, namely active students of FILKOM UB who had never participated in MBKM, active students of FILKOM UB who were registered in MBKM, and MBKM supervisors. This evaluation results in 95% on the effectiveness aspect, 70% on the efficiency aspect, and 83% on the satisfaction aspect. The value of the satisfaction aspect in this study was obtained through the USE Questionnaire which included 4 parameters, namely usefulness, ease of use, ease of learn, and satisfaction. The usability level achieved in the user experience web portal design of MBKM FILKOM UB reaches 83% and is included in the very good category..

Abstract

After the COVID-19 pandemic, the government continues to pay close attention to study plans, one of which is implemented in universities, namely Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). In order to support the implementation of activities, the government to create an official website for the Kampus Merdeka (KM). In its development, the quality of the website becomes an important part that needs attention. This research was conducted to get feedback from students, especially the internship program at Skilvul Virtual Internship. WebQual 4.0 method is related to measuring the influence of website quality on user satisfaction. Data was collected through the distribution of online questionnaires containing as many as 20 statement items from all the variables used. Using purposive sampling technique got a total of 106 respondents with valid answers. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the SPSS 26 program resulted showing the three WebQual 4.0 variables simultaneously affecting 80.1% of user satisfaction variables, while the rest was explained by factors other than those in the study. Meanwhile, the partial test results show that the usability quality variable has no significant effect compared to the other two variables, namely the information quality variable and the service interaction quality which have a significant and positive effect on the user satisfaction variable on the KM website.

Abstract

CV. Teguh Jaya Mandiri (TJM Production) is a company engaged in the screen printing and packaging industry. Despite having 15 years of experience, the accounting process at the company still uses the manual method. The process that is still done manually includes the preparation of general journals to the preparation of financial reports. As a result of financial reports that use manual methods only use books as processing media, several times an error occurred in data processing. The accounting process tends to take longer because if the finance staff enters the wrong data, the next process will be hampered and have to map the data to the previous process. Based on the problems that have been described, it is necessary to create an information system that can support financial accounting process on CV. Teguh Jaya Mandiri (TJM Production). Where this system can be used in the finance department to make it easier to enter data on income and expenses to be presented as information. The purpose of this research is to analyze user needs, design information systems according to requirements specifications, and evaluate requirements specifications. This study uses an object-oriented approach to perform system analysis and design. Meanwhile, the evaluation of the results used the sequence matrix method and the suitability method. This research produces current and proposed business processes, system features and requirements specifications, and system interfaces and evaluation results. The results of the evaluation of the traceability matrix show that each requirement can be traced to the features and design diagrams. While the results of the conformity evaluation show that the requirements specifications are by the features of the system.
