Abstract

Performance measurement is an evaluation of the implementation of activities to achieve the expected goals by assessing both financial and non-financial performance. The public perception of the programs carried out by the Garut Regency P2KBP3A Service still reflects stereotypes and outdated mindsets, which impact the failure to meet the expected program performance targets. This research aims to analyze how performance measurement is conducted at the Garut Regency P2KBP3A Service using the Balanced Scorecard model through four perspectives. The research applies a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative methods using interactive data analysis and quantitative methods using descriptive analysis. Data collection was conducted through interviews, questionnaire distribution, and document analysis. The study results show that performance measurement at the Garut Regency P2KBP3A Service, viewed through the Balanced Scorecard model using four perspectives, is considered good. This indicates that the Garut Regency P2KBP3A Service has carried out programs according to its duties and responsibilities. However, some programs still fail to meet the targeted performance objectives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan rekrutmen guru terhadap motivasi kerja guru untuk mewujudkan hasil belajar siswa di MI dan MTs Iqro Yayasan Riyadusholihin Leles-Garut. Sumber data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 64 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling sensus., yaitu teknik sampling dimana semua anggota digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) jenis software SmartPLS versi 3.Hasil pengujian hipotesis yaitu: koefisien jalur pelaksanaan rekrutmen guru terhadap motivasi kerja guru untuk mewujudkan hasil belajar siswa memiliki nilai original sampel 0.749, tstatistik sebesar 4.421 dimana tstatistik > 1.96. Dengan demikian, diperoleh keputusan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang memiliki makna pelaksanaan rekrutmen guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi keja guru untuk mewujudkan hasil belajar siswa di MI dan MTs Iqro Leles Yayasan Riyadusholihin Leles-Garut. Koefisien jalur pelaksanaan rekrutmen guru terhadap motivasi kerja guru memiliki nilai original sampel sebesar 0.939, tstatistik sebesar 36. 197 dimana tstatistik > 1.96. Dengan demikian diperoleh keputusan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang memiliki makna pelaksanaan rekrutmen guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Koefisien jalur pelaksanaan rekrutmen guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa memiliki nilai original sampel -0.023, tstatistik sebesar 0.910 dimana tstatistik < 1.96. Dengan demikian diperoleh keputusan H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak yang memiliki makna tidak terdapat pengaruh pelaksanaan rekrutmen guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Koefisien jalur motivasi kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa dimana nilai original sampel sebesar 0.886, tstatistik sebesar 0.746 dimana tstatistik > 1.96. Dengan demikian diperoleh keputusan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang memiliki makna motivasi kerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim madrasah terhadap kinerja guru untuk mewujudkan hasil belajar peserta didik di MTs Negeri 2 Garut. Sumber data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 55 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling sensus, yaitu teknik sampling dimana semua anggota digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) jenis software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil anallisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel iklim madrasah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,939 dan signifikan, dengan P-value < 0,05., iklim madrasah mampu menjelaskan variasi variabel kinerja guru sebesar 74,60%, kinerja guru berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,886 dan signifikan, dengan P-value < 0,05, iklim madrasah berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien jalur -0,023 dan tidak signifikan, dengan P-value < 0,05, kinerja guru dan iklim madrasah mampu menjelaskan variasi variabel hasil belajar sebesar 88,60%, dan kinerja guru signifikan sebagai variabel antara (intervening) antara variabel iklim madrasah dan kinerja guru dengan P-value < 0,05.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is a strategic challenge for madrasahs amid globalization and national education policy. Madrasahs are not only required to excel academically, but also to shape students’ character and spirituality. MA Darul Arqam Putri Garut, as a pesantren-based madrasah, seeks to integrate Islamic values with 21st-century competencies. However, obstacles remain in program implementation consistency, monitoring and evaluation systems, and the relevance of teacher training to classroom practices. This study aims to analyze the management of madrasah quality improvement strategies, including planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and the role of leadership and institutional collaboration. The study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that quality improvement strategies have been systematically designed and supported by teacher training, academic supervision, and collaboration with LP2M Muhammadiyah. Nevertheless, effectiveness has not been optimal due to weak continuous monitoring and limited follow-up supervision. Strengthening data-based strategic management and continuous evaluation is essential to improve madrasah quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher competence on teacher work motivation and its impact on learning effectiveness at Garut Islamic School Prima Insani Elementary School. This quantitative study used a survey method involving 52 teachers. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using linear regression. The results showed that teacher competence significantly influenced teacher work motivation, and work motivation significantly influenced learning effectiveness. These findings indicate that increasing teacher competence can directly or indirectly improve learning effectiveness through increased work motivation. The research instrument was a 1–5 Likert scale questionnaire that measured teacher competence, work motivation, and learning effectiveness. The analysis results showed that teacher competence significantly influenced teacher work motivation. Work motivation also significantly influenced learning effectiveness. Thus, work motivation is a mediating variable that links teacher competence with learning effectiveness. This study confirms that increasing teacher competence directly and indirectly impacts the quality of learning.
