Abstract

Abstract. Mobile payment is generally a payment tool in the form of software available in smartphones to make it easier for its users to make transactions anytime and anywhere his research aims to give empirical evidence of the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, and security on the interest in the use of mobile payment in Garut University students. We collect questionnaires from 100 students that are selected using the proportionate sampling method. The data is then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The analysis’ results show that both perceived of benefit and security variables partially has a positive effect while the perceived ease of use and trust has an insignificant effect on the interest in using mobile payments. This study provides an essential insight into how academic users in rural areas in Indonesia adopt electronic payment technologies.Keywords:  Perceived ease of use, Perceived of usefulness, Trust, Security, Interests.

Abstract

Masalah stunting menggambarkan adanya masalah gizi kronis yang dipengaruhi oleh ibu ataupun calon ibu, masa janin, dan masa bayi/balita serta masalah lainnya yang secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kesehatan. Jumlah stunting yang terdapat di Kecamatan Tarogong Kaler Kabupaten Garut sebanyak 963 kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stunting pada anak usia 6-23 bulan di Kecamatan Tarogong Kaler Kabupaten Garut. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 91 responden, teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lima faktor yang terbentuk merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi tingginya angka stunting di Kecamatan Tarogong Kaler Kabupaten Garut yaitu faktor riwayat kehamilan dan sanitasi lingkungan, faktor pola asuh dan keberagaman pangan, faktor pendapatan orang tua, faktor karakteristik keluarga, serta faktor pelayanan kesehatan. Faktor yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi stunting pada anak usia 6-23 bulan di Kecamatan Tarogong Kaler Kabupaten Garut setelah dilakukan proses ekstraksi dan rotasi faktor adalah riwayat kehamilan dan sanitasi lingkungan dengan eigen value tertinggi, dimana faktor riwayat kehamilan dan sanitasi lingkungan ini mencakup (PHBS, jarak kehamilan, usia ibu hamil, riwayat infeksi anak, dan pengelolaan limbah rumah tangga).

Abstract

Increasing user acceptance of a website is an important aspect in ensuring the success and sustainability of website usage. In Garut Regency, the implementation of the Next Generation Social Welfare Information System (SIKS – NG) plays a crucial role in providing population information services to the public. Therefore, this research aims to analyse the acceptance model of the SIKS – NG website in Garut Regency using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 3 (UTAUT 3). This study employed a survey method by collecting data from 40 users representing sub-districts in Garut Kota District t, Garut Regency. The data were then analysed using Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Mode (PLS – SEM). The result showed that performance expectations, business expectations, habits, facilitating conditions and personal computer innovation which are the dimensions of UTAUT 3 have a significant effect on behavioural intention and there is an influence of behavioural intention on SIKS – NG website adoption behaviour in Garut Regency. This research has practical implications the development and management of the SIKS – NG website, especially in Garut Regency. In addition, this research can also be a basis for further research in the context of the acceptance use of information technology in other areas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pemasaran Kafe Yamsuwoo berdasarkan persepsi konsumen dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, untuk memberikan rekomendasi dalam meningkatkan daya saing di pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan deskriptif serta menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel probabilitas dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk memilih responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kafe Yamsuwoo berada di kuadran pertumbuhan pada analisis SWOT dan direkomendasikan strategi berorientasi pertumbuhan berdasarkan bauran pemasaran, yang mencakup penetapan harga yang terjangkau, pemanfaatan teknologi untuk kegiatan promosi, lokasi strategis, maksimalkan pelayanan, fasilitas yang memadai, dan membangun kepercayaan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini orisinal dalam menjelajahi strategi pemasaran Kafe Yamsuwoo berdasarkan persepsi konsumen dan memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan daya saing di pasar.

Abstract

Performance measurement is an evaluation of the implementation of activities to achieve the expected goals by assessing both financial and non-financial performance. The public perception of the programs carried out by the Garut Regency P2KBP3A Service still reflects stereotypes and outdated mindsets, which impact the failure to meet the expected program performance targets. This research aims to analyze how performance measurement is conducted at the Garut Regency P2KBP3A Service using the Balanced Scorecard model through four perspectives. The research applies a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative methods using interactive data analysis and quantitative methods using descriptive analysis. Data collection was conducted through interviews, questionnaire distribution, and document analysis. The study results show that performance measurement at the Garut Regency P2KBP3A Service, viewed through the Balanced Scorecard model using four perspectives, is considered good. This indicates that the Garut Regency P2KBP3A Service has carried out programs according to its duties and responsibilities. However, some programs still fail to meet the targeted performance objectives.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of content marketing and destination branding on consumer preferences at Garland Barnville, a Swiss-themed cafe in Garut. Using a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM on 100 respondents, findings reveal that both content marketing (? = 0.524; p < 0.05) and destination branding (? = 0.391; p < 0.05) significantly and positively affect consumer preferences, with an overall explanatory power of 75.4%. These results indicate that consumer attraction shaped not only by product quality but also by visual narratives and destination identity, thereby reinforcing the relevance of the “experience economy” perspective. Theoretically, this study contributes to the literature by extending destination branding and content marketing research into the thematic cafe sector, an area underexplored compared to mainstream tourism. Practically, the findings provide implications for managers, emphasizing the need to balance aesthetic storytelling with core product quality to ensure sustainable competitiveness and repeat visits

Abstract

The Pandu Online website provides benefits for the government in providing effective and efficient public services that enable the government to provide better accessibility for the community. This study aims to analyze the effect of the quality of the Pandu Online website on user satisfaction in Garut Regency using the Webqual 4.0 method. The Webqual 4.0 method is an approach that integrates advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analysis, Internet of Things (IoT), and others, to improve the quality and experience of users when accessing websites. This study uses a quantitative approach by conducting a survey of 100 Garut residents who are users of Pandu Online website. The collected data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) with the help of WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results showed that there is an influence on usability, information quality, interaction service quality, which are the dimensions of website quality on user satisfaction. This research contributes to the application of the Webqual 4.0 method which can increase user satisfaction in the future.

Abstract

The application of online services at the Population and Civil Registry Service (Disdukcapil) in Indonesia is important in increasing the efficiency and quality of public services. However, the success of reveiving online services is still a major concern for the government and public service managers. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the online service acceptance model at Disdukcapil in Indonesia using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The data collection method was carried out through a survey of potential users of online services and using Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Model (PLS – SEM) to analyze the data. The results showed that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitudes towards system, behavioural intention and the actual system usage which are the dimensions of the Technology Acceptance Model have a positive effect on acceptance of online services at Disdukcapil in Indonesia. The findings can be used as a guide for policy makers and public service managers to increase acceptance and adoption of online services in the government sector. In addition, this research is expected to provide a strong foundation in improving and improving public services effectively using technology.

Abstract

Purpose: The study aimed to identify and analyze factors affecting tourists’ destination patronizing intentions toward Mount Papandayan Tourism, Indonesia. Methodology: This study applied quantitative methods with a descriptive explanation design. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have visited Mount Papandayan Tourism more than once. Results: The collected data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis supported with SPSS. The result showed that two new factors namely testimony and loyalty were generated out of seven tested factors including telling experiences, giving recommendation to visit, desire to tell positive things, promoting tourism, desire to revisit, reluctance to changes, and not needing new experiences. Applications/Originality/Value: The research implication is that it can be utilized as consideration for developing Mount Papandayan Tourism. The proposed managerial implications were creating attractions that encouraging the tourists to give testimony on the tourism objects and providing services that attract the tourists’ intention to visit.
