Abstract

Salah satu bagian yang berperan dalam terwujudnya visi, misi dan sasaran sekolah tinggi teknologi garut adalah mengakomodasi kebutuhan pengguna lulusan (dunia usaha dan industri). Pengembangan pusat karir di sekolah tinggi teknologi garut diharapkan dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan tersebut serta merupakan upaya pelaksanaan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi untuk mewujudkan perguruan tinggi yang berkualitas dan menghasilkan tenaga profesional di bidang teknik Informatika, teknik industri dan teknik sipil. Data yang disampaikan dalam penelitian ini masih berdasarkan estimasi dari setiap jurusan yang ada di sekolah tinggi teknologi garut, hal ini dikarenakan belum adanya wadah yang dapat mengelola informasi tersebut secara akurat. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya pusat karir ini diharapkan dapat lebih mengoptimalkan informasi menjadi lebih akurat serta dapat memberikan masukan dan informasi kepada mahasiswa mengenai kompetensi kerja yang diperlukan untuk menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dibidangnya masing-masing. Model penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP).

Abstract

- Perancangan aplikasi rekayasa perangkat lunak sistem informasi rekam medis berbasis client-server di klinik cipanas adalah pengaplikasian dari sistem terkomputerisasi dalam bidang teknologi informasi. Perusahaan, klinik, pemerintah saat ini sangat mengutamakan teknologi terutama dibidang komputer, komputer sangat memegang peran penting dalam mendukung aktifitasnya. di klinik cipanas juga, teknologi informasi sangat penting bagi klinik. Dilihat dari latar belakang rekayasa perangkat lunak sistem informasi rekam medis masih terdapat kendala seperti pada saat proses pencarian data rekam medis pasien. Metodologi yang di pakai dalam perancangan ini adalah dengan Object Oriented Desain (OOD) dari Unified Approach (UA) Ali Bahrami (1999). Perancangan sistem masa depan merupakan tahapan setelah melakukan proses analisis. Dalam perancangan terdapat beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan yaitu perancangan kelas, metode, atribut, dan asosiasi, menyaring UML Class Diagram, perancangan layer akses dan layer antarmuka, dan terakhir yaitu proses pengujian. Abstract

Program Studi Teknik Informatika Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Garut menyelenggarakan pendidikan formal. Pendidikan formal seperti Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Garut memiliki salah satu aspek yang penting dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Aspek tersebut adalah evaluasi hasil kegiatan belajar mengajar selama periode waktu tertentu. Seiring dengan lamanya waktu kegiatan pendidikan yang dijalankan, jumlah soal untuk evaluasi hasil kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dimiliki Dosen di Program Studi Teknik Informatika terus meningkat. Maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah aplikasi Bank Soal untuk menyimpan soal-soal hasil evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metodologi berorientasi objek dengan pendekatan Unified Software Development Process dengan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language. Pembuatan interface aplikasi bank soal menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan untuk databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Pembuatan Aplikasi Bank Soal di Program Studi Teknik Informatika mampu memberikan solusi dalam mengatur penyimpanan soal-soal dengan baik dan Dosen dapat menggunakan soal-soal sebelumnya yang pernah dibuat untuk digunakan pada waktu berikutnya serta sejarah pembuatan soal-soal dapat dicari dengan mudah.

Abstract

Surat Kabar Harian Pagi Radar Garut merupakan sebuah koran lokal yang diterbitkan PT. Wahana Semesta Garut yang merupakan bagian dari Group Jawa Pos. Koran ini terbit setiap hari Senin sampai Sabtu. Koran ini berisikan 12 Halaman. Yatiu 4 halaman warna dan 8 halaman hitam putih. Perancangan website Radar Garut menggunakan metode Rekayasa Web (web engineering) dari Roger S Pressman yang diawali dengan formulasi, perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, pembuatan halaman, sampai dengan pengujian. Pemodelan dalam merancang website Radar Garut dengan menggunakan  Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) digunakan untuk menggambarkan alur proyek dari awal sampai selesai. Perancangan website Radar Garut menggunakan software notepad ++ dan pengujian dilakukan dengan blackbox testing. Berdasarkan hasil perancangan ini,  akhirnya dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa perancangan ini berupa website berbentuk berita dan juga promosi yang telah memenuhi kebutuhan website Radar Garut yang dirancang.

Abstract

A computer shop is a place that sells equipment related to computers. As technology advances, people's needs for computer shop locations are also increasing. Computer shops themselves not only sell various computer needs such as hard disks, Random Access Memory, and accessories such as mice and keyboards, some computer shops also sell products in the form of services such as computer servicing, computer assembly, installing software, and buying and selling used computers. Currently, information about computer shops only consists of explanations about the shop and mapping of computer shop location points, there is no information based on completeness categories in the form of product services, computer accessories, computer buying and selling. This means that the public or potential consumers do not know much about the location and search for computer shops in the city of Garut. Because the level of public need for the availability of goods and services will be very necessary, an application system is needed that can help increase store sales and the needs of the public as consumers. The aim of this research is the design and development of web-based computer shop mapping in Garut Regency. The methodology used to design this application is Rational Unified Process (RUP) with several stages of inception, elaboration, construction, and using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. The results of this research are a geographic information system mapping computer shops to help make it easier for users or potential consumers to choose a complete computer shop and recommended computer shop.

Abstract

In the current era of the industrial revolution, the need for human resources is increasingly stringent for skills that are in line with the latest technological developments. As an education provider, the Garut Institute of Technology strives to provide quality education to prepare alumni to be able to compete in the world of work. To get feedback from alumni, you need a way to get that information. Tracer study is an activity carried out by educational institutions to obtain information regarding the success of the educational process carried out by alumni. Apart from that, using the tracer study data can be used as evaluation material for educational institutions to improve learning and existing services. The Garut Institute of Technology, as a private university in Garut, which graduates hundreds of students each year, has carried out tracer study activities using the existing system. Based on the results of interviews conducted, there are system limitations in terms of monitoring in the form of the distribution of alumni who are already working and require a consultation feature which aims to be able to carry out online consultations regarding careers. The aim of this research is to build a web-based tracer study and build a tracer study system so that it can monitor alumni distribution and provide career-related consultations. This research uses the Agile methodology with the Scrum framework with the stages of requirements, product backlog, sprint planning, sprint, sprint review and sprint retrospective. By using system design modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of this research are a system that can be used to determine the distribution of alumni and to provide feedback regarding the education received.

Abstract

Independent learning is an activity carried out by students with the aim that students can explore the material provided by the lecturer. Therefore, the Daily Report application is here to help students report independent learning activities carried out by students. Problems arise when students find it difficult to use the Daily Report application due to several things such as inappropriate button placement, input form design that is too rigid and using inappropriate fonts and icons. The aim of this research is to develop the Daily Report application design by applying the user-centered design methodology. The user-centered design methodology is an application design development methodology that focuses on user needs. This research resulted in the development of the Daily Report application design with test results using the usability scale system obtaining an average usability score of 73 with a scale grade of C and an adjective rating of Good, which proves that the development of the application design makes it easier for students to use the Daily Report application.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an e-portfolio system for students and alumni of the Garut Institute of Technology, which is provided by the Career Development Center (CDC). This system allows users to archive digital work or proof of achievement which can be in the form of achievements, awards, certifications, work history, education, and involvement in organizations, as an e-portfolio. Agile methodology with a Scrum approach is used in this research, and this system is designed as a website using the React JS Framework. The result of this research is an alternative system that makes it easier for users to create and access e-portfolios digitally and helps the Career Development Center increase opportunities for students and alumni to find jobs that suit their skills and interests. This system allows users to manage and share e-portfolio results online or download them in pdf format.

Abstract

The negative impact of spreading hate speech on social media has prompted various parties to intervene. Computer science researchers have conducted experiments to find solutions for automated intervention by applying artificial intelligence, such as machine learning and deep learning. The fulfillment of the theory of truth makes the machine learning paradigm considered by scientists to solve problems. However, the increasing size of social media data has shifted its paradigm to deep learning. Deep learning becomes a new normal science after completing the task of classifying hate speech well on a large amount of data. However, any approach will be an anomaly when it cannot complete the task. The accessibility of research resources makes it easier for researchers to determine the nature of their experiments, whether scientific or pseudo-science.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memperkenalkan prototipe aplikasi segmentasi wilayah terdampak bencana (DAS-Apps) untuk melakukan segmentasi wilayah terdampak bencana berdasarkan fitur latitude dan longitude (geo-posisi). Aplikasi ini berfungsi untuk menyeleksi informasi bencana dari media sosial, data resmi pemerintah dari Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB), dan informasi bencana yang dikirimkan melalui DAS-Apps secara real-time. Daerah terdampak dipetakan berdasarkan data geo-posisi kemudian dihitung menggunakan metode Haversine Formula untuk menunjukkan peristiwa bencana terjadi dan seberapa jauh jangkauan bencana dirasakan. Pada penelitian ini, simulasi DAS-Apps dilakukan menggunakan dataset gempa (M ≥ 5.0) yang berasal dari Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) pada rentang bulan November dan Desember 2022 khusunya data bencana gempa bumi untuk wilayah Cianjur, Indonesia. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe DAS-Apps dapat melakukan proses segmentasi wilayah berdasarkan radius geo-posisi dari titik informasi bencana sehingga dapat diimplementasikan untuk untuk framework aplikasi tanggap darurat dan manajemen bencana pada penelitian selanjutnya.   Abstract   This research introduces a prototype Disaster-affected Area Segmentation Application (DAS-Apps) designed to perform segmentation of disaster-affected areas based on latitude and longitude features (geo-positioning). The application functions to filter disaster information from social media, official government data from Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB), and disaster information submitted in real-time through DAS-Apps. The affected areas are mapped based on geo-positioning data, and then calculated using the Haversine Formula method to indicate when and how far-reaching the disaster events are perceived. In this study, DAS-Apps simulations were conducted using earthquake datasets (magnitude ≥ 5.0) from the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) during the months of November and December 2022, specifically earthquake data for the Cianjur region, Indonesia. The test results indicate that the DAS-Apps prototype can successfully carry out the area segmentation process based on the geo-positioning radius from the disaster information point, making it suitable for implementation in emergency response and disaster management application frameworks in future research.
