Abstract

AbstrakTulisan ini membahas tentang  peran Kepolisian Reasort Gowa dalam menanggulangi balapan liar di Kecamatan Pattallassang Kabupaten Gowa (Perspektif Hukum Islam). Masalah kemudian di susun ke dalam submasalah atau pernyataan penelitian, yaitu: (1) Bagaimana upaya Kepolisian dalam Menanggulangi balapan liar? (2) Bagaiman prosedur Penanganan balapan liar di Polres Gowa? (3) Bagaimana pendapat pemuka agama terhadap balapan liat?. tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field research), yang di mana penulis langsung terjung ke lapangan  dengan di perkuat hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dalam penulisan skripsi ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut.(1) Upaya kepolisian dalam penanggulangan balapan liar di jalan masuk padifalley golf yaitu: (a) upaya preventif, melakukan pencegahan dengan melakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat dan sosialisasi keselamatan berlalulintas (b) upaya represif, upaya penindakan tersebut berupa tilang dan penyitaan (2) Prosedur penanganan balapan liar di Polres Gowa yaitu : (a) melakukan penyuluhan ke sekolah-sekolah dan masyarakat (b) melakukan raziah atau patroli secara rutin (c) melakukan penangkapan dan penyitaan barang bukti. (2) pendapat imam desa pallantikang mengenai balapan liar di jalan masuk padifalley golf sangat mengganngu masyarakat karna suara yang berisik dan mengganggu penggunaan jalan lain.Kata kunci: Balapan Liar; remaja; KepolisianAbstractThis paper discusses the role of the Reasort Gowa Police in tackling illegal racing in Pattallassang District, Gowa Regency (Perspective of Islamic Law). The problem is then organized into subproblems or research statements, namely: (1) What is the Police effort to tackle illegal racing? (2) What is the procedure for handling illegal races at Gowa Police Station? (3) What is the opinion of the religious leaders towards the clay race? This paper uses the field research method, in which the writer directly enters the field by strengthening the results of interviews and documentation. The results of the research and discussion in the writing of this thesis can be concluded as follows: (1) The efforts of the police in tackling illegal races at the entrance of padifalley golf are: (a) preventive efforts, prevention by conducting public education and socialization of traffic safety (b) repressive measures, enforcement measures in the form of speeding tickets and seizures (2) Procedures for handling illegal races at the Gowa Police Station, namely: (a) conducting counseling to schools and communities (b) conducting routine raids or patrols (c) making arrests and confiscating goods Proof. (2) the opinion of the pallantikang village priest regarding the wild race at the entrance to padifalley golf greatly disturbs the public because of the noise and disturbing use of other roads. Keywords: Wild Race; Teenager; Police

Abstract

Abstract. The study was conducted in two cycles, consisting of: planning, implementation, analysis, reflection. The first cycle is obtained, the students activity consider the teacher's explanation 57.14%, using the laboratory equipment of 22.86%. cooperation between students in the group 28.57%, asking questions11.43%, answering teachers questions 45.71%, expressed ideas 8.57%, draw conclusions 42.85%. make reporting 51.43%, punctuality 42.86%. Learning outcomes mean 66.60, highs 79.00, lows 53.00, classical completeness 57.14%. In the second cycle of the student activity increased to 94.28%. Using laboratory equipment 85.71%. cooperation between of students in the group 71.43%, asking the question 40%, answered questions teachers 82.86%, expressed the idea 28.57%, summed 80.00%. makereporting    97.15%,    punctuality    85.71%,    and    learning outcomes mean of 77.80, 89.00 highs, lows 63.00 88.57% classical completeness.published work. Keywords: Learning Activities, Learning Outcomes, Practical Methods, Classroom Action Research
