Abstract

Rice for the poor program (Raskin) is one of the Indonesian governments program to increase the consumption of poor households (RTM) and reducing the burden of Target Households spending through the partial fulfillment of rice food needs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency programs in the RaskinTolongano Village, District of South Banawa, Donggala. This research was conducted in the village of Tolongano in October until Novebmber 2015. The data used in this research is data Primary and secondary. Analysis of the data used in this research is the method of qualitative (descriptive) and quantitative. The results showed that the effectiveness of Raskin in the village Tolongano still relatively low at 40.00%. This indicates that the distribution of Raskin in the village Tolongano ineffective because Based on the analysis of the attitude of households targeted beneficiaries concluded that the distribution of Raskin in the village Tolongano not effective, because based on the attitude of the target households, indicators of the effectiveness of Raskin which meets just the right quality and on time, while for other indicators are not appropriately priced, targeted, and not just the right amount. Marketing efficiency in the village Tolongano is 0.07, indicating that the distribution of Raskin in the village Tolongano been efficient, since the calculation of the efficiency of distribution Raskin under one. Key Words: Distribution, effectiveness and efficiency, poor household, Raskin.

Abstract

Maize plays a part important after rice with a value of nutrition high carbohydrate. This research aims to know to eligibility of maize farming financial. This Research is executed in Sumari Village District Of Sindue Sub-Province of Donggala from April up to June 2015 with reason of that Countryside of Sumari represent one of the areas which producer of Maize. Amount of farmer of responder counted 30 farmers from totalizing population counted 103 KK pursuant to the formula of Slovin. Used Analysis Data know the target of which wish to be reached that is a Criterion Investment by using the method of Net Value present (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) and is Internal Rate Of Return (IRR). Result of calculation obtained NPV equal to Rp. 8,348,157.50, - indicating that investment at maize farming in Sumaria Village gives advantage equal to Rp. 8,348,157.50, - during six years according to present value by financial beneficial or competent to be labored, yielded IRR equal to 23,85% bigger than bank interest rate going into effect equal to 18%. This matter indication that maize farming in Sumaria Village District Of Sindue Sub-Province of Donggala competent to be labored because IRR bigger than bank interest rate going into effect and Net B/C obtained equal in this 2,28 matters indicate that to each, every present value of expenditure equal to Rp.1 will give benefit equal to Rp. 2,28.                                                             Key Words :  Expedience, finansial, maize, producer, revenue

Abstract

This study aims to determine the copra marketing channels, the amount of margin on each marketing channel, and the price part that received by farmers in each marketing channel and the copra marketing efficiency of each marketing channel. The study was conducted from March to May 2015 at Tambu Balaesang District of Donggala. Respondents were farmers, traders and retailers as consumers. Sampling of respondents performed by using simple random sampling and selected 34 respondents from total 130 farmers in this village. Sampling for merchant respondent’s was by tracing method and got 3 collectors and 1 retailer respondents. The total number of respondents was 38. The analysis was used the farmers share. The analysis showed that the copra marketing margin obtained for the first channel was 500 per kg. The part of this price that received by farmers in this first channel was 90,60%, and the second channel is 94,44%. Thus, the greatest part of the price received by farmers is on the second channel of marketting. Copra marketing channels in Tambu village consists of two channels, namely: 1) Farmers →middle man→Consumers, 2) Farmers →Consumers.In the first channel, efficiency value that received by farmers was 9,40% and 5.56% at second channel of marketing, respectively. Thus the direct channel from farmers to consumers is more efficient.Key Words: Copra, farmershare, marketing analysis.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine best marketing strategies for seaweed candy industry "Citarasaku" in Tinggede Village District of Marawola Sigi. This research was conducted in January – February 2016 with the number of respondents was four people. The tool used to analyze both internal and external factors of the industry “Citarasaku” was the SWOT. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy for marketing the seaweed candy is in the quadrant I (Strengths – Opportunities strategy).  The best strategies implemented include (a) utilizing the availability of raw materials for production increases in order to meet highly increasing demand, (b) promoting attractive packages and affordable candy price through various media, (c) maintaining the quallity of the products in order to take advantage of goverment assistance and activities organized by government such as exhibitions. Key Words: Candy, marketing strategies and SWOT analysis.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the income and the feasibility of wetland rice farming in Maranatha village, Sigi Biromaru sub district of Sigi district.The location was determined purposively whererespondents were selected using a simple random sampling technique and the number of the samples using Slovin formula. The Samples were 38 households taken from 280 farmer households with the error of approximately 15%. The analysis used wasthe income analysis (π) and feasibility analysis (R/C). The results showed that the mean value of the respondents income in one planting period was about IDR 8,150,109/1.04 ha or IDR 7,836,643.33/ha. The result of R/C analysis was 2.00 indicating that every IDR 1spent will generate income of about IDR 2.00. Therefore, it is feasible for the rice farming to be developed in Maranatha. Key Words:  Farming, feasibility, income, paddy.

Abstract

The research aims were to analyze the financial feasibility of ‘Tahu Mitra Cemangi’ industry and to calculate the industry return on invested capital (ROIC).  The research was conducted at Tatanga sub district of Palu in January – March 2016.  Data was analyzed using financial feasibility analysis with four indicators i.e. net present value (NPV), net benefit cost ration (Net B/C), internal rate of return (IRR), and payback period (PP).  During 2012 – 2015, the industry had the NPV of IDR 1,272,519,155, the net B/C of 2.32, the IRR of 41.2%, and the PP of one year and two months.  These results suggest that the industry is feasible to operate. Keywords: Feasibility, and Financial.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the total cost of production, physical production, sale price and revenue generated by Prima Jaya industry for its Kacang Goyang business in Palu in order to find the break even point of the business.The study location and its four respondents were purposively selected.  Qualitative analysis was used to descriptively depictgeneral profile, cost and income of the business whereas quantitative analysis was employed to determine the break even point.  The revenue of Prima Jaya industry was found to be IDR 42,000,000/month with production cost spent was IDR 31,298,261/month, therefore its income generated was 10,701,739/month.  The break even point was achieved at 70 packs for the price of IDR 40,000/pack.Keywords:Break even point, Home industry,income, and Prima Jaya industry.

Abstract

Pertambangan batubara pada 10 tahun terakhir mengalami peningkatan. Kegiatan pertambangan tidak terlepas dari kegiatan eksplorasi dan eksploitasi. Tambang terbuka maupun tambang bawah permukaan erat hubungannya dengan kajian geoteknik dan menjadi persyaratan dalam mengajukan izin kegiatan penambangan. Lokasi administrasi daerah penelitian terletak di daerah Desa Purwajaya, Kecamatan Loajanan, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Dalam kegiatan di lapangan dilakukan pemetaan geologi teknik dan pengeboran geoteknik. Dari hasil kegiatan tersebut data diolah dilaboratorium dan menghasilkan sifat fisik dan mekanik tanah dan batuan untuk dapat mengetahui kekuatan massa batuan. Analisis laboratorium menghasilkan data sifat fisik dan mekanik tanah dan batuan. Hasil analisis tersebut digabungkan dengan hasil deskripsi pengeboran geoteknik yang kemudiandigunakan untuk menentukan kekuatan massa batuan (RMR) di setiap titik bor. Pada titik bor GT 01 dengan RMR kisaran 37 termasuk dalam kelas IV (poor rock) dan kelas III (fair rock). Titik bor GT 02 dengan kisaran RMR 35 termasuk kelas IV (poor rock) dan 68 untuk kelas II (good rock). Titik bor GT 03 dengan kisaran RMR 30 termasuk kelas IV (poor rock) dan 73 untuk kelas II (good rock). Simulasi kestabilan lereng dilakukan dengan menggunakan data hasil analisis laboratorium pada kedalaman dan sudut lereng tertentu dan menghasilkan nilai FS 1,265 untuk highwall dan 1,311 untuk lowwall.

Abstract

Abstract: Maqasid asy-syariah is target and meaning desired by syara in specifying or  it all or most his lawses, or target oves and specified secret God in each God law. Thus, Maqashid asy-syariah is existing secret and target and desired God in specifying, ad for as a whole and some of laws of God. Target of syariah, at the core of is to look after kindliness of human being and obviate badness, either in world and in eternity/the beyond. Theory of maqasid asy-syari’ah, becoming fulcrums the core important is kindliness of human being in eternity/the beyond and world. This matter, new earn isnt it if five fundamental element can be realized and looked after. Ad for fundamental element, is to look after religion, soul, mind, clan and look after estae.   Abstrak: Maqasid asy-syariah adalah target dan makna yang diinginkan oleh syara dalam menentukan atau semuanya atau sebagian besar hukumnya, atau target oves dan Tuhan rahasia tertentu dalam setiap hukum Tuhan. Dengan demikian, Maqashid asy-syariah adalah rahasia dan target yang ada dan diinginkan Tuhan dalam menentukan, iklan untuk secara keseluruhan dan beberapa hukum Tuhan. Sasaran syariah, pada intinya adalah menjaga kebaikan manusia dan menghindarkan keburukan, baik di dunia maupun di keabadian / keabadian. Teori maqasid asy-syariah, menjadi titik tumpu inti adalah kebaikan manusia dalam keabadian / keabadian dan dunia. Hal ini, penghasilan baru bukan jika lima elemen fundamental dapat direalisasikan dan diperhatikan. Iklan untuk elemen mendasar, adalah untuk menjaga agama, jiwa, pikiran, klan dan mengurus harta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of farmers income on the sweet corn farming in the village of Labuan Induk, Labuan subdistrict, Donggala Regency. The study was conducted from April to June 2016. The determination of sampling method used simple random sampling method (Simple random sampling method) by taking 30 respondents out of 96 people a corn farmer in the village of Labuan Induk. The analysis method used is the analysis of income. Results of the analysis showed that an average acceptance of sweet corn growers in the farm of the village of Labuan Induk is Rp 10.3075 million / 0.52 ha / PS or USD 19,822,115.4 / ha / PS and an average income of Rp 5818 .747,27 / 0.52 ha / PS or Rp11.189.898,6 / ha / PS. Keywords: Desa Labuan Holding, Sweet Corn, Revenue
