Abstract

Pengelolaan toko buku secara digital sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan, terutama dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi mobile berbasis Android yang dapat membantu manajemen stok dan transaksi penjualan dengan fitur pemindaian barcode menggunakan teknologi Google ML Kit. Fitur utama dari aplikasi ini adalah kemampuan untuk memindai barcode secara real-time, yang mempercepat proses pengelolaan stok dan memungkinkan pengidentifikasian buku secara otomatis tanpa proses manual yang memakan waktu. Metode pengembangan mencakup pembuatan perangkat lunak menggunakan Android Studio dengan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin dan integrasi basis data MySQL untuk penyimpanan informasi stok dan transaksi. Aplikasi ini juga menyediakan fitur laporan penjualan yang bisa diakses secara real-time. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi waktu dalam pencatatan transaksi serta pengelolaan stok secara keseluruhan. Dengan aplikasi ini, diharapkan pemilik toko buku dapat mengoptimalkan operasional toko, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih responsif kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

The snack industry, including the Mirasa Gendis Sriyanti Candy Factory in Magelang, faces various operational issues such as ineffective stock control, overproduction risks, and discrepancies between production processes and market demand. These challenges often lead to excess stock, inefficient costs, and financial losses. As a small business, the factory needs to adopt modern technological solutions to improve operational efficiency, particularly in production and inventory management. This study focuses on developing a mobile-based Production Management Information System called Sweet Candy for the factory. The application utilizes Firebase as its backend for real-time data storage, facilitating efficient management of production, scheduling, inventory, and reporting tasks. The system is built using Android Studio and Kotlin, offering features such as input for production requests, scheduling, and monthly reporting. Black box testing confirmed that the application meets the necessary requirements and performs as expected. This study contributes to the digitalization of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by presenting an innovative approach to production management.

Abstract

Problems in egg distribution management that still use manual methods, such as recording on paper, present a number of significant obstacles. This process is prone to recording errors, data loss, and requires a lot of time and effort. The main challenges faced are efficiency and accuracy in distribution management. As a solution, the development of a special mobile application is proposed to automate various aspects of egg distribution. This application is designed to simplify the process of recording, storing, and managing data digitally, so that it can overcome the limitations of manual methods. By presenting features such as viewing egg distribution locations, and real-time transaction recording. This application aims to improve operational efficiency, minimize human error, and accelerate distribution. In addition, the implementation of this mobile technology has the potential to have a positive impact on logistics management and customer service quality. With digital transformation in the distribution system, it is expected that there will be a significant increase in productivity and reliability of operational processes. Abstract

Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) is one of the e-catalog information technologies applied in libraries. OPAC is a library information retrieval system that can be accessed online. State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta has been using OPAC since 2012 and OPAC users are increasing from year to year. An information system will be used by users if it suits their needs. The successful implementation of OPAC raises questions about the factors that influence this success. For this reason, this study aims to determine the factors that influence users to use OPAC. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a multivariate statistical technique which is a combination of factor analysis and regression analysis (correlation) which aims to examine the relationships between variables in a model. Processing using SEM will be carried out to find the relationship between the variables to be tested, which variables are interconnected, and are there any unrelated variables. The results of processing the variables using SEM can show what variables attract users to use the e-catalog. Acceptance of information systems can be measured by several evaluation models that have been developed at this time. There are many evaluation models used to measure. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is the appropriate model to use for this study, because this study is about the acceptance of a system. In addition, several previous studies used by researchers as references also used TAM as their study method to assess user acceptance of a system. This study modifies TAM, which is used to determine user acceptance of an information system, by adding three exogenous variables, information quality, perceived enjoyment, and user interface. Results of this study proved that information quality, user interface, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and behavioral intention to use, are all factors that influence the actual use of OPAC. Perceived enjoyment is a variable that cannot be proved affects the actual use of OPAC.

Abstract

This study designs and implements an Android-based goat farm management application at Golden Star Farm, Cilacap. The main issues addressed are the disorganized sales data recording and the lack of socialization regarding goat care procedures among employees. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to ensure speed and accuracy in meeting user needs. This application improves the accuracy of sales data recording, facilitates access to goat care information, and provides a user authentication system. Testing using the Black Box Testing method shows that all features function properly. The research results prove that this application reduces errors in data recording, enhances employee understanding of goat care, and positively impacts livestock health and the sustainability of the farming business.

Abstract

In general, motorcycle vehicles only have security such as conventional safety locks or only an alarm system. Unlike vehicles such as modern cars that already have GPS (Global Positioning System) devices. There are many ways to improve motorized security systems, one of which is embedding GPS devices in vehicles that do not yet have similar security. So Internet of Things (IoT) technology and GPS devices such as Ublox Neo are used to help monitor the whereabouts of vehicles in real time. IoT technology allows smart sensors to be connected to the internet network. Tracking systems that use IoT can utilize data from sensors to provide information to users about the whereabouts of their vehicles. the use of this technology aims to increase efficiency and security on vehicles so that cases of vehicle theft rates can be suppressed. The results of the test there are several conditions when the device cannot work properly. However, 80% of the test results show the success of the device in tracking vehicles. The average response time in receiving satellite data is about 1-5 seconds. The user can also turn off the vehicle so that the user can more easily chase the perpetrator so as to minimize the occurrence of vehicle theft. the response time of the device in turning off the vehicle is about 5-10 seconds due to alternating in sending and receiving data with the GPS module. It is hoped that criminals who steal vehicles will find it more difficult to steal motorcycles equipped with IoT-based security systems.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence technology offers various benefits for teaching staff, which can improve the quality of teaching and the efficiency of the educational process. Artificial intelligence technology makes it very easy for teachers to prepare materials, learning methods and case studies that are relevant to the subjects taught by the teacher. An obstacle that often occurs and is faced by teachers is when teachers prepare material and deliver material using artificial intelligence (AI) technology, so it is felt necessary to hold training on the use of artificial intelligence technology, especially for teaching teachers. Through mentoring to increase teacher competency, it is hoped that teachers can be more creative and more innovative in preparing and delivering material to students. Teachers are also expected to be able to provide examples that are appropriate to the subjects taught and adapt to the current age development of students. Learning by utilizing AI technology is also expected to be able to reduce students' dependence on social media or online games which are often played by students, apart from that students are also required to read more to increase their insight in the teaching and learning process

Abstract

Counseling services are a form of psychological support and educational tool that play an important role in student development in the school environment. The main objective of these services is to help students develop strong, independent characters that are ready to face future challenges in academic, social, and emotional aspects. However, in many schools, including SMAN 1 Demak, the counseling service system used is still conventional, such as manual recording and limited communication. This causes the counseling process to be less effective, less conducive, and time-consuming. These problems require the use of information technology in the form of digitizing counseling services. This study aims to develop a digital counseling service system based on the Agile method, which allows the system development process to be carried out iteratively and adaptively to user needs. The system was developed using the agile development method in the form of a mobile application using the Kotlin programming language. Blackbox testing was also carried out to ensure that the Adaptive Counseling system was running properly, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) was used to ensure that the system design was feasible for use. This system can improve the work efficiency of guidance counselors, accelerate access to student data, and create a more interactive and structured counseling space. This can be proven from the Black Box results, which show that 100% of the system's functionality runs according to the design. With the implementation of this digital system, counseling services at SMAN 1 Demak can run more optimally, modernly, and in accordance with the needs of the times.

Abstract

Industri kreatif digital mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat seiring meningkatnya permintaan terhadap produk desain di berbagai marketplace daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola tematik dari kumpulan nama produk template desain guna memahami kecenderungan pasar dan tren desain yang diminati. Penelitian ini menggunakan Peterdraw Studio sebagai Studi Kasus, yakni studio desain yang aktif menjual berbagai produk template di beberapa marketplace digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah BERTopic, yang mengombinasikan embedding transformer BERT untuk representasi semantik, reduksi dimensi menggunakan Uniform Manifold Approximation and Projection (UMAP), pengelompokan menggunakan Hierarchical Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (HDBSCAN), serta ekstraksi kata kunci topik melalui class-based TF-IDF dan KeyBERT. Data penelitian diperoleh dari empat marketplace digital, yaitu Creative Market, Framer, Envato Market, dan Envato Elements dengan total 3.217 entri nama produk. Hasil pemodelan menunjukkan bahwa setiap marketplace memiliki topik dominan yang berbeda, mencerminkan variasi kebutuhan pengguna seperti tema branding, presentation, dan UI/UX design. Evaluasi model menghasilkan nilai topic coherence tertinggi sebesar 0.86 dan topic diversity tertinggi sebesar 0.98, menandakan bahwa BERTopic mampu mengidentifikasi topik yang kohesif, beragam, serta relevan untuk menganalisis tren desain pada Peterdraw Studio.

Abstract

ALM Mart is a minimarket that still relies on manual transaction recording using cash books and calculators. Which often causes calculation errors, inaccurate stock data, and difficulties in generating sales reports. This research aims to develop an integrated sales system consisting of a web application for cashiers and administrators, as well as a mobile application for customers who want to order products online with a pickup at-store model. Development was carried out using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which enables rapid prototyping and involves users at every stage. The system was successfully built within 8 weeks with complete features including digital cashier, automatic stock management, online ordering, Digital payment, and sales reporting. Black-box testing conducted with the store owner and customers showed that the system functions as expected and reduces transaction time by up to 60% compared to the previous manual method.
