Abstract

The existence of Islam as a religion of da’wah dan humanity, which means, that the basic concept of Islamic theories are covers about all the conditions of human life, which in a sense-not only discuss the purely worship (ibadah mahdloh), but also talk about aspects of improvements in social  community and society. In the present context, Manaqib Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani has been designed to be a remembrance and famous and known as a unique religious movement and became a “breath and reason” the spirituality of marginalized communities (edges), according to the facts and truth, the reality of religious movements can affect, keep and maintain the norms and morality (moral) social. Where there, in the presence of this movement and behavior concepts silaturrahim (among jama’a manaqiban), awakening the main attitude in life, personality, nice and good character. And also in fact, the relationship of reason and the reconstruction of the socio-spirituality of the theological community has a strong relationship from the perspective and view point of “riayatul maslahat”. Keberadaan Islam sebagai agama dakwah dan kemanusiaan, yang berarti, bahwa konsep dalam teori- teori keislaman bahasannya mencakup tentang seluruh kondisi kehidupan manusia, yang dalam artian- bukan hanya membahas ibadah mahdloh (murni bersifat ilahiah)  saja tetapi juga berbicara tentang aspek-aspek perbaikan (moral dan sosial) di dalam masyarakat. Dalam konteks kekinian, Manaqib Syaikh Abd al-Qadir al-Jailani yang telah di desain menjadi sebuah dzikir  dan kemudian masyhur dan di kenal sebagai sebuah gerakan keagamaan yang unik dan menjadi sebuah “nalar dan nafas” spiritualitas masyarakat marjinal (pinggiran); menurut fakta, pada kenyataannya –gerakan keagamaan tersebut- dapat mempengaruhi dan menjaga norma dan   moralitas (akhlak) sosial. Dimana, dalam gerakan ini terdapatnya konsep dan perilaku silaturrahim (diantara jama’ah manaqiban), terbangunnya sikap utama dalam menjalani hidup, kepribadian dan karakter yang baik. Dan pada kenyataannya, hubungan nalar spiritualitas dan rekonstruksi sosio-teologis masyarakat memiliki hubungan yang kuat dari sisi titik pandang dan perspektif ri’ayatul maslahat( public interest)

Abstract

Women movement in contemporary context is a ovement which has value, meaning and its own’s potential. The movement covers several factors in society, and one of them is women’s effort and strenght in improving living standart of the society. Furthermore, actualization of this empowerment is in forms of building and developing women cooperative institution as  a  medium  for  increaing  economics’  welfare  of  socety.  The  succes  of  that  cooperative institution gives proof and important meaning of the influence and the present of women in the middle of society as well as deconsts doubt stigma towards women’s role and their strenght.  Then,  phenomenollogy,  the  existence  of  women  cooperative  institution  is  the actualization  of  role  and  economics  empowerment  of  society  by  women  is  the  proof  of women’s strenght in social realm and society. Gerakan  perempuan  dalam  konteks  kekinian  adalah  gerakan  yang  memiliki  nilai,  arti dan potensi tersendiri. Hal ini meliputi sekian banyak factor di dalam masyarakat, dan salah  satu  diantaranya  adalah  daya  ikhtiyar  dan  upaya  kekuatan  perempuan  dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat. Selanjutnya, aktualisasi pemberdayaan ini adalah dalam bentuk pendirian dan pengembangan koperasi wanita sebagai sarana meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat. Kesuksesan yang ditunjukkan oleh koperasi wanita ini memberi  bukti  dan  arti  penting,  makna  pengaruh  dan  kehadiran  perempuan  di  tengah masyarakat, sekaligus mendobrak stigma keraguan akan peran dan kekuatan perempuan. Selanjutnya,  secara  fenomenologis,  eksistensi  koperasi  wanita  adalah  aktualisasi  peran dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat oleh perempuan merupakan bukti akan kekuatan perempuan dalam ranah social dan masyarakat.

Abstract

The  episthemology  of  Islamic  fundamentalism  and  liberalism  movement  in  modern  era  has significant  meaning.  These  two  movements  influence  significantly  on  Muslim’s  value  and behavior as well as their religiosity. As it has been known that each movement has its own main principle. On the onehand fundamentalism empahasizes qur’an and sunnah movement with its litaralist movement, muslim thinkers try to reinterprete those islamic sources islamic values with modern thinking as the requirement to face and to solve contemporary problems, on the other.Therefore, it should be acknowledged that muslim restore religious concept and start to reanalyze tafsir and sunnah based on human situation, social law, gender justice. Finally, it is undisputable that each religious movement has its own character. Epistemologi dari gerakan Islam fundamentalis dan Islam liberalis di era modern memiliki arti penting. Dua gerakan ini memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai dan perilaku serta paradigma  keberagamaan  umat  Islam.  Sebagaimana  di  ketahui,  bahwa  dari  masing-masing gerakan yang ada memiliki prisip utama, sebagamana dalam Gerakan Islam Fundamentalis menyeru untuk kembali pada al-Qur’an dan Sunnah dengan pendekatan literal tekstual pada tafsir ayat-ayatnya, di sisi yang lain, para pemikir Islam menyeru untuk melakukan pemaknaan ulang  nilai-nilai  keislaman  dengan  menggunakan  pemikiran  modern  sebagai  syarat  untuk menghadapi dan memecahkan persoalan-persoalan kemanusiaan terkini, oleh sebab itu, nampak bahwa masyarakat muslim seharusnya merestorasi konsep keagamaan di semua bidang dan memulai analisis ulang terhadap tafsir dan as-Sunnah berdasar situasi kemanusiaan, hukum

Abstract

This article discuss about Hisbah Council (Dewan Hisbah) as an institution of The Organisation of Islamic Unity  (PERSIS) which has the authority to product fatwa. This research is aimed to elaborate  the concept of  maqâshid syarî’ah used by Hisbah Council in issuing fatwa.  To issue fatwa, they use the methodology (manhaj) and system (thurûq) that has the character and ideology to implements the concept of  back to the al Qur’an and al Sunnah. It means that the fuqaha who engaged in Hisbah Council makes and put of school (madhab)  position "only" as a comparison of legal opinion in all istinbâth process. By his approach they hope  the development of Islamic law (fiqh/ fatwa) can  answer any muslim problems of any where and every time  (sholihun likulli makan wa zaman).

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai Layanan Orientasi oleh Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling pada Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yang berbentuk survey yaitu prosedur dengan pemecahan masalah yang diselidiki dengan menggambarkan atau melukiskan keadaan layanan orientasi pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak. Dan dijelaskan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data. Layanan orientasi oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling tentang pengenalan lingkungan sekolah pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak mencapai 72% masuk dalam kategori rentang penilaian tinggi, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan orientasi oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling tentang pengenalan lingkungan sekolah pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak sudah tergolong sangat baik. Yang artinya menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan layanan orientasi tentang pengenalan lingkungan sekolah sudah terlaksana dengan sangat baik.   Kata Kunci: Layanan Orientasi, Bimbingan Dan Konseling Abstrak: This study aims to obtain an overview of Service Orientation by Master of Guidance and Counseling in Class VII SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method survey that is shaped with troubleshooting procedures investigated by describing or depicting the state of service orientation in class VII SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak. And explained descriptively. Based on the analysis of data. Service orientation by teacher guidance and counseling about the introduction of the school environment in the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak reached 72% in the category range of high valuation, it can be concluded that the service orientation of the teacher guidance and counseling about the introduction of the school environment to the students of class VII SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak been classified as very good. Which means showing that the implementation of service orientation on the introduction of the school environment has been implemented very well.   Keywords: Service Orientation, Guidance And Counseling

Abstract

Sistem yang mendukung kebutuhan sumber daya manusia dan karyawan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Employee Self Service (ESS) adalah sistem berbasis mobile yang mempermudah karyawan dalam mengakses layanan Human Resources (HR) seperti absensi, slip gaji, pengecekan cuti, dan informasi data diri. ESS menawarkan manfaat seperti keakuratan data, kemudahan akses, dan pengurangan penggunaan kertas. Haen Teknologi Nusantara adalah perusahaan ritel perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, pengelolaan administrasi karyawan belum terkomputerisasi, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan sistem ESS berbasis mobile menggunakan pendekatan Design Thinking untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Pendekatan ini berfokus pada inovasi dan solusi berbasis kebutuhan pengguna melalui pengembangan prototipe. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi ESS berbasis mobile yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses administrasi karyawan dan mendukung operasional perusahaan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The Digital Wedding Invitation Management System provides a modern solution for efficiently managing wedding invitations in digital format. This research is driven by the increasing need for a platform that allows couples to create, manage, and distribute wedding invitations online, in response to contemporary lifestyle changes and the complexities involved in organizing weddings today. This system aims to simplify the invitation process by offering tools that allow couples to personalize and share invitations while enhancing interaction with guests through digital communication features. Developed using Agile methodology, this system benefits from iterative development and continuous user feedback, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs. This system is built on the Laravel framework, known for its scalability and reliability, ensuring a secure and high-performance platform. This research includes various stages, including needs analysis, system design, implementation, and thorough testing to ensure the reliability and quality of the system. The result is a user-friendly and efficient Digital Wedding Invitation Management System, which helps couples manage their wedding invitations easily, reducing the time, effort, and costs typically associated with traditional invitations. This system represents an innovative approach to digital invitation management, providing greater convenience and accessibility for users throughout the wedding planning process.

Abstract

In the world of education, the principal certainly has the task of making decisions within a school. This study aims to determine the decision-making process of the madrasah principal in achieving the vision and mission of Islamic education at MI Sultan Fatah Demak. This study uses qualitative methods and data collection in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the decision-making process is based on 5 stages, namely the problem-solving stage, determining criteria and identifying alternative problem-solving, the stage of assessing alternative problem-solving, the stage of selecting the best latent, and the stage of determining decisions that according to respondents are wise in making decisions. The madrasah principal pays attention from the stage of formulating problems and identifying problems to determining decisions or disseminating decisions taken. However, there are suggestions from respondents that a new method needs to be created so that when making decisions it is not influenced by any party.
