Quality of work life (QWL) is needed to maintain the workforce so that there is no desire to change work places. In health services, the transfer of nurses to another workplace (turnover) can have a negative impact on providing patient care. The purpose of this service activity is to provide education about the quality of work life as a basis for developing strategies for handling turnover intention. The problem found is that educational activities about the quality of work life are very important to help nursing managers to retain nurses in the workplace. Many nurses are still not satisfied with their QWL so this will have an impact on turnover intentions and increased nurse turnover in several hospitals. This service activity is carried out in two stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage. This education was provided to service participants consisting of nursing managers in several hospitals in the East Java region, totaling 13 nurses. Activities are carried out online via the zoom meeting room. The agreed strategy for handling treatment complications is: providing a minimum reward in accordance with the employee's minimum wage, in employee recruitment it is necessary to consider male nurses as a priority, considering the domicile and marital status as well as the prospective husband's/husband's place of work. The agreed strategy can be implemented in hospitals as an effort to reduce intensity turnover.

Measurement of the level of knowledge of participants related to the educational material is carried out before and after the education. Based on the activities that have been carried out by the community service team, the following results were obtained: the implementation of education was carried out by implementing the stages in therapeutic communication. This community service activity is an implementation of effective communication through education that runs according to plan and the evaluation results show the implementation of effective communication when education has used the stages in therapeutic communication consisting of the pre-interaction stage, the orientation stage, the work stage and the termination stage. The results of measuring participant knowledge using a questionnaire showed that 100% of knowledge about healthy lifestyles for diabetes sufferers increased, namely in the good and sufficient categories. There is a need for improvement in effective communication skills so that the implementation of the stages in therapeutic communication can be implemented better and the educational objectives can be achieved.

The implementation of digital-based information systems in nursing care documentation has been widely implemented in hospitals. However, nurses are still dissatisfied because they feel burdened by the digital system and this impacts patient satisfaction in receiving nursing care. Therefore, analysis is needed regarding the implementation of a digital-based nursing information system with nurse job satisfaction and patient satisfaction in hospitals. This study used a cross-section comparative design with a sample of 222 nurses and 222 patients. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire includes the independent variable in the form of the implementation of a nursing information system and the dependent variable in the form of nurse job satisfaction and patient satisfaction. Data were analyzed using the independent t-test with a p-value ≤ 0.05. Research results from the independent t-test statistical test. The p-value is 0.000 < 0.05, so according to the basis of decision-making in the test it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, which means there is a difference in average between nurse job satisfaction and patient satisfaction in the implementation of a digital-based nursing management information system in nursing services in the Inpatient Room RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Implementation of a digital nursing information system provides nurses with effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out their duties. This makes the workload of nurses lighter increases the productivity of the quality of nursing received by patients and has an impact on patient satisfaction. Nursing management is expected to improve the implementation of supervision of nursing care documentation by looking at the completeness and suitability of SOPs in the nursing information system (SIK). In addition, nursing management needs to develop a nursing information system (SIK) model in collaboration with the hospital information technology team so that nurses are effective and efficient in implementing nursing care documentation.

Every individual must have the desire to return to normal activities, be able to return to work, school, and interact with one another and do other activities in order to remain productive during a pandemic. We can do this if we can adapt to new habits, namely by applying the discipline of healthy living to each of us. The community's unpreparedness is due to not being used to new behaviors so that adaptation needs to be improved. Adaptation of new habits is an obligation for every individual and is a collective concern to break the chain of Covid-19 transmission.

While still students, nurses are required to possess advanced communication skills to build effective relationships with the individuals they serve and provide quality care. This program will be implemented with a participatory and interactive approach, consisting of several stages: preparation, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. As an effort to improve nursing students' therapeutic communication skills, the Community Service activity focused on creating role play videos. This activity was carried out through four core stages: preparation, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. The results of measuring therapeutic communication skills through observations of students during the role play video preparation showed that all 26 items were completed by students during the role play. The mentoring activity for creating experience-based therapeutic communication role play videos was effective in improving students' therapeutic communication skills. The process of creating scenarios, assigning roles, and conducting role plays provided a hands-on learning experience that enabled students to better understand the concept of therapeutic communication.
