Abstract

This study aims to look at how the Institute of Baitul Mal Hidayatullah (BMH) branch Malang manage and distribute philanthropy funds (zakat, infaq, á¹£adaqah and waqf), for the empowerment of poor children education . The approach in this research is qualitative approach, the research design is case study. The results of this study indicate that philanthropy funds have been collected by BMH Branch Malang will be distributed to the four main programs these are, Propagation Program, Education, Social and Economic. The management of philanthropy funds for poor childrens education empowerment distributed on three programs: Berpadu (Beasiswa Peduli Anak Dhuafa), PPAS (Pusat Pengembangan Pendidikan Anak Sholeh), and PSD (Pengembangan Sekolah Dhuafa).

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract. The aims of this study are (1) To find out and analyze the factors that contribute greatly to the performance of marketing halal products, (2) To find out and analyze marketing performance factors that have the most dominant multiplier effect on the development of halal products in Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results of this study show that based on the results of the analysis with the CFA method there are five independent variables that have a contribution to the dependent variable. First the Product Competition Level variable with a correlation value of 0.920. Second, HR Marketing Performance variable which has a correlation value of 0.895. Third, Infrastructure variables with a correlation value of 0.873. Fourth, Amount of Distribution Cost with a correlation value of 0.741, as well as the five variables X3, namely Market Competition Level variables with a correlation value of 0.572. Correlation value-of the five variables shows a strong relationship between the five independent variables with the performance variable of marketing halal products. From a number of marketing performance factors formed through literature review and after analysis using the CFA method, product competition variables are variables that have a correlation value of 0.920. The matrix component value shows a strong correlation between product competition variables and the performance of halal product marketing. The correlation value is greater than the other four independent variables. Keywords: marketing performance, halal products, confirmatory factor analysis

Abstract

One of the dominant factors affecting the economic performance of a country is the political economy system used. The thougt and movement of Islamic political economic system will also affect the economic and financial practices of sharia (Islam). In the economic-political context, Indonesia is more likely to use a pattern of political systems that the government is to engage and interfere the economic and business fields. The movements of Islamic political economy in Indonesia based on periods are as the following: (1) at the beginning of independence and the period of the Old Order, the practice of Islamic political economy is reflected from the thoughts of the nation founding father, M. Hatta, with the concept of Indonesian Socialism or Religious Socialism. (2) in the New Order era, the political economy of Islam tends to disappear due to economic policy and political system at this time. (3) the politics of the reform period have a positive effect on the movement and development of Islamic economic politics. Stakeholders such as governments, academics and practitioners contribute actively to the movement of Islamic political economy.Keywords: Political Economy of Islam, Thought and Movement

Abstract

Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasipermasalahan pengembangan ekonomi kreatif serta penyusunan strategi pe-ngembangan ekonomi kreatif di Kabupaten Nganjuk. Metode kajian yang digunakan adalah penelitan kualitatif, dengan mengunakan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Kabupten Nganjuk, meliputi permasalahan pada pelaku ekonomi kreatif, lokasi atau daya tarik, aspek sosial kemasyarakatan, kurangnya pemahaman pemerintah daerah terhadap kebutuhan pelaku ekonomi kreatif serta  rendahnya monitoring terhadap royalti, lisensi, dan hak cipta. Untuk mengoptimalkan 6 kategori ekonomi kreatif Kabupaten Nganjuk, maka dibutuhkan 6 (enam) pilar strategi, yakni, Strategi membentuk forum atau lembaga advokasi ekonomi kreatif Kabupaten Nganjuk, strategi peningkatan apresiasi terhadap pelaku, terutama bagi para komunitas seni, strategi memperbaiki manajemen tata kelola masing-masing 6 kategori, strategi pelatihan produksi dan pemasaran, strategi kemudahan aksesbilitas keuangan, dan strategi intensitas promosi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji terkait dengan penegakan hukum ekonomiIslam, adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Teks hukum harusdiperuntukkan untuk manusia dan kemanusiaan. Teks hukum yang dimaksuddalam makalah ini adalah kompilasi hukum ekonomi syariah (KHES).Berdasarkan teori Hukum Progresif tersebut, kita dapat menganalisis, mengkajidan menelaah bagaimana kontribusi teori Hukum Progresif dalam penegakanhukum ekonomi syariah di Indonesia. Dalam tinjauan keagamaan, produk hukumekonomi syariah seperti UU No. 21 Tahun 2008 Tentang Perbankan Syariah, UU Nomor41 Tahun 2004 Tentang Wakaf, UU No. 1 Tahun 2013 Tentang Lembaga Keuangan Mikrodan lain sebagainya merupakan suatu terobosan baru menuju paradigma ekonomisyariah yang dinamis dan kontekstual. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi KSPPS BMT Rukun Abadi Kabupaten Jombang dalam pengembangan produk berjangka (simpanan berjangka barokah abadi). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, dalam pengembangan produk simpanan berjangka, strategi yang digunakan oleh KSPPS BMT Rukun Abadi yakni; (a) Strategi Kualitas Produk, (b) Strategi Inovasi Produk, (c) Strategi Pelayanan dan (e) Strategi Promosi. Strategi-strategi tersebut dilakukan secara bertahap dan konsisten dengan tujuan menjaga keberlangsungan usaha koperasi (Sustainability), yang dapat diukur dari besarnya share market yang dimiliki oleh koperasi, share market dapat diukur dari jumlah anggota dan pendapatan koperasi dalam periode tertentu. Oleh karenanya KSPPS BMT Rukun Abadi selalu memperbaiki tata kelola internal koperasi agar dapat mempertahankan sekaligus meningkatkan share market. Kedua, kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan Produk Simpanan Berjangka Barokah Abadi, terdiri dari kendala internal dan eksternal. Kendala internal yang dihadapi antara lain; (a) Kuantitas SDM dan (2) Perencanaan jangka panjang keberlangsungan BMT. Sedangkan kendala eksternal adalah sulitnya memberi pemahaman kepada masyarakat terhadap produk produk BMT, yang disebabkan minimnya literasi masyarakat terhadap produk keuangan syariah serta banyaknya berita negatif terhadap lembaga keuangan syariah

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the practice of buying and selling money bouquets at Alfia Bouquet, Kediri Regency and reviewing its conformity with Islamic law. Money bouquets, the creation of strings of money in the form of a bouquet, are increasingly in demand among young people. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review design. The research results show that buying and selling cash bouquets at Alfia Bouquet Kediri can be done via social media or directly at the point of sale. This transaction uses an ijarah contract, where the buyer selects the desired item and the seller clarifies the product details and payment procedures. Payment can be made in advance with a down payment, directly when the goods are delivered, or via transfer. Even though it involves three transaction models: the buyer gives money for the bouquet, the seller includes money in the bouquet with a fee based on the number of pieces, and a blended fee, this practice is considered in accordance with sharia principles. Although there are concerns regarding usury and waste, as well as regulations, these transactions are generally considered halal because what is traded is the bouquet as a commodity, not the currency itself.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis penerapan pembiayaan mudharabah dalam pengembangan usaha pertanian. Pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, Pertama, Dalam penerapan pembiayaan mudharabah, permodalan yang digunakan BMT Sumber Barokah Mandiri berasal dari tabungan anggota dan produk penggalangan dana BMT dengan rasio bagi hasil antara BMT dan anggota adalah 60%: 40%. Kedua, pembiayaan mudharabah untuk pengembangan usaha pertanian, BMT membiayai 100% seluruh biaya yang dibutuhkan oleh petani (anggota) dalam usaha pertanian, mulai dari biaya sewa lahan sampai dengan biaya panen. Dana dari BMT akan diwujudkan dalam bentuk barang kecuali untuk biaya-biaya jasa dirupakan uang, sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang telah diajukan oleh petani sebelumnya. Dalam pembiayaan ini, baik petani maupun BMT akan sama-sama diuntungkan, dimana petani tidak akan rugi materi karena semua biaya ditanggung oleh BMT, dan disisi lain BMT dapat memutar modal untuk tambahan pendapatan usaha BMT sekaligus membantu pemberdayaan petani.

Abstract

Poverty is a great danger for humanity and not a few human beings who fall into civilization only because of poverty. As a solution to alleviating poverty that is vulnerable to this country, the government with various programs implemented is trying to be able to reduce the poverty chain. One potential funding source is zakat, infaq and shodaqoh funds, both managed by the Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ). The purpose of this study is to explain the role of the Amil Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh "LAZISNU" Nganjuk Branch in improving community welfare; as well as to explain the mechanism of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh Pentasyarufan at the Amil Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh "LAZISNU" Nganjuk Branch Institution. This research is a type of field research that is qualitative descriptive. The presentation model of this research is carried out by describing the object being studied as is with qualitative statements. The steps in data collection are using observation, interview and documentation data to the parties involved in the episcopalism. The results showed that the legal basis used by LAZISNU was in accordance with the Zakat Law No. 23 of 2011 but in reality the community could not be said to be prosperous.
