Abstract

Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Penggunaan E-Learning Systemsdalam Proses Belajar (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Universitas Brawijaya).Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memicu adanya e-learningsystems yang diadopsi oleh Universitas Brawijaya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitiingin menguji pengaruh norma subjektif, efikasi diri, persepsi kegunaan dan persepsikemudahan penggunaan terhadap minat mahasiswa Universitas Brawijaya yangberujung pada penggunaan e-learning systems dalam proses belajarnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuisionerdaring kepada mahasiswa Universitas Brawijaya yang pernah dan sedangmenggunakan e-elarning systems dalam proses belajarnya. Judgment samplingdigunakan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel karena ada keterbatasan informasimengenai populasi. Data yang diperoleh hanya sebesar 90 data yang kemudiandianalisis menggunakan model Part Least Square (PLS) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa norma subjektif berpengaruh terhadappersepsi kegunaan, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kemudahanpenggunaan dan minat keperilakuan. Efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap persepsikemudahan penggunaan, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kegunaan danminat keperilakuan. Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap persepsikegunaan, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat keperilakuan. Persepsi kegunaanberpengaruh terhadap minat keperilakuan, Minat keperilakuan berpengaruh terhadapperilaku aktual. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa Model Penerimaan Teknologi tidakdapat menjelaskan penerimaan e-learning systems dalam proses belajar mahasiswaUniversitas Brawijaya. Abstract

Introduction: Andrographis paniculata had known contained active substance such as andrographolida, atsiri oil, flavonoid, tannin, alkaloid, and saponin which functions as antibacterial, antitoxic, analgesic, and anti-pyretic. Based on its antibacterial properties, an ointment form of Andrographis paniculata leaf is then formulated, for practical usage. Ointment formula is semi solid for topical use in the skin or mucosal membranes. Objectives: to know the result of ointment physical test of etanolic extract Andrographis paniculata leaf. Methods: physical tests contain organoleptic test, pH, homogenity, adhesion test and dispersive test. Results: Ointment shaped semi solid, blacky green and special smell of Andrographis paniculata, pH 6, homogenity test obtained homogenous results, adhesion test was 82 second and dispersive test was 5.6 cm. Conclusion: the result of physical tests of etanolic Andrographis paniculata leaf extract ointment appropriate with quality standard.

Abstract

One of the cardiovascular diseases is commonly known as hypertension, which is high blood pressure. It is recognized as a cause of death and is often referred to as the "silent killer." This is because hypertension frequently occurs without symptoms and is only detected after it has caused serious damage to the body. Many hypertension sufferers utilize traditional therapies, one of which is the use of celery plants (Apium graveolens L.). Utilization of celery planted could have been made into a syrup that used natural sweetener content, namely natural sweetener stevia left (Stevia rebaudiana). This research aims to determine the effect of storage time on the results of the stability test of celery leaf syrup preparations with stevia leaf sweetener using the cycled tested method which carried out as many as 6 cycles with temperatures of 4oC and 40oC each for 24 hours by testing parameters included organoleptic, pH, viscosity, clarity and homogeneity. This type of research uses experimental research. The results of the stability of celery leaf infusion syrup preparation (Apium graviolens L.) obtained by the organoleptic test were liquid, had a distinctive celery smell and were yellowish green in color. Celery syrup preparation is homogeneous and cleared during storage, the pH test stability results had an average value of 5.27 and a viscosity of 3.8 cP. The results of the stability tests for organoleptic properties, homogeneity, clarity, pH, and viscosity indicate that no significant differences were found between the cycles, meaning the syrup remains stable during storage

Abstract

Along with the development of science and lifestyle, causing people to prioritize processed foods that are not only filling but provide health benefits. Soy flour and moringa leaf powder can be processed because they have content that is used as a food source that is rich in protein, carbohydrates and fat. The purpose of this study was to determine the chemical and sensory characteristics of milk pie preparations made from soy flour and moringa leaf powder. This study used an observational method with a descriptive research design. This study used one formula with the main ingredients of soy flour as much as 100 grams and moringa leaf powder as much as 1,5 grams.. Pie making is done by making skin dough with soy flour as the main ingredient, olive oil as an emulsifier, powdered sugar as a flavor giver and pie filling using moringa leaf powder as a color giver, cornstarch as a thickener, powdered sugar as a flavor giver and low fat milk as a liquid ingredient, then baked at 170 ℃ for 25 minutes. The tests carried out include ash content test, moisture content test, qualitative test of protein content, carbohydrate content and fat content. The results showed that milk pies made from soy flour and moringa leaf powder had an ash content of 3,85 ± 0,42% and a moisture content of 7,17 ± 0,20%. The pies contain protein, carbohydrate and fat. The skin of the pie has a distinctive soybean smell, brownish color, sweet and savory taste and rough texture, while the contents of the pie have a distinctive smell of moringa leaves, green color, sweet taste and soft texture.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Desa Wisata Jamu melalui pemanfaatan tanaman obat sebagai sumber daya lokal. Desa Wisata Jamu memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai destinasi pariwisata yang menggabungkan tradisi jamu dengan keberlanjutan lingkungan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat lokal. Melalui serangkaian kegiatan, kegiatan pemberdayaan desa wisata dengan pemanfaatan tanaman obat pada Kader kesehatan Girpasang diharapkan dapat memahami cara pembuatan jamu yang baik dan benar serta dapat memanfaatkan tanaman obat di sekitar untuk meningkatkan kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan penjelasan dan pemaparan materi terkait jamu/tanaman obat dan cara pembuatannya sediaan jamu serta pemberian inovasi pembuatan jamu milenial kemudian dilakukan pengukuran pengetahuan melalui pre dan post test untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan Kader kesehatan Girpasang terkait materi terkait pemanfaatan tanaman obat diberikan. Abstract

Daun pisang (Musa paradisiaca) dan Daun jati (Tectona grandis L.) merupakan tanaman yang dapat digunakan untuk pengobatan berbagai penyakit karena mengandung senyawa flavonoid, alkaloid, saponin dan tanin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri kombinasi fraksi metanol dan fraksi n-heksan daun jati di bandingkan dengan fraksi metanol daun jati tunggal terhadap bakteri Propionibacterium acnes melalui penentuan daya hambat minimum. Uji aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kertas cakram. Konsentrasi kombinasi yang digunakan adalah kombinasi 50%:50%, 25%:75%, 75%:25% dan untuk fraksi metanol daun jati tunggal sebesar 120mg/ml, 140mg/ml dan 160 mg/ml. Klindamisin sebagai kontrol positif dan aquadest steril sebagai kontrol negatif. Hasil yang didapatkan berupa ukuran rata-rata diameter zona hambat kontrol positif sebesar 20,40mm dan yang paling mendekati kontrol positif ialah fraksi metanol tunggal dengan dosis 160mg/ml sebesar 18,57mm.

Abstract

Moringa (Moringa oleifera L.) is one of the plants that has the potential and is used in traditional medicine. One of the parts of the moringa plant that can be used is moringa seeds, because it contains essential nutrients such as protein, vitamins A, B, K, C, as well as minerals such as calcium, magnesium and iron. In addition, moringa seed extract also has secondary metabolite compounds such as alkaloids, tannins, flavanoids and saponins that have the potential to be medicinal ingredients. This study aims to determine the test results of specific parameters including identity, organoleptic, dissolved compounds in water solvents, dissolved compounds in ethanol solvents and non-specific test results of extracts including moisture content, ash content, and insoluble acid ash content. The design used in this study is descriptive and the data analysis used is univariate analysis. Moringa seed ethanol extract (Moringa oleifera L.) was obtained by the extraction method for 5 days and then remacerated. The specific parameters of moringa seed extract include yield of 14.35%, organoleptic yellowish creamy color, distinctive smell of moringa seeds, thick shape and bitter taste, dissolved compounds in water solvent 70,40% ± 0,50% and dissolved compounds in ethanol 20.90% ± 0.87%. The non-specific quality parameters of moringa seed ethanol extract include a moisture content of 16,94% ± 0,72%, an ash content of 4.92% ± 0.08% and an insoluble acid ash content of 0.21% ± 0.01%. The research results of specific quality parameters of yield, identity, organoleptic, value of water-soluble compounds, soluble compounds in ethanol extract standard. The research results of non-specific parameters of moringa seed extract are total ash content and insoluble ash content of standard extract acids, while the results of moisture content do not meet the standard.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a leading global health issue and a primary risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Despite national strategies in Indonesia, evidence on hypertension control implementation at the district and community levels remains scarce. Surakarta reports hypertension as the most common non-communicable disease (NCD), yet little is known about how policies are translated into practice at primary health centers. Methods: This qualitative descriptive study applied a policy analysis approach, guided by the COREQ reporting standard. Five purposively selected participants (three health workers, one patient, and one district health officer) were interviewed between June and September 2023. Data were collected through in-depth interviews (30–60 minutes) and document reviews, and were analyzed thematically using Creswell’s framework. Results: Three themes emerged: (1) hypertension control policies operationalized at the primary healthcare level and supported by innovations such as BU DESI (Buru Diabetes dan Hipertensi); (2) health promotion through Posbindu PTM and cadre empowerment; and (3) monitoring and evaluation via regular monthly reviews, though patient adherence and multisectoral collaboration remain limited. Conclusion: While hypertension control in Surakarta aligns partially with national strategies, its novelty lies in integrating locally driven innovations such as BU DESI. The study highlights the need to strengthen community empowerment and multisectoral collaboration.
