Abstract

Amendments to the Bankruptcy Law is dominant protect the interests of creditors, because it should be a provision which requires that the debtor should have to go bankrupt. This is contrary to the philosophy of universal bankruptcy. This study aims to determine the bankruptcy provisions in the bankruptcy law in Indonesia and analyze the determination of bankruptcy within the bankruptcy decision No. 48/Bankrupt/2012/PN.NIAGA.JKT.PST. This research is a normative law with normative juridical approach. The data used in this research is secondary data. This study uses literature study with qualitative analysis methods. The authors conclude, first, the provisions of bankruptcy in Indonesia is based on article 2, paragraph (1), which is when the debtor does not repay the debt that will be the bankruptcy estate will go into phase bankruptcy with two possibilities, namely (i) after being declared bankrupt (ii) Through PKPU. Secondly, Award Bankrupt Assets not yet in the stage of bankruptcy because of the Supreme Court overturned the decision of the Commercial Court Decision Number 48/Bankrupt/2012/PN.NIAGA.JKT.PST through decision Number 704K/Pdt.Sus/2012, which ended before the bankruptcy Telkomsel Meeting Debt Verification completed. Advice, first there should be amendments to the Law No. 37 of 2004 specifically test the concept of insolvency and bankruptcy. The authors are aware that this study is not perfect, so the authors hope that further research is done, to continue and resolve the issues raised in this study. Keywords: Bankruptcy, Insolvency, the Rule of Law

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman serta mengembangkan karakter mahasiswa melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus pada mahasiswa Program Studi Matematika peserta perkuliahan Analisis Runtun Waktu di Jurusan Matematika FMIPA Universitas Negeri Semarang tahun akademik 2014/2015 sejumlah 43  mahasiswa. Prosedur penelitian tindakan mencakup 4 tahap, yaitu (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) evaluasi-refleksi. Instrumen penilaian berupa tes, lembar observasi serta kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar baik pada hasil proyek kelompok yaitu 72,2 pada siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 86,09 pada siklus II, maupun rata-rata hasil tes individu, yaitu 78,77 pada siklus I menjadi 83,56 pada siklus II. Serta peningkatan presentase jumlah mahasiswa yang memperoleh hasil belajar lebih dari 80 yaitu terdapat 20 mahasiswa (46,5%) pada siklus I menjadi 37 mahasiswa (86%) pada siklus II. Disamping itu, penelitian ini menumbuhkan karakter disiplin, rasa ingin tahu, kerjasama (toleran dan demokratis), tanggung jawab, jujur, peduli, serta cinta tanah air pada mahasiswa.The purpose of this study is to improve and developed the students abillity and character through project-based learning. This research was an action research performed in 2 cycles on 43 students in Analisis Runtun Waktu subject in Mathematics Department, Semarang State University. Action research procedure includes four stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation of the action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation-reflection. Instrument used are tests, observation sheet and questionnaire. The results showed there are increase in student understanding shown by the increase in the average value of learning outcomes either on the results of the project groups: 72,2 in the first cycle and increased to 86,09 in the second cycle, and the average results of the individual tests, that is 78,77 in the first cycle to 83,56 in the second cycle. And increasing the percentage of the number of students who gained more than 80 learning outcomes which there are 20 students (46,5%) in the first cycle to 37 students (86%) in the second cycle. In addition, this study raise the character of discipline, curiosity, cooperation (tolerant and democratic), responsibility, honesty, caring, and love of the homeland to the student.

Abstract

Pomegranate (Punica granatum L.) is known to have estrogenic activity. Pomegranate peel proven to increase the number of osteoblasts and increases bone density. This study aims to determine the potential of the water fraction of the pomegranate peel as natural Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators (SERMs) through histological mammary in ovariectomized rats. Ovariectomy method used as a model representing menopause, conducted on 42 rats female Sprague Dawley strain aged 50 days were divided into 7 groups: Sham, OVX, and a group of OVX, each getting estradiol, tamoxifen and fractions water pomegranate peel dose of 50, 100, and 200 mg/kg BW. The results obtained showed water fraction of pomegranate peel did not show any increase in volume and number of mammary ducts.

Abstract

Domestic violence spans across cultures and many countries include Indonesia. In the women and children perspectives, it is taboo to report the domestic violence because it is a private matter, not for the public domain. Therefore domestic violence screening through the empowerment and mentoring of mental health cadres is needed to raise awareness of domestic violence in rural community. The aim of this study is to explore the influence of the empowerment and mentoring of mental health cadres on screening domestic violence. A quasi experimental was conducted among mental health cadres. The total sampling derived from six sub district of Kalegen village. Data were analyzed by using SPSS (version 19). A total sample of 22 mental health cadres aged between 28 years to 49 years. There is a high significant screening capability in pretest-posttest after empowerment and  mentoring of mental health cadres (p> .001). The empowerment and mentoring of mental health cadres on screening domestic violence could strengthen support and raising domestic violence awareness. This intervention should become a part of community health program in community. A longitudinal study can be carried out to prevent domestic violence.

Abstract

Meningkatkan kualitas guru merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Upaya meningkatkan kualitas guru untuk menyelesaikan berbagai masalah dalam pembelajaran akan memberi dampak positif  dalam pembelajaran. Kualitas guru dapat ditingkatkan dengan menambah pengetahuan mengenai berbagai metode, pendekatan serta strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran untuk mengatasi masalah pembelajaran di kelas sehingga dapat terwujud pembelajaran yang inovatif yang akan memaksimalkan pencapaian prestasi siswa. Seiring berkembangnya teori belajar, saat ini terjadi perubahan pada pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar yang menekankan pada pemahaman konsep dasar matematika. Pemahaman konsep akan tercapai bila siswa diberi kesempatan untuk mengalami sendiri pembelajaran yang diperolehnya dan hal ini dapat dicapai salah satunya dengan pendekatan konstruktivisme. Guru-guru Sekolah Dasar Kebon Dalem Semarang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengajarkan konsep matematika kepada siswanya. Berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut, maka dilaksanakan sosialisasi serta pelatihan kepada guru-guru Sekolah Dasar Kebon Dalem yang tergabung dalam Yayasan Penyelenggaran Ilahi Indonesia yang ada di Semarang tentang pembelajaran matematika kreatif dengan pendekatan konstruktivisme serta bagaimana menerapkannya dalam pembelajaran. Selama kegiatan para guru sangat tertarik dan antusias mengembangkan kemampuan mengajar matematika yang kreatif dengan pendekatan konstruktivisme sebagai solusi atas permasalahan membelajarkan matematika yang selama ini dialami.

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada penerapan Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) untuk melakukan identifikasi publikasi dosen dalam mewujudkan internasionalisasi UNNES dengan pengambilan datanya didasarkan pada penelurusuran hasil publikasi ilmiah dosen di SINTA dan didukung dengan kuesioner yang diberikan pada responden dosen di FMIPA UNNES. Selanjutnya hasil data yang ada dianalisis dengan menggunakan program Matlab dan didukung  dengan studi literatur terkait kajian NN. Studi simulasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi perkembangan hasil publikasi ilmiah dosen dengan menggunakan BPNN. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil identifikasi publikasi dosen dalam mewujudkan internasionalisasi UNNES menggunakan BPNN. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan hasil pembahasan di bagian sebelumnya, maka disimpulkan bahwa Hasil pelatihan dan analisis numerik memberikan bahwa model terbaik BPNN pada algoritma pelatihan gradient descent dengan momentum dan adaptive learning rate diperoleh model BPNN terbaik dengan algoritma pelatihan gradient descent dengan momentum dan adaptive learning rate pada arsitektur jaringan 9-10-1 dengan momentum = 0,8 dan LR = 0,1 pada fungsi aktivasi tansig. Hasil identifikasi publikasi dosen menggunakan BPNN dan analisis terhadap pelatihan di atas diperoleh bahwa publikasi dosen dengan karya jurnal bereputasi internasional sebanyak 23,75%, untuk jurnal internasional sebanyak 21,23%, dan jurnal nasional terkareditasi sebesar 19,02% dan karya publikasi dalam prosiding internasional sebanyak 31,0%.This research is focused on the application of Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) to identify lecturer publications in realizing internationalization of UNNES with the retrieval of data based on the results of scientific publication of lecturers at SINTA and supported by questionnaires given to lecturer respondents at FMIPA UNNES. Furthermore, the results of the existing data were analyzed using the Matlab program and supported by literature studies related to the NN study. Simulation studies were conducted to determine the conditions for the development of the results of lecturers' scientific publications by using BPNN. The purpose of this study was to find out the results of the identification of lecturer publications in realizing the internationalization of UNNES using BPNN. Based on the results of the study and the results of the discussion in the previous section, it was concluded that the training results and numerical analysis provided that the best BPNN model on the momentum gradient descent training algorithm and adaptive learning rate obtained the best BPNN model with a gradient descent training algorithm with momentum and adaptive learning rate on network architecture 9-10-1 with momentum = 0.8 and LR = 0.1 on tansig activation function. The results of the identification of lecturer publications using BPNN and analysis of the training above obtained that lecturer publications with works of international reputation 23.75%, 21.23% for international journals, and 19.02% for national journals and 31.0% for publications in international proceedings.

Abstract

Forecast is forecasting what will happen to time to come, while plan is the determination of what will be done in time to come. The purpose of this research to know forecasting the number of dengue patients at RSUD Dr. Soeselo Slawi years 2016-2017 with the methods decomposition and triple exponential smoothing winter. Calculation done with compare in value smallest mape ( mean precentage absolute error) of decomposition obtained value mape of 40.94 while to a method of triple exponential smoothing winter produced model best with the level of accuracy of experiment α = 0,3; γ = 0,3; Δ = 0,3 obtained value mape namely 43,81, of both this method obtained the best method to forecasting the number of dengue patients at RSUD Dr.Soeselo Slawi Kabupaten Tegal that is a method of decomposition.The results of forecasting the number of dengue patients at RSUD Dr.Soeselo Slawi Kabupaten Tegal to 2016-2017 . Abstract

Cafe is one of a kind restaurant that usually serve snacks and baverages. The exsistance of cafe arround Universitas Negeri Semarang campus is gettingmore, one of them is Soda Ocean Cafe. Hence, the cofe owner must give the bestservice and facility for the consumer. This study aims to determine what factorsare the satisfaction of Cafe customers, as well as seeking discriminant functionand the accuracy of the function. Consumer satisfication with servicse andfacilities can be found out by discriminant analysis. Independent ariables in thisanalysis are sound system, live performance, environment, security, service,price, the variety of foods and drinks, cosiness, and location and dependentvariable is consumer satisfication. Analysis results shows that there is asignificant difference betweenthe type of satisfied consumer and dissatisfiedconsumer. The satisfaction factors of Soda Ocean Cafe customer areenvironment, security, and live performance. Discriminant function in thisanalysis isD=-3,269+0,783 nuansa - 0,121Keamanan + 0,646 HiburanThat function has 71,6%  classification accuracy.
