Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research was conducted at The Laboratory of MIPA Graduate SchoolPGRI University from January to June 2011. The objective of this research was recognize the effect of leaf part sources Sansevieria trifasciata. The research utilized the Completely Randomized Design with five level treatment and six replications. The treatment are level consentration of fertilizer complex are 0 g/1 water (K0), 0,25 g/l water (K1), 0,5 g/l water (K2), 0,75 g/l water (K3), 1,0 g/l water (K4). The result showed that level consentration fertilizer give good effect to time of steam growth and length of steam Sanseviera trifasciata.Key words : fertilizer complex, Sanseviera trifasciata

Abstract

ABSTRACTResearch of inventaritation of peat swamp vegetation after forest burned was conducted at Talang Sepucuk village in Pedamaran Timur Ogan Komering Ilir, Sumatera Selatan Province on Maret 2006. The objective of this research was Plant was grouth in swamp vegetation after forest burned. This research utilited the direct observation with transect in vegetation growth type during one week. The result of the research gated 2 division, 3 class, 7 order, 9 family, 10 genera and 10 species.Key words : peat swamp, vegetation

Abstract

Penelitian tentang Struktur Populasi Assiminiea brevicula pada ZonaRhizophora Hutan Mangrove Desa Sungai Batang Kabupaten OKI telah dilakukan pada bulan November 2009 sampai Januari 2010 di Desa Sungai Batang KabupatenOKI, Penelitian menggunakan metode survey, dengan pengambilan sampel di zonarhizophora. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa populasi Assiminiea breviculamemiliki pola distribusi acak, dengan nilai S2/ X =1, 06.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Taxonomic studies weeds of rice (Oryza sativa) in paddy fields Jakabaring Palembang was held in September to October 2015, the descriptive survey method. Sampling is done in a systematic way. Weeds found on land rice plant (Oryza sativa) consists of 1 divisio, 2 class, 7 order, 7 of family, genus and 12 species. All weeds are divisio Spermatophyta, which can be divided into class Dicotyledoneae. Family of Class Dicotyledoneae is Asteraceae as species Ageratum conyzoides (bandotan) and Crassocephalum crepidioides (sintrong); familia Convolvulaceae as species Ipomoea aquatica (water spinach); familia Euphorbiaceae as Acalypha indica (kucingan), Phyllanthus niruri (meniran) and Euphobia hirta (patikan kebo); familia Fabaceae as species Mimosa pudica var unijuja (shy daughter). Familia of class Monocotyledoneae are familia Cyperaceae as species Cyperus compressus (puzzle), Cyperus pilosus (puzzles) and Ischaemum timorens (jakut racket); familia Hydrocharitaceae as Blyxa echinosperma (junjung water); familia Poaceae as Digittaria longiflora (grass digataria). Keywords: weed, Oryza sativa, rice fields, taxonomy ABSTRAK Penelitian  taksonomi gulma padi   (Oryza sativa)  di areal persawahan Jakabaring Palembang telah dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai dengan bulan Oktober 2015, menggunakan metode survey deskriptif. Gulma yang terdapat pada lahan tanaman padi (Oryza sativa ) terdiri dari 1 divisio, 2 class, 7 ordo, 7 familia, genus dan 12  spesies.  Semua gulma merupakan divisio Spermatophyta, yang  dapat dibedakan menjadi class dicotyledonae. Familia dari Class Dicotyledoneae yaitu Asteraceae dengan spesies gulma Ageratum conyzoides (bandotan) dan Crassocephalum crepidioides (sintrong); familia Convolvulaceae dengan spesies Ipomoea aquatica (kangkung air);  familia Euphorbiaceae dengan spesies Acalypha indica (kucingan), Phyllanthus niruri (meniran) dan Euphobia hirta  (patikan kebo); familia Fabaceae dengan spesies Mimosa pudica var unijuja (putri malu). Familia dari class Monocotyledoneae yaitu familia Cyperaceae dengan spesies Cyperus compressus (teki), Cyperus pilosus (teki) dan Ischaemum timorens (jakut raket); familia Hydrocharitaceae dengan spesies Blyxa echinosperma (junjung air); familia Poaceae dengan jenis  Digittaria longiflora (rumput digataria). Kata Kunci : Gulma, Oryza sativa, sawah, taksonomi

Abstract

This paper reports the results of the study on the peat swamp in the Kedaton Village as Silvofishery. Research was conducted between May  till October 2012. This research was carried out  using survey method. Sample was taken by purpossive sampling. Data and information gathered included diversity index  of vegetation, selected soil and water quality, plankton, macrozoobenthos, water insect and fish. Results of the study get 2 species of vegetation in tree, 4 genera of plankton, 3 genera of macrozoobenthos, 2 species of insect water and 3 species of fish. That peat swamp in the Kedaton Village have potency as Silvofishery, although diversity index of vegetation and plankton was median chategory,  and diversity index of macrozoobenthos, insect water and fish was low chategory.Key words : peat swamp, vegetation, plankton, macrozoobenthos, fish

Abstract

Research of Phytoplankton Diversity in Kambang Iwak Palembang retension pond, was in May to June 2016.  The research objective was to determine the diversity of phytoplankton in Palembang Iwak Kambang retention pond. The study used survey method with purposive sampling method, samples were taken from five stations is determined by filtering 40 liters of water at each station. Furthermore, the type and amount of phytoplankton. The results showed that the diversity of phytoplankton consists of 4 classes Chlorophyceae, Bacillariophyceae, Euglenophyceae and Cyanophyceae. 11 orders, 14 familia, 16 genera and 16 species. Abundance of phytoplankton with the lowest density values were 9.37 ind / liter (station 5), while the highest value of 28.71 ind / liter (station 3). Dominance index the highest in station 5 with a value of 0.36 and the lowest value at station 4 with a value of 0.19. Diversity index of the five observation stations classified as moderate by the respective value of 1.59 (Station 1), 1.41 (2 stations), 1.89 (3 stations), 1.79 (4 stations) and 1.19 (the station 5).Keywords : phytoplankton, diversity, retention ponABSTRAK Penelitian berjudul Keanekaragaman Fitoplankton di Kolam Retensi Kambang Iwak Palembang, telah dilaksanakan pada Mei sampai Juni 2016, bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman fitoplankton di sana. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey dengan cara purpossive sampling. Sampel fitoplankton diambil dari 5 stasiun dengan menyaring air sebanyak 40 liter pada tiap stasiun. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengindetifikasian jenis dan jumlah fitoplankton. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keanekaragaman fitoplankton terdiri dari 4 kelas Chlorophyceae, Bacillariophyceae, Euglenophyceae dan Cyanophyceae. 11 ordo, 14 familia, 16 genus dan 16 spesies.  Kelimpahan fitoplankton dengan nilai densitas yang terendah 9,37 ind/liter (pada stasiun 5), sedangkan nilai tertinggi 28,71 ind/liter (pada stasiun 3). Indeks dominansi yang tertinggi pada stasiun 5 dengan nilai 0,36 dan nilai terendah pada stasiun 4 dengan nilai 0,19.  Indeks keanekaragaman dari kelima stasiun pengamatan tergolong sedang dengan nilai masing-masing 1,59 (stasiun 1), 1,41 (stasiun 2), 1,89 (stasiun 3), 1,79 (stasiun 4) dan 1,19 (stasiun 5).Kata kunci : keanekaragaman, fitoplankton, kolam retensi

Abstract

Penelitian untuk menginventarisasi jenis-jenis gulma pada perkebunan karet (Hevea brasiliensis (Muell.) Arg.) di Desa Tanah Abang Kecamatan Tanah Abang Kabupaten Muara Muara Enim Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2011. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode survei deskriptif  dengan menjelajahi langsung areal tanaman karet yang berumur empat tahun yang tercover dalam  petak contoh (Plot Analisys Methods). Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh data bahwa jenis-jenis gulma  yang didapatkan terdiri dari 2 divisio, 3 kelas,  7 ordo, 7 familia, 10 genus dan 10 species.

Abstract

Research of taxonomy of fitopharmaca species was conducted at Riang Bandung  village in Madang Suku Dua Recency, Sumatera Selatan Province  on June till July 2013. The objective of this research was Plant had fitopharmaca potency. This research utilited the direct  observation with    around research location  during two weeks.  The result of the research gated 1 division, 2 class,  10  order,  10 family, 13 genera and 14 species as Imperata cylindrica , Curcuma domestica, Zingiber officinale, Alpinia galanga, Carica papaya, Citrus aurandifolia, Cinnamonum zeylanicum, Annona muricata, Piper betle, Piper nigrum, Jatropa curcas L. , Manihot utilisma,  Psidium guajava L., dan  Justicia gandarussa. Key words: taxonomy, fitopharmaca

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACTResearch on the structure of zooplankton community in Lake OPI Jakabaring Palembang was held in November 2014 until January 2015 in the Lake District of Seberang Ulu OPI 1 Palembang, aims to determine the community structure of zooplankton that are in there. Zooplankton samples were taken from three stations, are the left, center and right of the lake. Samples are identified, and analyzed are abundance, dominance, and diversity index. Physical and chemical parameters measured in field waters that include brightness, depth, temperature, DO and pH. Results showed that the composition of zooplankton consists of 10 species, were Cyclops sp, Brachionus falcatus, Keratella sp, Trichocerca longiseta, Nauplius sp, Philodina sp, Alona sp, Diaptomus sp, Leydigia sp and Bathynella morimolpi. Abundance highest total in the three stations owned by Cyclops sp species, totaling 10 ind/l. The highest dominance index has a value of 0.206, so it can be said there is no species that dominated the waters of the lake. Zooplankton diversity at all three stations categorized as low, with diversity index between 0.136 to 0.212. Keywords: community structure, zooplankton, lakes OPI
