Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of human resource management at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Jombang Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The location of this research is the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Jombang Regency. This location is very strategic in terms of case studies and problems that occur. The subjects of this research were selected through nonprobability sampling techniques, purposive sampling techniques, or sampling techniques that considered certain aspects. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that tourism activities have become a service industry in Jombang Regency. The importance of human resources in tourism management is that just one person cannot carry out tourism activities; they must be carried out jointly by a group of people. In this case, the human resource factor becomes a very crucial factor. Human resource management is especially important so that a company, agency, or organization can implement proper management to support quality. The placement of employee positions must also be based on educational background and academic qualifications based on the field of work. The need for more Human Resources capacity human resources with the appropriate educational background can be overcome by providing employee competency development programs, such as training, workshops, or scholarships, to increase academic levels.

Abstract

Karate in Jombang has decreased achievements and results that need to improve in the 2021 and 2023 PORPROV events, as seen from the medal acquisition data. From these problems, the author researched the management function of karate sports in Jombang Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method—data collection in this study is done through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis is done by reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results of research on karate sports management in Jombang in 2023 are: 1) Karate sports planning is in a suitable category, 2) Organizing karate sports is in a suitable category, 3) The implementation of karate sports is in the moderate category, 4) Controlling karate sports is in the moderate category. The suggestion of this research is to suggest to the INKAI Jombang management in managing karate sports to improve the quality and continue to strive to maintain the quality of an already good organization by applying aspects of management science so that it can achieve INKAI Jombang's mission of making karate a superior sport in Jombang.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the responses of Class X students at SMKN 2 Mojoanyar to Physical Education learning due to many differences in understanding, motivation, and responses of each individual. To find out students' responses, researchers conducted research with indicators, such as internal factors, learning process, motivation, and personality. At the same time, external factors include intensity, size, opposition, repetition, movement and novelty. This research is descriptive survey research. The population amounted to 360 students. The sample taken was 72 students with the sampling technique, namely random sampling. The instrument used is a closed questionnaire, which is included in the rating scale questionnaire from its form. Using a Likert Scale score. The results of the study show the responses of class X students on Physical Education learning in the unfavourable category with a percentage (60%).

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kurikulum Merdeka Belajar diterapkan pada mata Pelajaran PJOK pada sekolah dasar mulai dari kendala yang ditemukan hingga Solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif pendekatan survei. Dilaksanakan di SDN Tanggungkramat  Ploso melibatkan tiga partisipan terdiri dari guru PJOK Kepala Sekolah dan satu siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan pendekatan Triangulasi sebagai pemeriksa keabsahan data penelitian. Hasil wawancara menunjukan bahwa penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada mata Pelajaran PJOK dilakukan secara bertahap dan taraf penyesuaian. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah guru PJOK masih kesulitan dalam menanamkan 6 karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada siswa dengan berbagai karakteristik, kurangnya pengetahuan guru mengenai metode pembelajaran dan media pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa. Solusi yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara mencari informasi lebih dalam tentang kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dan mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kompetensi guru untuk menerapkan kurikulum Merdeka pada pembelajaran PJOK.
