Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to discover the meaning of adjustments for the wife whose husband's polygamy. Subjects in this study were 3 people who were selected based techniques purposivitas with the characteristics of the subject, the woman who was the first wife of a polygamous husband, aged between 40-70 years, have children, have their own income, and age polygamous marriage a minimum of 3 years. The data in this study were collected through participant observation and in-depth interviews. To assess the validity of the data used triangulation method. This research is a qualitative approach to multi-case study. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of adjustment for wives whose husbands are polygamous through life with not much demand, thanks to the existing favors. Life lived at this time is the road to self-closeness to the Creator and the path of devotion to Allah Subhannahu Wa Ta'ala. Meaning of adjustments for the wife whose husband polygamous sourced from creative values, experiential values , and attitudinal values.Keywords: polygamy, meaning, adjustments, marriage

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran umum tentang program pelatihan yang diberikan kepada guru SD Negeri 2 Gunung Terang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah SD Negeri 2 Gunung Terang. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tiga langkah: (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, dan (3) kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pelatihan / training di tingkat sekolah masih belum optimal dan sebagian besar guru masih belum menunjukkan perubahan sikap yang signifikan terhadap program pelatihan. Perubahan tersebut tidak akan terjadi tanpa adanya kerjasama antara seluruh pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam proses perubahan perilaku guru setelah mengikuti pelatihan tersebut.

Abstract

The competence of PAUD teachers is indispensable in achieving early childhood education goals, in fact 47.42% of PAUD teachers have not obtained UKG scores according to the criteria or can be said to have no professional and pedagogic competence in the high category. Therefore, it is necessary to study the education background, certification, and age of PAUD teachers towards the UKG results. The purpose of the study was to analyze: (1) the achievement of the value of UKG for Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers in Bandar Lampung in 2015, (2) educational background, certification, and age of PAUD teachers who had attended UKG in Bandar Lampung City in 2015. The results of the research were found: (1) Competency mapping based on educational background, certification, and age of PAUD teachers and (2) Formulation of recommendations of policy makers on the effectiveness of programs in improving the competence of PAUD teachers in the form of education and training, seminars, internships, workshops, and comparative studies to support PAUD teacher professionalism. Keywords: Test of Teacher Competence, PAUD Teacher Certification, Educational Background, Age of PAUD Teachers

Abstract

Gross motor development in early childhood plays an important role in the process of their growth and development, one way to improve gross motor development is through playing. The traditional game of coconut shell stilts has the potential to provide useful motoric stimulus for early childhood. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the traditional game of coconut shell stilts on gross motor development of group B early childhood at Padma Mandiri Kindergarten Kedaton Bandar Lampung in the 2022/2023 school year. This research is a quantitative research in the form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Designs experiments. The population of this study amounted to 12 children. Determination of the sample was carried out using saturated sampling, as many as 12 children. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, documentation, and tests. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be seen that based on the calculation of the t test, it is obtained that t count is 17.683 which is greater than t table 2.201 and it is determined that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because t count > t table, namely 17.683 > 2.201. So it can be proven that there is a significant influence between playing stilts on the gross motor development of children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

This study was aims to explore, describe, and analyze parent support for the speech delay early childhood. This study used to the qualitative method of the research subject is both parents of children who experience speech delay in Kalisari village. This study was used to three methods of data collection, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analyze used to descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the discussion that has been described it can be concluded that parent support that has been given to children who experience speech delay is informational support, assessment support, instrumental support, emotional social support, and real support. Of the five supports, the researchers concluded that the support often used by subjects was informational support, namely parents provided support through the provision of good advice and advice, giving instructions by installing pictures in the refrigerator so that the twins could understand the food taken and want to say food they took, and provided information by taking the twins for a walk to get a new vocabulary.

Abstract

Kompetensi guru sangat diperlukan dalam pencapaian tujuan pendidikan, namun pada kenyataannya guru belum sepenuhnya mengembangkan kompe­tensinya dikarenakan guru belum mengenal Teknologi Infromasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Oleh karena itu, model pelatihan literasi media dan informasi sangat diperlukan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi  banyaknya guru yang kurang mampu di dalam mengakses media dan informasi sebagai bagian dari sumber belajar.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk; (1) Mendeskripsikan kondisi dan potensi untuk dikembangkannya model pelatihan literasi media dan informasi guru SD di Provinsi Lampung; (2) Mengembangkan model pelatihan literasi media dan informasi guru SD di Kota Bandar Lampung; (3) Menghasilkan prototype pengemba­­­­­­ngan model pelatihan literasi media dan informasi guru SD di Kota Bandar Lampung.Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan sebagai berikut; (1) Analysis (analisa),  needs assessment (analisis kebutuhan); (2) Design (desain), yang kita lakukan dalam tahap ini mengadopsi dari model diklat nedler yang dikembangkan peneliti untuk disesuaikan dengan potensi & kondisi penelitian; (3) Development (pengembangan), pengembangan adalah proses validasi atau kegiatan untuk menguji kelayakan oleh para pakar; (4) Implementation (implementasi/eksekusi), implementasi adalah kegiatan untuk menilai  prototype model pelatihan yang sedang kita buat; (5) Evaluation (evaluasi/ umpan balik), yaitu proses untuk melihat apakah prototype model pelatihan yang sedang dibangun berhasil atau tidak, sesuai dengan harapan awal atau tidak.Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototype model pelatihan literasi media dan infromasi. Sedangkan tujuan prototype  model pelatihan literasi media dan informasi ini untuk dijadikan bahan acuan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota atau Propinsi sebagai dasar penyusunan pelatihan literasi media dan informasi.
