Abstract

High quality data and data quality assessment which efficiently needed to data standardization in theresearch data repository. Three attributes most used i.e: completeness, accuracy, and timeliness aredimensions to data quality assessment. The purposes of the research are to increase knowledge anddiscuss in depth of research done. To support the research, we are using traditional review method on theScopus database to identify relevant research. The literature review is limited for the type of documentsi.e: articles, books, proceedings, and reviews. The result of document searching is filtered using somekeywords i.e: data quality, data quality assessment, data quality dimensions, quality assessment, dataaccuracy, dan data completeness. The document that found be analyzed based on relevant research. Then, these documents compare to find out different of concept and method which used in the data qualitymetric. The result of analysis could be used as a recommendation to implement in the data qualityassessment in the National Scientific Repository.

Abstract

Journal publication is a tool that is widely used by scientists to disseminate their work. Scientists need reference sources to support the result of his research. Literature cited to support his writing are then listed as reference. ISJD is the Indonesian journal indexer containing more than 250,000 articles. Out of those 250,000 articles, how many articles cite other articles from Indonesian journals. Citation is a form of scientific communication among scientists. This study was aimed at finding out how Indonesian scientists communicate one another through journal publication. Another objective was to find out the types of literature cited in the study. Samples were taken from the ISJD database in health sciences. From the analysis, it was found that articles cite other articles from Indonesian journals comparatively low, only 7,7%. The use of citations of Indonesian Scientific journal published by foreign is the most widely cited literature followed by Indonesian books, foreign books, Indonesian journals, newspaper/ web articles, Indonesian dissertations/ theses, Indonesian proceedings, Indonesian undergraduate thesis, Indonesian reports research/ technical reports, foreign proceedings, Indonesian Law, foreign research reports / technical reports, and foreign dissertations/ theses. Beside the type of literature, literatur was also distinguished by the publisher (Indonesian and foreign). The most frequently cited literature was journal that published by foreign. The second was Indonesian books, than foreign books, Indonesian journals, newspaper articles/ web articles, Indonesian dissertations/theses, Indonesian proceedings, Indonesian undergraduate thesis, Indonesian reports research / technical reports, foreign proceedings, Indonesian Law, foreign research reports/ technical reports, and foreign dissertations/ theses.

Abstract

Scientific data repository has a main role in science because data can be reused, reproduced, and preserved in a long time. In Indonesia there is no institution that manage scientific data repository, generally they only manage publication such as books, journals and proceedings. This is because, most of research data is still managed by a researcher or research group. By using literature study and survey to the journal publisher, authors want to get an information on how to manage research data by publications. Furthermore, the result of literature study is compared to the survey result that produces an important point i.e journal publisher strongly agree to make a policy to the author to attach research data in every paper submitted. Most of journal publisher use Open Journal System (OJS) in managing journal articles, start from paper acceptance until paper publishing. Through this way, research data that attached will be automatically stored to the scientific data repository system based on Application Programming Interface (API).

Abstract

Information system performance evaluation is a crucial step for organizations in facing technological developments, supporting the achievement of strategic goals, and increasing competitiveness in the digital era. This evaluation ensures that the implemented technology not only meets current needs but is also able to keep up with the latest technological developments. The analysis of Digilib Perbanas' performance was conducted because of emerging issues related to feature complexity that make it difficult for users. If this problem is not immediately addressed and the system is not updated, Digilib risks being abandoned by its users. This study aims to evaluate Digilib Perbanas' performance using a combination of the PIECES and GTMetrix methods. The PIECES method is used to measure system user satisfaction through the variables of Performance, Information and Data, Efficiency, Economic, Control and Security, and Service. The number of respondents in the study was 312 students from the Faculty of Information Technology and the Faculty of Economics and Business. The measurement results for the Performance variable were strengthened by the GTMetrix method to measure website speed. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and processed using IMB SPSS Statistics 27. The PIECES calculation results obtained an average variable value above 4.2 or Very Satisfied. However, the additional test result for the Performance variable using GTMetrix was E, indicating that the Digilib website's speed is still suboptimal due to the large amount of data on the platform. The hybrid approach between PIECES and GTMetrix produces a more robust evaluation of Digilib Perbanas by combining problem-based analysis through user perceptions and functional aspects, as well as evidence-based measurements of technical data on system performance.

Abstract

This dataset provides comprehensive information on pregnant women’s information-seeking behavior regarding functional food in Bogor City. In addition, this dataset also includes variables that describe the perceptions and knowledge of pregnant women about functional food. The data was collected through a survey among pregnant women who checked their pregnancies at the Community Health Centre in Bogor City. In the survey, sample selection was conducted using a purposive random sampling method, considering the representation of each health center in Bogor City to ensure more representative results. The potential of using this dataset is vast; various stakeholders, including librarians, government, and researchers, can utilize the dataset. Using this dataset, stakeholders can develop a more effective information service environment on functional foods suitable for pregnant women’s needs. In addition, other researchers can use this dataset to compare pregnant women’s information-seeking behavior, perceptions, and knowledge about functional foods in different regions, thus enriching research in this area.
