Abstract

Shopee is an e-commerce application that has reached over 100 million downloads to date with a rating of 4.3. To further ensure user satisfaction with the Shopee application, the author is interested in conducting research to measure whether respondents are satisfied with the application. The aim is to analyze the level of user satisfaction and determine if Shopee has been operating according to user needs on the Shopee platform. The measurement of satisfaction is carried out using Google Forms with 90 respondents to assess how satisfied users are with the Shopee application, utilizing the PIECES method that focuses on Performance, Information, Economic, Control & Security, Efficiency, and Service. Based on the measurement results, the average values of user satisfaction are as follows: Performance variable 3.685, Information variable 4.100, Economic variable 4.233, Control & Security variable 3.277, Efficiency variable 4.207, and Service variable 3.792. With the highest satisfaction level in the Economic variable and the lowest in the Control & Security variable. The Control & Security variable with the lowest average satisfaction score can be a priority for Shopee's future development so that user satisfaction levels can increase.

Abstract

Universitas Gunadarma merupakan salah satu universitas swasta yang memiliki 24 lokasi kampus dan tersebar di wilayah Depok, Bekasi, Jakarta dan Tangerang. Setiap tahunnya, Universitas Gunadarma membuka pendaftaran umum bagi calon mahasiswa. Pada tahap pendaftaran calon mahasiswa baru, terdapat keluhan yang disampaikan dari sebagian besar calon mahasiswa maupun orang tua peserta tidak mengetahui posisi lokasi kampus Universitas Gunadarma mana yang ingin dituju. Calon mahasiswa yang akan mendaftar di Universitas Gunadarma, membutuhkan data rekomendasi kampus mana yang baiknya dipilih berdasarkan jarak terdekat dengan lokasi tempat tinggal. Pada pengabdian masyarakat ini tim pelaksana membuatkan aplikasi berbasis web dalam bentuk sistem informasi geografis dan sistem rekomendasi penghitungan jarak garis lurus dari tempat tinggal calon mahasiswa ke seluruh lokasi kampus Universitas Gunadarma di Jabodetabek. Upaya ini dilakukan untuk menjembatani antara calon mahasiswa dengan Universitas Gunadarma sebagai penunjang kebutuhan dari keduanya. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam proses pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan model Extreme Programming (XP), dan menghasilkan aplikasi berbasis web serta dilakukan implementasi langsung.

Abstract

The Learning Farm (TLF) Yayasan Karang Widya berlokasi di Kampung Rawabenceuh, Desa Kawungluwuk, Kec. Kab Sukaresmi. Jawa Barat Cianjur 43254. Yayasan Karang Widya adalah organisasi nirlaba yang berupaya memberikan akses pendidikan berkualitas kepada masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah dan kurang mampu melalui program berkebun organik. Target audiensnya terutama adalah orang dewasa kelas menengah dan pekerja yang berusia antara 15 dan 25 tahun. Siswa berasal dari seluruh wilayah Indonesia dan menerima pengajaran tatap muka selama 100 hari per mata pelajaran. Selain materi organik yang berfungsi sebagai media pengajaran utama, siswa juga diberikan pengajaran kecakapan hidup dalam mata pelajaran seperti penggunaan komputer, kemahiran bahasa Inggris, dan kepemimpinan. Tujuan dari mata kuliah ilmu komputer dan matematika yang ditawarkan oleh Universitas Gunadarma adalah untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan pemahaman yang kuat tentang matematika dasar serta keterampilan penggunaan komputer. Pelajarannya mencakup dasar-dasar penggunaan komputer seperti penggunaan komputer, pengolah kata, penggunaan spreadsheet, membuat presentasi, dan pengetahuan matematika yang berkaitan dengan situasi dunia nyata. Tujuan dari program pelatihan guru ini adalah agar siswa dapat bekerja sebagai karyawan dengan menggunakan komputer sebagai alat kerja dan menerapkan pengetahuan matematika pada tugas-tugas yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan atau usaha kewirausahaan.

Abstract

With the development of technology today, it can make it easier for many people to carry out various activities. For example, in searching for work using various job search websites. A job search website is one of the sites where there is an online platform opportunity that allows users to search for and apply for jobs that suit their qualifications and interests. This job search website also has the main aim of helping fresh graduates who have no experience in the field of work. However, this job search website has both positive and negative impacts. Therefore, applicants must first seek detailed information before applying for work. And you also have to look for a truly official platform to avoid fraud. The problems above can make applicants face difficulties in determining which is the best platform to meet their needs. So, to resolve the problems that occur in selecting a job search website, criteria data is really needed, including ease of use, ease of application, detailed information, speed of access, security, and number of site uses. So, a decision support system (DSS) is very necessary as a problem solving tool in selection of the best job search websites. In this research, the author applies the MOORA method to search for final results accurately and is assisted by using the ROC weighting method. Therefore, the one that gets the highest ranking in selecting the best job search website is an alternative. with value.

Abstract

The increase in the number of vehicles in Indonesia requires a more efficient administrative system for vehicle validity validation. Manual verification processes such as checking vehicle registration certificates and license plates by officers in the field are considered ineffective, prone to error, and time-consuming, especially when dealing with high volumes of vehicles. This study aims to develop a computer vision-based automated system capable of detecting vehicle license plates and independently validating tax status. The method used is the CRISP-DM method, which includes understanding requirements, data processing, modeling, evaluation, and implementation. The model used is YOLOv8 to detect the license plate area, and EasyOCR is used for alphanumeric character recognition. The research dataset consists of 587 secondary images and 15 primary images. The secondary data was divided into 70% training data, 20% validation data, and 10% test data. The YOLOv8 model was trained using the best combination of hyperparameters, namely 200 epochs, batch size 16, and learning rate 0.01, which produced a box loss value of 0.38. The tax status validation process is divided into four categories: active, expired, invalid, and no tax information available. Thus, this research can contribute to the development of an effective vehicle tax validation automation system that has the potential to be implemented in public administration services.
