Abstract

Abstract

WHO has recommended mothers to breastfeed their babies until at least six months after birth. The success of this WHO recommendation depends on several factors, and one of these factors is husband's support. From the three journal articles reviewed in this research, husband's support was proven to be very supportive of the success of early initiation of breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding. With the husband's support and the husband's presence when breastfeeding mothers are still active to provide breast milk to their babies, premature cessation of breastfeeding can be prevented because breastfeeding mothers feel appreciated for their efforts so far in conceiving, giving birth and breastfeeding their babies. Therefore, husband's support is considered a very significant intervention for successful breastfeeding.

Abstract

Abstract

With the development of technology today, it can make it easier for many people to carry out various activities. For example, in searching for work using various job search websites. A job search website is one of the sites where there is an online platform opportunity that allows users to search for and apply for jobs that suit their qualifications and interests. This job search website also has the main aim of helping fresh graduates who have no experience in the field of work. However, this job search website has both positive and negative impacts. Therefore, applicants must first seek detailed information before applying for work. And you also have to look for a truly official platform to avoid fraud. The problems above can make applicants face difficulties in determining which is the best platform to meet their needs. So, to resolve the problems that occur in selecting a job search website, criteria data is really needed, including ease of use, ease of application, detailed information, speed of access, security, and number of site uses. So, a decision support system (DSS) is very necessary as a problem solving tool in selection of the best job search websites. In this research, the author applies the MOORA method to search for final results accurately and is assisted by using the ROC weighting method. Therefore, the one that gets the highest ranking in selecting the best job search website is an alternative. with value.

Abstract

Background: Chronic heart failure is a cardiovascular disease with a high morbidity burden that significantly impacts symptom control and patient quality of life. Self-care education is an important component in heart failure management, but conventional approaches are often suboptimal. The development of digital technology, particularly mobile health (mHealth), offers new potential in improving the effectiveness of education and patient engagement in self-care. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of mobile health-based self-care education on symptom control and quality of life in chronic heart failure patients. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental design with a randomized controlled trial approach. A total of 80 chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into an intervention group (n=40) and a control group (n=40). The intervention group received self-care education based on a mobile health application for 8 weeks, while the control group received conventional education. Symptom control was measured using the Heart Failure Symptom Score, and quality of life was assessed using the Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire (KCCQ). Data analysis was performed using repeated measures ANOVA and mixed-effects models. Results: The study showed a significant reduction in symptom scores in the intervention group compared to the control group (p<0.001). Furthermore, there was a statistically significant improvement in quality of life in the intervention group (p<0.001). Compliance with application use was positively associated with improved clinical outcomes. Conclusion: Mobile health-based self-care education is effective in improving symptom control and quality of life in chronic heart failure patients and has the potential to be an innovative strategy in nursing practice

Abstract

This study aims to identify the characteristics of patients who are infusions, before and after infusion health education is carried out on patients for the maintenance of infusion drops at Citama Hospital in 2021. This study uses a Quasi Experimental method with the research design "Pre and post test control group design" the conclusion of this study was obtained by comparing the effect of treatment on the group of subjects who were given the treatment. The research data was obtained based on a survey using a questionnaire to the sample at Citama Hospital. Based on the results of data analysis, there were 4 people (26.7%) who maintained the infusion drip before being given good health education and after being given the infusion health education, it showed an increase in the maintenance of the infusion drip, namely 12 people (80%). And maintenance of infusion drops before being given infusion health education was not good for 11 people (73.3%) and after being given infusion health education showed a decrease in infusion drip maintenance, namely 3 people (20%), where the analysis used a t-dependent test with the average result (0.533), standard deviation is 0.516 and p value 0.001 where p < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the health education of infusion in patients has a significant influence on the maintenance of infusion drops.
