Abstract

In the development of internet service technology, it has become a major requirement as a means of communication and exchanging information. Especially in the field of education such as elementary schols, internet facilities are very much needed where the users are administrative staff, teachers, students via the internet can access various knowledge needed quickly, so that it can simplify the learning process. Therefore, the bandwidth sharing system or it can be called bandwidth management must be in accordance with the conditions of the network service to be applied and bandwidth management is indispensable for multi-service networks, because the more and more varied applications that can be served by a network have an effect on link usage. In the network. The method in this research uses library research and the implementation uses the Hierarchical Token Bucket method, which is an application that function to regulate the distribution of bandwidth. The purpose of this analysis is to provide a bandwidth management system to make a fair distribution for users connected to the network. The results showed that the Hierarchicak Token Bucket method can regulate bandwidth usage for each client when downloading, uploading, streaming and browsing. Abstract

Dalam upaya peningkatan peranan Pasar Jaya sebagai perusahaan daerah yang lebih profesional serta mengantisipasi tuntutan perkembangan bisnis perpasaran di DKI Jakarta yang makin kompetitif dan untuk meningkatkan fungsi dan peranannya Pemanfaatan website perlu diketahui tingkat usability sehingga dapat mengetahui nilai kegunaan dari website yang sudah disediakan oleh kms.pasarjaya.co.id untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada penggunanya.. Dan untuk menilai usability dari aplikasi tersebut baik atau tidaknya diperlukan aspek penilaian dari suatu website. Komponen dari usability testing meliputi: kemudahan (helpfulness), efisiensi (efficiency), mudah diingat (learnability), kesalahan/keamanan (control), dan kepuasan (affect).. Dalam hal ini permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu tidak adanya interaksi antara pengguna dengan admin dan sulitnya mengakses langsung jika terjadi kesalahan yang membuat proses perbaikan memakan waktu yang lama serta dalam tahap pengembangan, terhadap web kms.pasarjaya.co.id. dari sisi kepuasan pengguna menjadi alasan kuat bahwa penelitian ini penting dilakukan. hasil uji hipotesis understanability, learnability, operability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap satisfaction, sedangkan variabel actractivenes tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan/satisfaction. Hasil Tingkat Capaian Responden (TCR) nilai mean dari TCR tertinggi ada pada variabel Understanability dengan nilai 86,5%, Learnability dengan nilai 82%, Operability dengan nilai 78,5% dan variabel Actractivenes dengan nilai 79,25%,.

Abstract

Apple quality is a crucial aspect in the agriculture and food processing industry, quality assessment is essential to meet consumer standards and ensure customer satisfaction. This research explores the use of K-nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm optimized with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) for apple quality classification based on the attributes of size, weight, sweetness, crispness, juiciness, ripeness, and acidity. The dataset used contains 4000 apple samples that have been measured and evaluated based on these attributes. The results showed that setting the population size and inertia weights in the PSO algorithm successfully optimized the performance of KNN in apple quality classification. The combination of population size and inertia weight in the PSO algorithm can increase KNN's accuracy to 91.15% with a recall value of 89.53% and precision of 92.59%. This research also has a better accuracy value than previous research on apple quality classification.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the readiness of the younger generation in facing career challenges in the era of technological disruption through the optimization of digital skills. This activity is carried out in the environment of the Foundation under the name of the Kopia Raya Insani Foundation which will focus on three important pillars of community life, namely: Religion, education, and social and humanity. Islamic visual content design training is becoming increasingly relevant in the era of Society 5.0, where digital expression plays an important role in the dissemination of values ​​and identities. In addition, this training is also intended to empower individuals in creating Islamic visual content that is attractive, informative, and in accordance with technological developments. This training equips participants with basic knowledge of design, principles of Islamic aesthetics, and the use of various digital platforms to spread messages of goodness. Through a practical and applicable approach, participants are expected to be able to produce visual design works that not only enrich the treasury of Islamic content in cyberspace, but also become an effective means for preaching and interacting positively in the digital community. This training is expected to increase Islamic visual literacy and encourage active participation in realizing a digital society that is noble and has an Islamic perspective.

Abstract

Wabah Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap berbagai sektor, baik formal maupun informal, terutama sektor pariwisata. Dalam menghadapi situasi pasca pandemi seperti ini, penting untuk memantau dan mengambil tindakan secara cepat guna memulihkan sektor pariwisata. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan alat bantu untuk menganalisis tren dan perilaku wisatawan mancanegara, serta potensi wisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji efektivitas penggunaan dashboard business intelligence dalam menganalisis tren dan perilaku wisatawan mancanegara serta potensi wisata guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis di sektor pariwisata. Metode yang paling efektif guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan metode visualisasi. Selain itu, penulis juga menggunakan beberapa metode peramalan Exponential Smoothing yang digunakan untuk memprediksi jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Indonesia di masa pasca pandemi kedepannya. Dari beberapa model tersebut nantinya akan dilakukan perbandingan untuk mengetahui nilai MAPE mana yang lebih akurat untuk digunakan. Hasil perbandingan MAPE dari berbagai model peramalan adalah sebagai berikut, Single Exponential Smoothing 22,3%, Double Exponential Smoothing 26,6%, dan Triple Exponential Smoothing (Holt-Winters) 18,0%. Dengan MAPE terendah, model yang paling baik untuk meramalkan kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara ke Indonesia pada era pasca pandemi adalah Triple Exponential Smoothing (Holt-Winters) dengan MAPE 18,0%. Dari model terbaik berdasarkan nilai MAPE terendah yaitu model Triple Exponential Smoothing (Holt-Winters) yang didapatkan untuk hasil peramalan untuk periode berikutnya pada bulan Juli sebanyak 1,264,858 wisatawan.

Abstract

Perusahaan ekspedisi Shopee Express adalah perusahaan logistik yang didirikan oleh Shopee, salah satu platform e-commerce terbesar di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengiriman yang cepat, aman, dan andal kepada pelanggan Shopee di Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Salah satu keunggulan Perusahaan ekspedisi Shopee Express adalah sistem pengiriman yang cepat dan efisien demi kepuasan pelanggan. Perusahaan ekspedisi Shopee Express juga memiliki sistem logistik menggunakan sebuah website yang bernama website spx express. Penelitian ini melakukan pengukuran kualitas website spx express melalui dimensi Webqual 4.0 (usability, information quality, interaction quality) dan variabel kepuasan pengguna yaitu karyawan perusahaan ekspedisi Shopee Express. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden berjumlah 100 orang. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dapat diketahui bahwa persepsi pengguna terhadap kemudahan kegunaan, kualitas informasi, kualitas interaksi termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Dari hasil penelitian bisa diketahui variabel usability memberikan andil kontribusi terbesar yaitu 88,35% dari variabel yang lain.

Abstract

Karang Taruna RW.04 kelurahan Tegal Parang memiliki salah satu misi untuk mengembangkan dan menggali potensi baik di organisasi, maupun dibidang keahlian kerja melalui pelatihan kerja. Pada Kesempatan ini Universitas Nusa Mandiri melirik kesempatan untuk memberikan workshop pengenalan AI pada remaja Karang Taruna RW.04. Workshop ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dasar tentang konsep-konsep dasar kecerdasan buatan kepada unit kerja Karang Taruna RW04 agar mereka dapat memahami teknologi yang semakin merambah ke berbagai aspek kehidupan sehari-hari. Workshop ini dilaksanakan agar unit kerja Karang Taruna RW04 memiliki pengetahuan tentang aplikasi praktis artificial intelligence yang digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang dapat digunakan untuk mengenalkan diri, program-program, prestasi dan kegiatan komunitas mereka kepada anggota komunitas dan masyarakat luas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pemaparan workshop yang dihadiri oleh 18 peserta. Hasil survey kegiatan menunjukan seluruh peserta merasa puas dengan workshop yang telah diberikan.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) is one of the drivers of development and the Indonesian economy. In the midst of the Covid19 pandemic, MSMEs are challenged to exist and survive all forms of existing threats. Starting from the decline in people's purchasing power to result in the fall of MSMEs due to this uncertain condition. In addition, health threats are also not spared MSME players serve and transact with buyers, physical contact is one of the causes of transmission of the Covid19 virus. The formulation of the problem of community service is how MSME actors can market their products during a pandemic and can take advantage of platforms or technology so that there is no need to make direct contact with buyers. The purpose of this community service is to provide continuous coaching in an integrated manner with the help of recommended technology (Halosis, Canva, Web lantera-umkm.com). Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu penggerak pembangunan dan perekonomian Indonesia. Di tengah kondisi pandemi Covid19 UMKM ditantang untuk dapat eksis dan bertahan menghadapi segala bentuk ancaman yang ada. Mulai dari merosotnya daya beli masyarakat hingga berakibat jatuhnya UMKM karena kondisi yang tidak pasti ini. Selain itu ancaman kesehatan juga tidak luput. Pelaku UMKM melayani dan bertransaksi dengan pembeli, adanya kontak fisik menjadi salah satu penyebab penularan virus Covid19. Rumusan masalah dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah bagaimana pelaku UMKM dapat memasarkan produknya di masa pandemi dan dapat memanfaatkan platform atau teknologi sehingga tidak perlu melakukan kontak langsung dengan pembeli. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan pembinaan terus menerus secara terpadu dengan bantuan teknologi yang direkomendasikan (Halosis, Canva, Web lentera-umkm.com).

Abstract

The Covid pandemic has had a major impact on the way people live. This includes community activities. In the era of the pandemic, activities that were initially carried out face-to-face must be limited online. The internet is a solution to avoid direct contact. Activities carried out face to face are assisted by the use of information technology. This service activity aims to improve the skills of the Indonesian Mosque Youth and Youth Network community in utilizing information technology to facilitate work, recording, reporting, and maintaining the health of both community administrators and other community members. The low ability to utilize the Google Form application is a separate obstacle, so that there are still many public services that use manual recording and are not well documented and there is no routine reporting as monitoring and evaluation material. The implementation method consists of six stages, including the partner determination stage, the problem determination stage, the data collection stage, the implementation stage, the monitoring and evaluation stage, and the reporting stage. The form of activity carried out is to provide education about the basic use of Google Forms by holding workshops on community service activities so that participants consisting of administrators who will process data will be more familiar with the use of the Google Form Application to help process data so that it is neater and easier to understand. This activity resulted in the JPRMI community being better prepared to face technological challenges during the pandemic, as well as providing provisions in improving JPRMI community services. In conclusion, JPRMI community officers are able to practice well in making Google Forms that can be used during member registration without using paper/manual recording.
