Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek moderasi dukungan organisasi dan mediasi Work-life Balance pada pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan wanita yang telah memiliki keluarga pada PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling method. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 120 karyawan dengan sampel sebanyak 45 karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur The Simple Mediation and Moderation Model dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 22 dan macro Hayess 2013. Dari temuan penelitian di PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk diketahui pengembangan karir, kepuasan kerja, Work-life Balance serta dukungan organisasi sudah baik. Namun demikian Work-life Balance terbukti tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja, begitu pula dengan dukungan organisasi tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to determine whether the Organizational Justice has a mediating effect in the influence of Career Development to Succession in a family enterprise in the research, namely PT Sumberdaya Sewatama. The sampling method used is convenience sampling. This research took a sample of 38 employees at managerial level. Methods of data analysis used in this research is the analysis of the effect of mediation (OJ) and test effect of independent variables (CD) to the dependent variable (S). The results of data processing using SPSS 22 for windows with macros and hayes 2013. The result shows that managerial level employees at PT Sumberdaya Sewatama have career development, organizational justice, and succession were already good, but organizational justice can not mediate the effect of career development to succession.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the effect mediation of career development on the influence of training and development toward to job satisfaction at PT PLN (PERSERO) Pusat. Data collected using a purposive sampling. There are 80 respondents used as participants. The path analysis is used by analytical tools of Preacher-Hayes the Simple Mediation Model with SPSS 22 for mac with macro and syntax. This research findings that the career development has mediating effect on the influence of training and development toward job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees Hospital Pantai Indah Kapuk (RSPIK), Jakarta mediated by organizational commitment. Data was collected using a convenience sampling. There are 70 nurses, health workers and administration used as a sample. Data analysis methods used in this research is the analysis of the path by using analytical tools of Preacher-Hayes the Simple Mediation Model. The results of data processing using SPSS 22 for windows with macros and syntax. This research findings RSPIK employees have job satisfaction, organizational commitment and OCB are relatively high, where organizational commitment can be intervening variables on job satisfaction influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at Hospital Pantai Indah Kapuk in Jakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and examined howthe transformational leadership influenced the job satisfaction with career motivation and career satisfaction asmoderating and intervening variables. Data were collected from 51 Syariah Bank “X” employeesin Jakarta. The result showed that career satisfaction can not be an intervening variable on the effect of transformational leadership toward job satisfaction. In the other side the career motivation have significant impact as a moderating variable when the transformational leadership is raising the job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of perceived supervisor support on turnover intention which is mediated by work life balance and work engagement. This research was conducted at a pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Cikarang, West Java using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The author distributed an online questionnaire to every worker with permanent employee status with a minimum work period of 1 (one) year to 107 workers. The data analysis method uses the PROCESS Hayes macro bootstrapping method in SPSS. The research results show that perceived supervisor support does not have a significant effect on turnover intention, but work life balance and work engagement fully mediate the influence of perceived supervisor support on turnover intention

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of flexible working arrangements on organizational commitment with work life balance and job satisfaction as mediating variables in generation Z employees who work in Jakarta and its surroundings. In this research, the population used as the research object is generation Z employees or those with birth years from 1998 to 2009 who work in Jakarta and its surroundings. Apart from that, the purposive sampling method was used as a sample determination technique. The questionnaire distributed was in the form of a Google Form with the criteria for respondents being permanent employees who can or have worked with flexible working arrangements and have currently worked at the company for at least 1 year. 176 respondents were obtained and data processing was carried out using SMART PLS 4.0 software. The results obtained in this research are that Flexible Working Arrangement has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Work Life Balance, and Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction mediates the effect of Flexible Working Arrangements on Organizational Commitment. Meanwhile, Work Life Balance does not have a significant influence on Organizational Commitment and Work Life Balance cannot mediate the influence of Flexible Working Arrangement on Organizational Commitment.
