Abstract

The development of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) has become a major focus in responding to the increasingly complex dynamics of modern business. This study aims to investigate the factors that influence the success of AIS development in the current industrial context. The research method used is a survey with a questionnaire distributed to managers and accounting professionals in various companies. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression to evaluate the relationship between independent variables (technological progress, management knowledge, and user participation) with the dependent variable (success of AIS development).The results of the study indicate that technological progress adopted by the company, the level of management knowledge in integrating AIS with business strategy, and active user participation significantly contribute to the success of AIS development. Further regression analysis shows that there is a significant interaction between technological progress and user participation, indicating the importance of strategic integration between technology and human factors in AIS development.This study has significant implications for both practitioners and academics. For practitioners, these findings highlight the importance of managing organizational change and increasing user participation in maximizing the benefits of AIS technology investments. For academics, this study provides new insights in expanding management theory related to technology integration in accounting information systems.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the scientific approach in Pencak Silat learning to enhance motor skills and discipline values among tenth-grade students at MAN 1 Makassar. Employing a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest model, the research involved 60 students divided equally into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received Pencak Silat instruction using a scientific approach, while the control group followed a conventional model. Pretest results showed similar baseline scores between groups for both motor skills (Mean = 65.4, SD = 6.8 for experimental; Mean = 64.9, SD = 7.2 for control) and discipline values (Mean = 70.1, SD = 5.6 for experimental; Mean = 69.8, SD = 5.9 for control). Posttest analysis revealed significant improvements in the experimental group for motor skills (Mean = 78.2, SD = 5.4) and discipline values (Mean = 82.6, SD = 4.9), compared to the control group (Motor Skills Mean = 70.5; Discipline Values Mean = 74.3). Independent sample t-tests confirmed statistically significant differences between groups (p < 0.001). The effect sizes were large (Cohen’s d = 1.45 for motor skills; 1.68 for discipline values), indicating a strong practical impact. These findings suggest that a scientific approach integrated into martial arts instruction is effective in fostering both physical competence and behavioural development. The study supports its inclusion in physical education curricula to promote holistic student growth.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah proses pendidik mengkomunikasikan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan seni kepada siswa, sebagai alat untuk mengubah cara berpikir dari tradisional ke modern. Hal tersebut didukung oleh komitmen pemerintah dengan membuat kebijakan yang berlandaskan undang-undang berisi tentang profesionalisme dan kemajuan Pendidikan dari segi fasilitas sampai perihal pembiayaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberi gambaran dan menganalisis efektifitas, hasil, serta pengamatan terhadap factor penduukung atau penghambat dari implemetasi kebijakan gubernur terhadap pendidikan gratis. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah kerja Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Banten, terfokus pada Sekolah Tingkat Menengah Kejuruan di Provinsi Banten pada bulan Juli 2021 sampai dengan bulan Juli 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian dipakai studi multi situs. Sumber data langsung lokasi secara alami (natural setting) untuk menganalisis data menyeluruh, kemudian mutu pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Provinsi Banten, menjadi fokus penelitian ini temuan formal dan fokus penelitian temuan substantif. Penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan pendidikan gratis merupakan program, keberhasilanya, tergantung pelaku organisasi atau manajemen yang baik dan lugas untuk bisa dijadikan sebagai wadah menciptakan generasi yang terampil dan berkualitas.

This abstract explores the critical intersection of sport psychology and team management, emphasizing the importance of mental fortitude and psychological resilience in the pursuit of athletic excellence. Beyond physical prowess, this research underscores the role of psychological factors—motivation, confidence, focus, stress management, and mental health—in determining athletic outcomes. It advocates for a holistic approach to athlete development, integrating sport psychology into team management to optimize both performance and wellbeing. Through a comprehensive examination of empirically supported psychological strategies, including mindfulness, visualization, cognitive-behavioral interventions, and motivational interviewing, the study aims to offer practical, evidence-based recommendations for teams and coaches. This includes addressing individual and team performance enhancements, psychological assessments, goal setting, and mental imagery, as well as tackling psychological challenges like injuries, eating disorders, and career transitions. The research also delves into the dynamics between individual athletes and team objectives, the pivotal coach-athlete relationship, team cohesion, and the broader implications of mental training in athletic rehabilitation. By fostering an environment where athletes can excel and maintain their mental health, this theme ventures into redefining team management paradigms through the lens of sport science and psychology.

Abstract

The digital era has brought about significant transformations across various aspects of life, including the world of sports. This study aims to delve deeply into how information technology (IT)—encompassing big data, IoT, wearable technologies, AR, and VR—has shifted the paradigms of athlete training and management. Employing both quantitative and qualitative approaches, this research explores the impact of IT on training efficiency, injury risk reduction, and athlete performance enhancement. By collecting data from coaches, sports managers, and athletes across different sports disciplines, this study tests the proposition that IT integration in sports not only elevates athlete performance but also redefines training practices and sports management strategies. This research is expected to provide new insights that can be utilized by coaches, sports managers, and policymakers to effectively harness information technology in enhancing athlete performance and optimizing sports management. Furthermore, these findings are anticipated to spur further discussion on the future of technology in sports and how it can continue to be used to push the boundaries of human performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keaktifan anak tunagrahita dalam mengikuti pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SDLB Bina Bakti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah katagori kelas C (Tunagrahita) yang berjumlah 17 orang. Instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes kemampuan observasi dan wawancara.Selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Dari perhitungan statitik. 1.Tingkat kekatifan anak tunagrahita dalam mengikuti pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SDLB Bina Bakti dapat dikatakan cukup, dimana berdasarkan perhitungan deskriptif persentase diperoleh hasil sebesar 51,34%. 2.Proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SDLB Bina Bakti menggunakan system kelas secara paralel atau penggabungan beberapa kelas dalam satu pertemuan. 3.Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keaktifan anak tunagrahita dalam mengikuti pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SDLB Bina Bakti, antara lain faktor intern dan ekstern dari anak. 4.Adapun hambatan dalam proses pembelajaran berlangsung adalah, tidak sesuainya pembelajaran dengan apa yang diinginkan oleh guru, dan masih ada sebagian anak yang pasif dalam pembelajaran, hanya berdiam diri saat pembelajaran berlangsung.

Abstract

Proses cabang olahraga pencak silat untuk menuju salah satu cabang olahraga yang resmi dan wajib dipertandingkan pada even setingkat Asia melalui Asian Games dan multi even tingkat dunia dengan Olympiade. Hal yang utama yang harus dibenahi adalah persoalan regulasi atau aturan pertandingan yang dapat melindungi atlet dari kemungkinan cedera, sehingga dengan perkembangan pencak silat dewasa ini yang sangat pesat sekali, sehingga diperlukan adanya peraturan-peraturan yang akan mengantisipasi segala persoalan-persoalan yang terjadi di dalam pertandingan Pencak Silat. Ikatan Pencak Silat Indonesia (IPSI) sebagai induk organisasi Pencak Silat di Indonesia telah berulang kali mengadakan penyempurnaan Peraturan Pertandingan Pencak Silat, sampai akhirnya dalam PERSILAT tahun 2022 yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 4 Desember 2016 di Bali dan Rapat Kerja Nasional 2019 telah menetapkan Peraturan Pertandingan Pencak Silat yang harus dipatuhi dan dilaksanakan oleh semua angota IPSI beserta seluruh jajarannya.  PERSILAT sebagai Perkumpulan Silat Dunia yang merupakan organisasi Pencak Silat tingkat dunia pada tahun 2020 membuat rancangan Peraturan Pertandingan Pencak Silat yang akan diberlakukan pada setiap even regional maupun internasional, dan rencana peraturan tersebut akan disyah kan pada Kongres Persilat tahun 2020 yang bertepatan dengan Kejuaraan Dunia di Malaysia, akan tetapi ternyata diundur sampai bulan Juli tahun 2022.Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Teknik Bantingan, Pencak Silat, Atlet, Tapak Suci, Cabang Makassar.

Abstract

This study is an experimental research that aims to find out whether there is an effect of the application of imagery on improving the ability to shoot free throw This study uses two groups of pre-test post-test control design using a total of 20 athletes. The results showed that imagery exercises had a significant effect on improving free throw shooting ability , with the male experimental group's imagery exercises showing a higher average improvement (μA1 81.20 > μA2 13.20) with a score difference of 5.00 so that it has a more significant influence compared to the men's control group exercise on the improvement of free throw ability. The imagery exercises of the women's experimental group showed a higher average increase (μA1 19.40 > 11.20 μA2) with a difference of value of 2.20 so that it had a more significant effect compared to the women's control group exercises on the improvement of free throw ability. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the application of imagery exercises has a significant influence on improving free throw ability.

Abstract

Based on the constitutional mandate and the promulgation of Governor Regulation No. 52 of 2020, the policy of free education in the Banten Province eliminates the financial barriers of students in Public Senior High School, Public Vocational Senior High School, and Public Special Needs School with the goal of providing equal opportunities and human resource development. This study aimed to investigate the implementation of the policy and its implications for the quality of vocational high schools, which are significant in regional development and labor market integration. Data collection methods employed in the study were observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation using the qualitative descriptive approach. The researcher utilized government publications and foreign literature as sources of information for the study. The analysis of the data collected in the study was underpinned by the theory of policy implementation with emphasis on decentralized governance, administrative capacity, and regulatory clarity. The validity of the study was ensured through triangulation. The results indicate that inter-institutional collaboration, sufficient funding, and the existence of a cogent legal regime are essential for the successful implementation of policies. Although the dropout rates have reduced and access has increased, quality enhancement demands investments in infrastructure, leadership skills, monitoring, and teachers' competence. Further, the financial support must be supplemented with a system of accountability, quality control, and constant evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of the policies in the long term. In the decentralized education system in Banten, in developing countries, the link between equity-oriented funding and results-oriented governance ensures that enrollment is supplemented with significant improvements in learning outcomes and workforce readiness.
