Abstract

The use of purple sweet potato in food processing is an attempt to diversify the food, one of which is in the processing of ice cream. This study aimed to analyze the effect of different composition of purple sweet potato as much as 15%, 20%, and 25%, the quality of the ice cream. This research was an experiment using a completely randomized design with three replications by 30 panelis. The results of the hypothesis test showed influence on the level of the commission of the third. The quality level of the test was a better color on the addition of 25%, better flavor, namely the addition of 15%, better texture, namely the addition of 15% and a better sense that the addition of 15%. Hedonic test quality better color namely the addition of 25%, better flavor is the addition of 15%, better texture, namely the addition of 15% and a better sense that the addition of 15%. Abstract

Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2016, 70% of the total deaths in the world and more than half of the disease burden. 90-95% of Diabetes cases are Type 2 Diabetes which is largely preventable because it is caused by an unhealthy lifestyle (World Health Organization (WHO) Global Report, 2016). The research method carried out with a quasi-experimental research design (Quasi Experiment) with The One Group Pre-Post Test approach (The One Group Design), which is a research method carried out with the main objective of making a description or descriptive of a situation objectively (Notoatmodjo, 2010). The population in this study were patients with diabetes mellitus at Rejang Lebong Hospital in 2022, totaling 54 people, the number of samples in this study were 35 respondents. The results of this study showed that some respondents 19 (54.3%) before being given self efficacy education were not good at Rejang Lebong Hospital in 2023, most of the respondents 23 (65.7%) after being given good self efficacy education, there was an effect of four pillars education on diabetes mellitus disease on self efficacy at Rejang Lebong Hospital in 2023 (p value 0.017). The results of this study suggest that the RSUD can provide services by providing education, especially for patients with diabetes mellitus so as to increase self-efficacy.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melibatkan UMKM Telogo Wungu untuk meningkatkan proses pemasaran, terutama melalui peningkatan kualitas foto produk. Melalui metode survei, observasi, wawancara, dan diskusi, dilakukan pembimbingan untuk menghasilkan foto produk yang menarik dan memperkuat identitas UMKM. Hasilnya, terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada kualitas dan estetika foto produk, memungkinkan pemasaran lebih efektif melalui e-commerce dan media sosial seperti WhatsApp dan Instagram. Ini membantu meningkatkan nilai produk dan memudahkan konsumen memahami produk melalui iklan berbasis gambar. Melalui bimbingan intensif, UMKM Telogo Wungu dapat memperbarui foto produk mereka, menghasilkan daya tarik visual yang lebih besar. Selain itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat juga memberikan pelatihan kepada UMKM Telogo Wungu tentang teknik pemasaran melalui media sosial dan e-commerce. Hal ini membantu UMKM untuk memahami strategi pemasaran yang efektif, termasuk penggunaan kata kunci yang relevan dan optimalisasi konten untuk meningkatkan visibilitas online mereka. Dengan demikian, UMKM dapat menjangkau lebih banyak pelanggan potensial dan meningkatkan penjualan mereka secara signifikan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memberikan kesempatan bagi UMKM untuk menjalin kemitraan dengan influencer atau komunitas online yang dapat membantu meningkatkan eksposur produk mereka. Dengan cara ini, UMKM Telogo Wungu dapat meningkatkan daya saing mereka di pasar dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal secara keseluruhan. Dengan adanya bimbingan intensif dan pelatihan yang diberikan, UMKM Telogo Wungu dapat melihat peningkatan dalam interaksi dengan pelanggan mereka, baik melalui komentar, like, atau pembelian langsung melalui platform online. Hal ini membuktikan efektivitas dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam membantu UMKM meningkatkan kehadiran mereka secara digital dan mengoptimalkan potensi penjualan mereka secara online.Kata Kunci : UMKM,Promosi,Foto Produk

Abstract

The use of AI-based tools in learning has been demonstrated by numerous studies, demonstrating that this technology can improve students' writing skills. This training is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the technical and theoretical aspects of using NLP technology in the context of language education. The application of NLP tools helps students identify and correct common language errors in academic writing, such as grammatical and spelling errors. Participants conducted text analysis of academic texts they had written before and after the training. Using NLP tools, they were able to identify errors and areas for improvement. The analysis results showed a significant reduction in error frequency after applying the techniques taught during the workshop. This training has positively contributed to students' academic writing skills, providing them with new skills and increasing their motivation to learn.
