Abstract

this study aims to determine the level of Vo2 Max ability of Male Athletes of Raflesia Swimming Club Bengkulu City. This research method is descriptive research. The research sample amounted to 23 people. The instrument used in this research is the Bleep Test/Multi-Stage. Where the results of research and discussion, the researcher concluded that the VO2 Max ability performed by male athletes of Raflesia Swimming Club Bengkulu City performed by 13 men in the sufficient category, namely as many as 7 men or with a percentage of 54%. Then for the VO2 Max ability carried out by male athletes of Raflesia Swimming Club Bengkulu City conducted by 10 girls in the sufficient category, namely as many as 6 girls or with a percentage of 60%.From the results of the research obtained by the results of the VO2 Max ability test conducted by the overall male athletes of Raflesia Swimming Club Bengkulu City conducted by 13 boys and 10 girls in the sufficient category, namely as many as 13 people or with a percentage of 57%.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 21 Tanjung Panti dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru melalui pembuatan video ajar dan alat praktikum berbasis lingkungan. Sekolah ini menghadapi tantangan serius, seperti aksesibilitas yang buruk dan kurangnya media pembelajaran modern. Kegiatan ini meliputi tiga tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, dengan fokus pada pengembangan alat praktikum menggunakan 3D printer dan sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi Camtasia untuk membuat video ajar. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk menilai kualitas video dan alat praktikum, serta dampaknya terhadap pembelajaran. Keberlanjutan program direncanakan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan bagi guru. Total anggaran yang digunakan mencapai Rp 39.351.000, yang sebagian besar berasal dari hibah DRTPM. Hasil yang diharapkan dapat memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa dan meningkatkan kompetensi guru.

Abstract

This thesis entitled Quality of Service to Customer Satisfaction Cafe Tugu Limau in Mekar Sekuntum Village, Tebas District, Sambas Regency. Problem general in this research is How the Quality of Service Against Customer Satisfaction of the Tugu Limau Cafe in Mekar Sekuntum Village, District Tebas, Sambas Regency, with its sub-problem, How is Quality Tangible Services, Reliability, Responsiveness or Concern (Responsiveness), Empathy (Empathy) and Insurance (Assurance). perceived and expected by consumers of the Tugu Limau Cafe in Mekar Village Sekuntum of Tebas District, Sambas Regency? Research approach that used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques used are Interview Techniques, and Documentation. The data collection tools are observation guidelines, guidelines interviews, field notes and cameras. Cafe Tugu Limau informant namely Sisters Sholeha, Nopia, Melin, and Brother Haider. Research Results Show that Service Quality has been realized in terms of Service Quality tangible, namely the availability of public facilities in physical form such as tables, chairs and others, in terms of service quality Reliability (Reliability), visible with availability in directing and assisting consumers, in terms of Responsiveness or Concern (Responsiveness) services provided quickly and appropriate, in terms of Empathy (Empathy) attitude and service behavior that given shows a sense of care and in terms of insurance (assurance) looks visitors feel comfortable when in the Cafe. and has shown it is consumer satisfaction.
