Abstract

Abstrak Dalam menjalankan bisnis utamanya sebagai salah satu bagian dari perusahaan listrik Negara, PT Indonesia Power mempunyai tanggung jawab atas ketersediaan listrik di Indonesia. PT indonesia Power berupaya menghasilkan tenaga listrik yang handal dan bermutu. PT Indonesia Power memiliki beberapa unit pembangkit yang salah satunya adalah PLTU JABAR II yang terletak di Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. PLTU JABAR II merupakan unit pembangkit listrik tenaga uap dengan tiga unit generator pembangkit yang berkapasitas 3×350 MW. Tugas akhir ini memaparkan tentang pembagian ekonomis daya aktif pada setiap unit pembangkit  yang  berada  di PLTU JABAR II untuk  mencapai  kondisi  operasi  yang  optimal dan ekonomis serta perhitungan batas daya reaktif sesuai kurva kapabilitas milik generator. Perhitungan pembagian beban ekonomis pembangkit listrik menggunakan metode Lagrange Multiplier yang disimulasikan dengan perangkat lunak MATLAB 7.6. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saat pembebanan 350 MW, Generator Unit 2 memiliki biaya pembangkitan paling murah dengan total biaya pembangkitan  sebesar  USD 10.807/jam dan saat dua dari tiga generator diaktifkan, kombinasi pengoperasian Unit 2 dan Unit 3 merupakan kombinasi pengoperasian generator paling murah dengan biaya saat pembangkitan daya 700 MW adalah sebesar USD 21.999/jam. Kurva kapabilitas hasil simulasi sudah sangat mendekati kurva kapabilitas asli milik Generator di PLTU JABAR II. Kata kunci: Pembangkit, Lagrange Multiplier, Optimasi, Kurva Kapabilitas Abstract In running the main business as one part of  National electrical  company, PT Indonesia Power has responsibility to fullfil electrical energy availability. PT Indonesia Power attemps to produce electrical energy which is reliable and quality-proved. PT Indonesia Power has several power plants, one of them is JABAR II coal fired power plant located in Sukabumi, West Java. JABAR II coal fired power plant is a steam power plant with three generating units that has capacity of 3×350MW. This final assignment explains distribution of active load each of generating unit to reach an optimal and economic operation, this assignment also explains about reactive power limits calculation based provided capability curve of Generator in PLTU JABAR II. The calculation of economic dispatch use Lagrange Multiplier method which is simulated in Matlab 7.6. The result of this final assignment shows that with 350 MW load, Generator Unit 2 is the generator with cheapest fuel cost at total of USD 10.807/hour and when two of three generators are activated, the combination  Unit 2 and Unit 3 are the cheapest generator combined operation that has total fuel cost of USD 21.999/hour at 700 MW generating load. The capability curve from simulation result is already very close to the original capability curve of Generator in PLTU JABAR II. Keywords: Power Plant, Lagrange Multiplier, Optimization, Capability Curve.

Abstract

Writing is usually one of the things that must be mastered by everyone. Especially students, many of them face difficulties in writing. This study explores the challenges faced by students in acquiring writing comprehension skills. It delves into various factors contributing to these difficulties, including language barriers, lack of writing practice, and ineffective teaching methods. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and qualitative analyses to gather comprehensive insights. Findings reveal a need for targeted interventions, such as tailored instructional strategies and increased exposure to diverse writing genres, to enhance students' writing comprehension abilities. The study contributes valuable information for educators, curriculum developers, and policymakers aiming to improve writing education outcomes. The latter suggests that some of the difficulties students face in learning to write are a lack of confidence that prevents them from writing, limited vocabulary, making it difficult for them to compose the words they want to write and often fear that others will criticize their writing. This research not only focuses on the complex challenges that hinder students' writing comprehension, but also provides a foundation for developing writing proficiency.

Abstract

The results of the research show that the effectiveness of vocational training centers in improving community skills in 2021 has not been maximally effective. This study concludes that there are still many implementation efforts that have not achieved success, the types of training are limited, the procedures applied are still not optimal, the material provided is still lacking and the facilities do not meet standards. Obstacles faced by the Sambas district vocational training center in improving skills can be seen from internal factors, namely participants who have different backgrounds, lack of teaching staff, training equipment that does not meet standards, the application of the curriculum has not yet reached the textile industry stage and limited training budgets. In terms of external factors, there is no devaluation of the pre-training participants.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini adalah suatu kegiatan Magang dan Studi independen Bersetifikat dan salah satu program merdeka belajar kampus merdeka (MBKM) Merupakan memberdayakan ibu-ibu nasabah BTPN syariah. Pendampingan rutin ini dilakukan 4 kali pertemuan dalam sebulan yang dimana pertemuan pertama itu adalah perkenalan, pertemuan kedua adalah menyampaikan materi dan pertemuan ketiga itu review materi dan praktek dan pertemuan keempat adalah penutupan. Tujuan pendampingan rutin ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pendampatan UMKM nasabah BTPN syariah dan mensejaterahkan UMKM di kecematan karang tinggi Bengkulu tengah

Abstract

This research aims to develop and test the effectiveness of interactive learning media modules on special journal material in the Economics Education Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, development, validation, limited trials, and large-scale trials. The results of the study indicate that the use of interactive modules enhances students' understanding and motivation to learn. This module is expected to be widely implemented in the classroom learning process.
