Abstract

Era pertumbuhan teknologi saat ini membawa dampak yang sangat besar bagi kehidupan masyarakat sehari-hari, khususnya dalam bidang perdagangan. Peneliti dan pengguna teknologi perlu menerapkan Technology Adoption Model (TAM), yang membantu menjelaskan bagaimana pengguna teknologi bertindak di dunia yang terglobalisasi. Evaluasi literatur ini dikembangkan untuk melakukan analisis menyeluruh, mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang TAM, dan menentukan kegunaannya sebagai basis penelitian untuk platform fintech Kredit Pintar. Definisi, evolusi teoritis, penelitian teoritis, dimensi dan indikator, referensi, dan rekomendasi untuk studi tambahan diperoleh melalui evaluasi mendalam terhadap sejumlah bahan referensi yang memiliki reputasi baik.

Abstract

The history of Service Quality has appeared in several previous studies, but studies that discuss property SERVQUAL remain underexplored, particularly in relation to user satisfaction and housing quality in developing countries. The concept of quality management will support the success in developing the housing sector and will provide acceleration for the government to improve the local economy. Unfortunately, in many developing countries, the management of housing for the community tends not to meet the required quality because it always prioritizes quantity. There is the urgency of empirical and theoretical gaps is an opportunity for researchers to provide additional scientific references in the form of conceptual quality management of housing users' perceptions using property SERVQUAL in accordance with the expected impact. The method applied in this paper was carried out with a quantitative approach. The data obtained is through surveys. The survey data were processed using a model test tool, namely PLS-SEM. Respondents in this study were 150 housing users. The findings that will be obtained in this study are in the form of a conceptual description of quality management of housing user perceptions using property SERVQUAL and how it impacts housing characteristics and direct impacts for users in the form of subjective well-being. The implications of this research consist of two outputs, namely the first implication for science in the form of new references from the concept of quality management with novelty linking Property SERVQUAL, housing characteristics, and subjective well-being. The second is the consideration of practical strategies for housing stakeholders.

Abstract

The impact of the pandemic has resulted in many people losing their jobs. This causes the potential for muzakki to decrease and mustahik to increase. This paper will examine how zakat is received and distributed before and after the pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The results showed that there was a decrease in both the collection and receipt of zakat after the Covid-19 pandemic. BAZNAS Karawang Regency needs to make various efforts to improve the collection and distribution of zakat in Karawang Regency again.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived risk and trust on continuance usage intention on DANA E-Wallet Application. The research method used was descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 120 using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with testing the hypothesis partially and simultaneously. testing assisted with the SPSS tool. The results of this study are that there is a partial effect of perceived risk having a positive and significant effect on continuance usage intention, trust has a positive and significant effect on continuance usage intention, Simultaneous hypothesis results on perceived risk and trust simultaneously have a significant effect on continuance usage intention. The ????2 test for perceived risk and trust on continuance usage intention is obtained by R Square of 0.856 meaning that 85.6% of continuance usage intention is influenced by these two variables, while 14.4% of continuance usage intention is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan, kepercayaan dan daya tarik promosi terhadap keputusan penggunaan ShopeePay di Karawang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna ShopeePay di Karawang, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 260 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemudahan penggunaan, kepercayaan dan daya tarik promosi secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan penggunaan E-wallet ShopeePay di Karawang dengan masing-masing – masing variabel memiliki nilai pengaruh sebesar 24%, 37,8% dan 16,7%. Sedangkan secara simultan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 58,9% terhadap keputusan penggunaan E-wallet ShopeePay di Karawang dan sisanya 41,1% dipengaruhi variabel lain.
