Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan, kepercayaan dan daya tarik promosi terhadap keputusan penggunaan ShopeePay di Karawang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna ShopeePay di Karawang, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 260 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemudahan penggunaan, kepercayaan dan daya tarik promosi secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan penggunaan E-wallet ShopeePay di Karawang dengan masing-masing – masing variabel memiliki nilai pengaruh sebesar 24%, 37,8% dan 16,7%. Sedangkan secara simultan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 58,9% terhadap keputusan penggunaan E-wallet ShopeePay di Karawang dan sisanya 41,1% dipengaruhi variabel lain.

Abstract

This posts specifically examines perceptions of planning in supply chain management to maintain consistent quality of implementation in SME Bandung Raya. This study aims to determine the relationship between variables when applied to small food and beverage businesses, as well as provide recommendations for increasing business competitiveness to business actors and stakeholders related to SMEs in Bandung Raya. The lack of research on SMEs related to Supply Chain Quality Management (SCQM), Quality Performance, and Strategic Planning is the background for this study. The results of the literature review show that strategic planning is related to SCQM, but it has not been strongly proven empirically, especially in SMEs. The study method uses a quantitative approach and explanatory descriptive analysis, carried out on small food and beverage category businesses in Bandung Raya with a sample of 150 SMEs. The research results gave rise to a concept or model that is already strong. The influence of strategic planning on SCQM was recorded as significant at 0.887. The influence of SCQM on quality performance is significant at 0.829. The influence of strategic planning on quality performance through SCQM is significant at 0.736. SME perceptions are similar to those of strategic planning, and SCQM concludes that inadequate assessment, strategic communication, and the purpose and worth of SME goods can all contribute to this influence.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the warehouse system at Fadhilah Fashion and to compare it with the application of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method for controlling merchandise inventory in order to enhance effectiveness. The research was conducted within the warehouse operations of the Fadhilah Fashion enterprise. Employing a descriptive-quantitative research design, the sample comprised clothing items in category A for the 2024 period. This sampling was determined through the ABC classification method due to the wide range of apparel stocked by Fadhilah Fashion. The results of the inventory-control data analysis indicate that the implementation of the EOQ method optimizes both order quantity per replenishment and annual ordering frequency when compared to the existing warehouse system. Furthermore, EOQ contributes to total inventory cost savings and establishes appropriate safety stock levels for triggering reorders.

Abstract

Abstrak: PEKKA merupakan sebuah organisasi non-profit yang berkomitmen pada pemberdayaan perempuan kepala keluarga. Di Kabupaten Karawang, Lokasi center serikat Pekka terletak di Desa Kalibuaya, Kecamatan Telagasari. Salah produk unggulan Pekka Karawang adalah Mie Cangkang Rajungan (Mie Caruka) dan keripik tempe trembesi (Keripik Tempe Basiah). Tempe basiah dapat dikembangkan menjadi keripik tempe sebagai oleh-oleh khas Karawang, sedangkan Mie Caruka masih bertekstur basah sehingga mudah basi dan butuh teknologi untuk mengeringkan mie agar lebih tahan lama. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan Kelompok Pekka dalam hal produksi produk unggulan dan pengemasan. Metode pemberdayaan yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi, pendampingan, dan pelatihan kepada 20 anggota Pekka Karawang. Penilaian perubahan pengetahuan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test serta kuesioner skala likert untuk menilai perubahan sikap Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa, (1) terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan anggota pekka Karawang sebelum dan setelah dilaksanakannya sosialisasi sebesar 80%; (2) terdapat perubahan sikap dilihat dari peningkatan minat terhadap produk keripik tempe basiah dan mie cangkang rajungan dengan skor 355 kategori tinggi; dan (3) terdapat peningkatan keterampilan anggota Pekka Karawang dalam membuat dan mengemas keripik tempe basiah dan mie cangkang rajungan.Abstract: PEKKA is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering female heads of families. The Pekka union center is situated in Kalibuaya Village, Telagasari District, within Karawang Regency. The flagship products of Pekka Karawang are Crab Shell Noodles (Mie Caruka) and Trembesi Tempeh Chips (Keripik Tempe Basiah). Basiah tempeh can be developed into tempeh chips as a typical Karawang souvenir, while Mie Caruka still has a wet texture, making it easily perishable and requiring technology to dry the noodles for longer shelf life. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of the Pekka Group in terms of producing superior products and packaging. The empowerment strategies employed included socializing, mentoring, and training for 20 members of Pekka Karawang. Knowledge change assessment was conducted using pre-test and post-test questionnaires, as well as a Likert scale questionnaire to assess attitude changes. The results of the activity showed that: (1) there was an 80% increase in the knowledge of Pekka Karawang members before and after the socialization; (2) there was a change in attitude, as evidenced by an increased interest in basiah tempeh chips and crab shell noodles with a score of 355, which is a high category; and (3) there was an improvement in the skills of Pekka Karawang members in making and packaging basiah tempeh chips and crab shell noodles.

Abstract

Abstrak: Hasil identifikasi dan observasi mitra menunjukan bahwa UMKM menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga kualitas produk akibat keterbatasan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam penerapan sistem manajemen mutu terutama pada proses produksi. Atas permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra, maka tujuan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra terkait manajemen kualitas yang tergambar pada desain proses produksi dan penggunaan checksheet sebagai alat kendali mutu. Metode yang diterapkan pada pengabdian ini adalah pendampingan melalui ceramah dan praktik langsung pebuatan diagram alur produksi dan checksheet . Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Kelompok UMKM Pesona Rasa yang terdiri dari 24 UMKM. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Karawang, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dalam bentuk pre-test dan post-test yang terdiri dari 10 pertanyaan terkait manajemen operasi pada umumnya dan pengendalian mutu pada khususnya. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta dari 59% menjadi 85%.Abstract: The results of partner identification and observation show that MSMEs face challenges in maintaining product quality due to limited understanding and skills in implementing quality management systems, especially in the production process. Given the problems faced by partners, the objective of this community service is to increase partners' knowledge of quality management as reflected in production process design and the use of checksheets as a quality control tool. The method applied in this community service program was mentoring through lectures and hands-on practice in making production flowcharts and checksheets. The partners in this activity were the Pesona Rasa MSME Group, consisting of 24 MSMEs. The activity was carried out in Karawang Regency, West Java Province. Evaluation was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires in the form of pre-tests and post-tests consisting of 10 questions related to operations management in general and quality control in particular. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' understanding from 59% to 85%.
