Abstract

A systematic literature review method was used in this study to find good governance for micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs). The SEM-PLS approach was utilized to assess the effect of MSMEs' owners' competencies on the level of governance model implementation and the performance of MSMEs. The test results suggest implementing the governance model's concept can improve business performance. To be effective, however, owners of MSMEs must be willing to invest in their professional growth. Thus, based on the research findings, the MSMEs governance model, which is unique to this study, can serve as a standard for MSMEs' performance and a reference for various stakeholders involved in MSMEs' development initiatives.JEL Classification: G3, M21How to Cite:Rinaldo, D., Sari, P. Abstract

e importance of the role of SMEs in the regional, national, and global economy as well as the industrial era 4.0, which requires business actors to continue to be able to innovate, It needs encouragement from various groups, including academics, on how to make conceptualizations that can be used as material for policies or decisions for business actors or stakeholders. Along with the growing awareness of SMEs about competitiveness because they are facing the millennial era, this is an opportunity for researchers to present conceptual strategies so that they can be useful for SMEs. The problems in this study are that there is no concept that describes internal and external conditions, and the quality of SME products is inconsistent for markets that enjoy them. The purpose of this research is to build a concept of character development strategy for product quality that is always maintained so that it can become competitive in the business. The method in this study employs a qualitative approach, with tools such as Internal Factor Evaluation, External Factor Evaluation, SWOT Analysis, and problem solving using one of the standardization tools used. The results of this study show that clear work steps will make it easier for SMEs players to provide consistency in the taste that characterizes the products being marketed

Abstract

Tegallega Village is one of the villages in Ciampel Sub-district, Karawang Regency. Tegallega Village has several potentials and problems, especially in the economic sector. In the economic sector, Tegallega Village has the potential to develop MSMEs from KWT. The flagship products of Tegallega Village are gadung chips and banana chips. Unfortunately, these MSMEs in Tegallega Village still have several problems, such as not yet having a legal entity and still lacking product development and marketing strategies. Currently, product marketing is still limited to the surrounding area and still does not have optimal supply chain management to keep production running throughout the year. The method used in this activity consists of the preparation and implementation stages of socialisation. This activity provides understanding and knowledge for MSMEs about sustainable supply chain management and Tegallega Village MSME players can map their business supply chain management to determine operational strategies in reducing supply chain futility from upstream to downstream.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk membangun kemitraan antara perguruan tinggi dengan masyarakat dan membantu masyarakat menyelesaikan permasalahan nyata yang dihadapi. PKM ini berisikan penyelesaian permasalahan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM). Objek dalam pengabdian ini yaitu UKM Desa Tegallega Kecamatan Ciampel Kabupaten Karawang. Desa Tegallega berpotensi pengembangan UKM dengan produknya seperti keripik gadung dan keripik pisang. Permasalahan yang dimiliki yaitu pengelolaan atau manajemen usaha terutama kinerja kualitas. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan UKM Desa Tegallega membutuhkan pemahaman ilmu proses produksi dan manajemen usaha secara umum. Metode pelaksanaan program PKM ini yaitu berupa transfer keilmuan berupa sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Program PKM yang mempunyai kaitan dengan penelitian dan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini diharapkan memberikan penambahan literasi dan dokumentasi manajemen usaha yang lebih baik untuk UKM Desa Tegallega. Hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan ini adalah telah tersampaikannya literasi Tata Kelola Operasional UKM dan tersusunnya dokumen output berupa mapping alur proses dari UKM yang ada di Tegallega, sehingga dapat menjadi pedoman dalam setiap proses produksi dalam rangka peningkatan kinerja kualitas.

Abstract

Purpose — The purpose of this study is to evaluate service quality using the RURALQUAL model and examine its relationship with customer satisfaction and customer experience.Method — The research method employed in this study is quantitative research using Structural Equation Modeling, specifically Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The variables investigated include service quality (X) as the independent variable, customer experience (Y) as the intervening variable, and customer satisfaction (Z) as the response variable. The population for this study consists of tourists visiting Wanayasa Rural Tourism in Purwakarta. The sampling method used to select participants is non-probability sampling, specifically the purposive sampling technique. A total of 344 Wanayasa tourists were included as samples in this study.Result — This study discovered that there is a notable impact on customer experience and customer satisfaction when it comes to service quality. Additionally, customer experience can act as a mediator between service quality and customer satisfaction.Novelty — This research applies RURALQUAL model approach to measure service quality in rural tourism in Wanayasa, Purwakarta, Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract- Technical analysis is an investment strategy known by investors to reduce the risks that occur in stock investments. The assumption of technical analysis that uses past data contradicts the efficient market hypothesis, where technical analysis cannot obtain abnormal returns in an efficient market, and not all markets are efficient because there are things that can interfere with market efficiency, namely behavioral finance and Indonesia is an emerging market capital. This study aims to compare how significant is the difference between return obtained through a technical analysis applying simple moving average strategy and return obtained from the buy hold strategy in the sideways period, bullish period, and also during the all period of both sideways and bullish. This will imply whether or not the market in Indonesia has been efficient. To compare the differences in returns in this study, t test was conducted with SPSS 23 for companies listed on LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. From the results of the difference in returns in this study, it was found that the market in Indonesia was efficient in the weak form because of the non-significant difference of return of the simple moving average strategy and buy-hold-startegy. This result will provide a reference for investors to choose the best investment strategy in Indonesia. Research focuses on weak form efficient markets during the bullish and sideways periods. Further researchers can also examine the bearish market. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to aim to determine the classification or types of raw materials which include groups A, B, and C which are expected to help companies in selecting and classifying which types of raw material components are more important than other raw material components and controlling these raw materials. This research technique uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Based on the results of data processing, the raw materials can be classified into 3 classes, namely: class A, class B and class C. Of the 12 types of raw materials calculated, those included in class A amounted to 3 types of components, namely multiplek, blobkboard and HPL with a percentage value of the annual volume of rupiah of 63.55%, while for class B there are 4 types of components, namely PVC board, vinyl floor, paint duco and accessories with a percentage value of the annual volume of rupiah of 35.12% and the last is class C which consists of 5 types of components, namely nails, glue, couplers, taco sheet and edging with a percentage value of the annual volume of rupiah of 1.33% of the total annual volume of raw material rupiah.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of strategies that can be carried out by SMEs in order to build a framework for era 4.0. This research presents the concept of a technology transformation development strategy for SMEs. The method in this research is utilized a qualitative approach, using SWOT tools combined with the Business Model Canvas for SMEs. The results of this study identified development factors in the framework of the company's strategy to face era 4.0, especially for SMEs in the Borondong Industry case study. The main finding of this research is that SMEs need to carry out specific strategies related to the proper technology adoptions in stages. The implications of the theory that can be implemented in this research are conceptual strategies that may contribute significantly to the SMEs.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki potensi mendukung kesejahteraan ekonomi mandiri masyarakat. Selain itu UMKM juga memili kontribusi yang besar pada perekonomian Indonesia dengan menyerap tenaga kerja sebanyak 96,9%, kontribusi PDB sebesar 60,5%, dan total investasi UMKM Nasional 60,0%. Sayangnya UMKM menghadapi permasalahan yang umum terjadi, yaitu pengembangan produk, kemasan dan digitalisasi pemasaran. Maka dari itu kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan nilai tambah produk yang ada di UMKM Opak Apik Teh Tika yang berlokasi di Desa Karanganyar, Kecamatan Klari, Kabupaten Karawang. Saat ini, UMKM tersebut masih dalam proses pengembangan karena masih terbatasnya variasi produk dan pemasaran. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan UMKM Opak Apik Teh Tika dapat lebih berkembang dan memiliki nilai tambah produk yang lebih baik.
