Abstract

The existence of industry in a city has an important role in the survival of society. Industry managers, as well as industrial environment are closely related to the regional government, because it is one of the planning of the city layout of an area. The importance of maintaining good relations has been realized by every company. How they foster good relations with the local government, the community, and the environment around the company. The existence of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) helps the company to establish such good relationships, besides the mutually beneficial relationships between companies and communities, companies with local governments that such things can help mitigate and minimize conflicts that occur. In the drafting of Perda CSR, the DPRD and the government sometimes do not pay attention to the parties who become the object subject to the responsibility of Perda, in this case the company. The government should understand the construction of corporate thinking, because it will be contradictory when on the one hand the region seeks to attract investors to invest their capital, while on the other hand due to too many rules, formal and informal costs, even make investors reluctant to invest. In this research use social control theory, and social action, also institutionalism organizational.In this study using the type of qualitative research with phenomenology approach which of the phenomenon is doing an observation, then use field notes as well as in-depth interviews of informants who are selected based on purposife. The data obtained will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive technique and the data is checked for validity by triangulation.

Abstract

Pada tahun-tahun terkahir ini banyak diperdebatkan persoalan kekerasan atas nama agama, bukan hanya itu Indonesia saja tetapi juga diseluruh penjuru dunia ,  buka hanya di forum diskusi tatap muka saja tetapi juga di alam maya. Kekerasan atas nama agama merupakan suatu tema yang jika dirunut dari dasar-dasar  logika tergolong sebagai  terma yang  contradictory, karena diantara terma yang satu dengan yang lain saling mengingkari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskrisikan konstruksi sosial pemimpin atas tradisi Giri Kedaton sebagai identitas sosial budaya masyarakat Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Gresik Jawa Timur dengan menggunakan paradigma interpretatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi nonpartisipan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan melalui open coding, axial coding, dan selective coding, sedangkan analisis data melalui persistent observation, triangulation, member check and peer reviewing, dan referencial adequacy check. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: identitas sosial sebagai realitas adalah ciptaan manusia kreatif melalui kekuatan konstuksi sosial di sekitarnya yang dikuatkan oleh hadirnya leader melalui regulasi pendukungnya.  Proses penguatan identitas yang dilakukan melalui otoritas leader lebih efektif daripada pembentukan identitas oleh masyarakat. Konstruksi sosial atas realitas cenderung berlangsung melalui leader secara hirarkis-vertikal, bersifat spasial, yaitu berlangsung dari pimpinan kepada bawahannya. Berpijak dari teori konstruksi sosial atas realitas Peter L. Berger dan Luckman dengan melihat variabel leader menjadi sangat substansi dalam proses eksternalisasi, objektivasi, dan internalisasi, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa sifat dan kelebihan leader sebagai agen dalam proses eksternalisasi, objektivasi, dan internalisasi telah memperbaiki proses konstruksi sosial atau realitas yang berjalan lambat.

Abstract

This study aims to map the development of scientific studies on pedagogical tensions between Millennials and Generation Z in the context of formal and digital learning. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, following the PRISMA protocol. A total of 115 scientific articles indexed in the Scopus database from 2019 to 2024 were analyzed using bibliometric tools VOSviewer and CiteSpace. The results indicate six main clusters in the literature on intergenerational pedagogical tension: (1) culture and perception; (2) learning experiences and generational differences; (3) communication and intergenerational activities; (4) development of digital content and media; (5) Gen Z consumer behavior and local values; and (6) strategies and institutional support. Keywords such as generation, student, education, and medium emerged as central nodes in the literature network, highlighting the importance of generational and media aspects in learning dynamics. Additionally, topics such as trust, intention, and belief also show an increasing trend in recent publications, indicating a shift in focus toward affective and psychological aspects in digital education. This study contributes to expanding intergenerational education research through a visual bibliometric approach and provides a conceptual foundation for developing inclusive and adaptive pedagogical strategies tailored to the characteristics of digital-native generations like Gen Z. The main limitation of this study is its focus on articles in the Scopus database, which does not include literature from other databases such as Web of Science or Google Scholar. Therefore, further research is recommended to expand the scope of data and deepen exploration of practical dimensions in the implementation of intergenerational pedagogy.

Abstract

The integration of character education in schools is very important to develop students' ethical (moral) values, despite facing challenges from family background and the influence of digital media, schools try to collaborate with parents in efforts to educate children at home and conduct digital literacy to strengthen ethical values. Good school programs can be carried out in order to form students' personal morals and ethics. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach chosen because it describes the phenomenon in depth based on the views of participants. The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of ethics education in shaping student character at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Metro, which includes ethics education, factors of ethics formation, the role of Islamic religious education in shaping ethics, shaping children's mentality, educating student morals, and preparing superior generations. The results of this study show that ethics education is systematically integrated through religious activities (congregational prayer and tahfidz program), social activities (Friday clean and donation), and habituation of character values by teachers. The contribution of this research can have a positive impact on educators, educational institutions, and policy makers in preparing a superior generation with character.

Abstract

This study examines the evolution of research on artificial intelligence (AI) in secondary school learning over the past few years. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, 4,558 Scopus-indexed publications from 2019 to 2024 were analysed. The screening process adhered to the PRISMA framework, and VOSviewer was utilised to conduct bibliometric mapping, encompassing collaboration patterns, topic trends, and keyword groupings. Results indicate five dominant research themes. One cluster is heavily represented by medical and clinical research, which appears because many AI tools emerging in education originate from medical applications, such as simulations, automated assessment, and immersive technologies. The most relevant cluster focuses on adaptive learning, personalization, and data-driven curriculum design—areas directly connected to the context of secondary education. This review helps build a clearer conceptual map of AI-based learning innovation. Its key limitation is the exclusive use of Scopus; therefore, future studies should integrate additional databases for broader coverage.
