Abstract

Hinduism spread throughout the Indonesian archipelago, and is embraced by various tribes and ethnicities in Indonesia. Therefore, Hinduism has a different religious culture between one place and another, between ethnic groups and ethnic groups and other ethnic groups. This makes the Hindu religious culture diverse, distinctive, and regionally characteristic, according to where the tradition was born. But also not infrequently, these cultural actors seek a middle ground by doing acculturation. This method is considered effective in uniting the differences brought by each tribe or ethnicity. Acculturation that occurs does not eliminate the original cultural elements of the ethnic group or ethnicity concerned, but instead produces a new culture that is equally acceptable to both, and is considered in accordance with the social environment in which the two communities live.

Abstract

UKS is a unit that provides students with health services to improve their health. Research findings at SMP Negeri 34 Palembang showed that: UKS management began from: (a) preparation (b) execution, (c) control was not optimal. Obstacles to the introduction of the UKS program are due, among other things, to insufficient clean and safe living practices, issues with human resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, insufficient documentation. Coordination was not maximal between related agencies, the UKS program was insufficient, The UKS VISION is not clear, the preparation is not yet strategic in order to achieve the VISION, limited funds in the process of implementing the UKS Program, there is still inadequate, insufficient time for Puskesmas employees to concentrate on supporting UKS, as well as clean and safe conduct

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and prove the influence of leadership and competence on work motivation and its implication toward employee’s commitment of technology agency research and application, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research were descriptive, survey and explanatory method with population size of 1.057 and sample size of 213 respondents. The method used to analysis data was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The research result, obtained the findings as follows: The Leadership and competence both partially and simultaneously had positive and significant impact on work motivation with contribution (R2) 51%. Partially leadership dominantly influence on work motivation. Further on Structural 2 showed, The leadership, competence and work motivation both partially and simultaneously had positive and significant impact on employee’s performance with contribution (R2) 78%. Viewed as partial, competence had dominantly toward employee’s commitment. Concerning on direct and indirect effect that work motivation was being partial mediating. This study found and recommended that to increase employee’s commitment of technology agency research and application needed to be extending work motivation, reflected by the dimensions of affiliation which supported with an increase in competence which reflected by the dimensions of attitude, and rectified the leadership which reflected by the dimensions of supporting.

Abstract

Religious attitudes became essential to the main character because it was an indication of a servant's obedience to his Lord. The study is intended to describe (1) forms of religious attitude of the lead character in the novel Rentang Kisah by Gita Savitri Devi and (2) factors that influenced the religious attitude of the lead character in the novel Rentang Kisah by Gita Savitri Devi. The approach used in this study is religious psychology. The research data source is Gita Savitri Devi's Rentang Kisah novel. Research data consists of a storyline of words, sentences, and paragraphs that are relevant to the focus of the study. Data collection is done using the listen and take notes. Data analysis is made by identifying data, classifying data, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. Research shows that (1) forms of religious attitude lead character in Gita Savitri Devi's Rentang Kisah novel include belief in the traditional, belief in religious consciousness, and inaction. (2) factors that affect religious attitudes of internal and external factors. The conclusion of the religious attitude of the lead character in the novel Rentang Kisah by Gita Savitri Devi’s is that religious attitude are shaped by the consciousness of the Gita character influenced by family, friendship, and environment.

Abstract

Assistance in making final reports for educational internship students at SMA Negeri 01 Buay Madang includes several key points. Students who undertake educational internships at these schools have valuable experience in observing, interacting, and contributing to the educational environment. The final report reflects students' in-depth understanding of the learning process, school management, and the dynamics of teacher-student relationships at the high school. In the report, students present an evaluation of learning methods, challenges faced, and recommendations for improvement. Apart from that, student assistance also includes understanding the school curriculum and student involvement in extracurricular activities. In conclusion, the intern students succeeded in integrating educational theory with practice in the field, proving their professional growth and contribution to educational development at SMA Negeri 01 Buay Madang.

Abstract

Guru dituntut untuk memiliki kompetensi pedagogik dengan menerapkan kurikulum yang sedang berlaku. Akan tetapi, guru belum menerapkan kurikulum tersebut, tetapi sudah diminta menerapkannya dalam Program Profesi Guru Dalam Jabatan (PPG Daljab). Berdasarkan hal itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengalaman mahasiswa PPG Daljab dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode penelitian ini adalah narrative inquiry. Subjek penelitian adalah lima mahasiswa PPG Daljab Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa awalnya guru kurang siap dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka sebab para guru belum memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang cukup. Meskipun demikian, proses pembelajaran PPG yang menyarankan penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka mendorong guru untuk terus berinovasi dalam pembelajaran dalam hal perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, hingga tindak lanjut. Pada umumnya, proses itu pun mengalami kendala substansial dan teknis, tetapi hal tersebut dapat diatasi guru dengan terus berupaya menggali pengetahuan dan menambah pengalaman secara konkret melalui praktik. Dengan demikian, guru pun memiliki kesiapan yang jauh lebih matang setelah guru selesai mengalami fase praktik pengalaman lapangan. Guru merespons bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka ternyata jauh lebih mudah diterapkan jika guru memiliki pemahaman dan pengalaman yang cukup.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh GCG (Good Corporate Governance) terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Dimana yang termasuk kriteria GCG yaitu ukuran dewan komisaris, ukuran dewan direksi, dan ukuran dewan komite. Sedangkan profitabilitas menggunakan rasio ROE (Return On Equity). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan jumlah sampel 4 dari 66 Populasi berupa perusahaan-perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2019-2021 kemudian menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu metode purposive sampling. Hasilnya berupa variabel dewan komisaris berpengaruh positif terhadap ROE dan dewan direksi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROE. Dewan komite berpengaruh negative terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan.

Abstract

Stunting in toddlers is a major nutritional problem faced by Indonesia, with a high incidence rate occurring in several provinces across the country. This nutritional issue can occur at any age, starting from the prenatal stage, infancy, childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and even in the elderly. To reduce the prevalence of stunting in affected provinces, prevention efforts are essential, including predicting the spread of stunting incidents in each region. Therefore, this research conducted spatial prediction of the prevalence rate of stunting incidents using Machine Learning, specifically Support Vector Machine based Regression. The results of this study produced a prediction model with an RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) value of 0.008689303 and a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.65912721. Based on these findings, the predictive model utilized demonstrated satisfactory performance in predicting the prevalence rate of stunting incidents in each area

Abstract

The manual management of health supplies inventory by pharmacists at UPTD Puskesmas Toari, Southeast Sulawesi, poses a challenge in monitoring the stock of health supplies due to the manual recording, resulting in less effective monitoring of the inventory. This study aims to design a monitoring system for health supplies inventory using the First Expired First Out (FEFO) method. The FEFO method is suitable for managing the dispensing of health supplies that are closest to their expiration date by utilizing them first to avoid any expired supplies being consumed. The development of this health supplies inventory monitoring system will utilize the waterfall method, consisting of five stages: Requirement Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance. The system will be web-based, providing efficient management of health supplies inventory, including medications, disposable medical materials (BMHP), and medical equipment, while also providing timely and accurate information. The research findings indicate that the system can effectively monitor the health supplies inventory at the UPTD Puskesmas Toari Pharmacy Warehouse, utilizing the FEFO method to prioritize the dispensing of health supplies with the nearest expiration date. The system also includes a notification feature to inform the need for immediate dispensing of health supplies. Questionnaire results showed that respondents agreed with the implementation of the monitoring system at the UPTD Puskesmas Toari Pharmacy Warehouse
