Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang bangun alat pencampur nutrisi tanaman pada sistem hidroponik DFT (Deep Flow Technique) yang dilengkapi dengan sistem kendali jumlah zat padat terlarut (TDS, satuan ppm) dan agitator. Tahap kegiatan dimulai dengan melakukan perancangan, konstruksi, pengujian serta analisis biaya. Perancangan terdiri dari perancangan struktural dan fungsional. Hasil perancangan diperoleh dimensi 0,85 m x 0,55 m x 1,550 m, yang terdiri dari sebuah reservoir, sebuah wadah penampung nutrisi A dan nutrisi B yang masing-masing berkapasitas 100 liter dilengkapi dengan agitator yang digerakan dengan motor DC 45 watt. Unjuk kerja sistem elektrik dilakukan untuk memastikan kecukupan nutrisi (TDS) serta ketinggian air dalam reservoir. Pengujian kerataan TDS dan temperatur larutan nutrisi diukur setiap 720 detik dalam rentang 3600 detik pada 5 titik dengan hasil masing-masing memiliki simpangan rata-rata 1,4430%+5% dan 4,9054%+5%. Pengujian penanaman dengan menggunakan alat pencampur pada tanaman pakcoy dan bayam masing-masing 5,95 kg dan 2,5056 kg lebih banyak dibanding tanpa menggunakan alat pencampur. Sedangkan untuk analisis biaya produksi alat pencampur dan diperoleh Rp8.981.019. Dalam analisa biaya penanaman pakcoy dan bayam diperoleh selisih dengan harga pasaran sebesar Rp13.273.

Abstract

This purpose of this study to examine and analyze the moderating role of good corporate governance in the relationship between corporate social responsibility and the value of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. The method in this study uses quantitative methods with secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and the official website of the sample company website. The independent variable of this research uses corporate social responsibility disclosure. The dependent variable used is the firm value proxied by Tobins q. the moderating variable is good corporate governance in the form of an independent board of commissioners. The analytical method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that CSR had a significant effect on firm value and good corporate governance had a significant effect on the relationship between CSR and firm value.

Abstract

Several technologies and methods for traceability systems in the agriculture and food sectors have developed rapidly in recent decades. There has been an increase in traceability system research in many developing countries, including Indonesia. Our review collects data from the Scopus database to study the development and dynamics of research on traceability systems and to identify emerging technological trends in the field. This paper uses bibliometric analysis by VOSviewer to find out studies regarding traceability. Our findings reveal traceability system research in Indonesia encompasses 1,264 documents within the Scopus database from 1998 to 2022. The number of studies on traceability systems has increased significantly after 2016. Most scholarly articles on traceability technology are disseminated as conference proceedings. These traceability systems have been established and are widely adopted to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural and food products, monitor species diversity, and oversee environmental parameters. The objective of the user influences the development of the traceability system. Technologies such as deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) barcoding, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), satellites, wireless sensor networks (WSNs), blockchain, product tagging, spectroscopy, and smart packaging rapidly advance to enhance traceability capabilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas e-modul berbasis proyek dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan penguatan karakter siswa pada pembelajaran IPAS kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Borg & Gall. Uji validasi oleh ahli menunjukkan bahwa e-modul memenuhi kriteria kelayakan tinggi dari aspek materi, media, dan desain instruksional. Hasil uji coba lapangan menunjukkan bahwa e-modul praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan nilai rata-rata angket respon siswa dan guru yang tinggi. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji N-gain dan t-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa setelah penggunaan e-modul ini. Selain itu, hasil observasi menunjukkan adanya penguatan karakter siswa, khususnya dalam aspek gotong royong dan kemandirian. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pengembangan kurikulum dan strategi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di sekolah dasar. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan agar e-modul ini diuji dalam jangka waktu yang lebih panjang serta dikembangkan dengan fitur interaktif tambahan untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya.

Abstract

Food safety is a critical issue in ensuring public health, especially in preventing contamination from harmful substances illegally added to food. One such hazardous additive is borax, which is sometimes used by unscrupulous food producers to preserve texture and shelf life, despite its known toxicity and prohibition in food products. This study aims to detect the presence of borax in tofu, a widely consumed protein source, by utilizing two analytical tools such as a Texture Analyzer and a Spectrometer. The Texture Analyzer was employed to evaluate the physical firmness of tofu, as borax is known to increase its hardness. The Spectrometer was used to confirm the chemical presence of borax. Results indicated that tofu samples containing borax showed significantly firmer textures compared to control samples, and the spectrometric analysis successfully detected borax compounds. These findings demonstrate that both instruments are effective in identifying borax contamination. The study recommends the sustainable development of rapid and accurate detection methods for other hazardous additives to enhance food safety monitoring and enforcement practices.
