Abstract

This study aimed to find out what preventive methods are used by families at home to reduce the negative impacts of technological developments in the digital era. The method used in this research was a qualitative descriptive approach involving 9 parents of children aged 4-8 in Sukoharjo. Semi-structured interview techniques were used for data collection. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that parents' preventive efforts to mitigate the impact of technology on children include making rules of use by setting time limits on the use of electronic devices, providing healthy and wise examples in using technology tools, encouraging children's outdoor activities, monitoring content consumed by children, encourage open communication with their children by talking about the dangers and benefits of technology openly, teaching digital literacy by teaching children about privacy, online security, and digital ethics, making a daily schedule that balances screen time and other activities, promoting their hobbies and interests, and keeping pace with technological developments.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali pemahaman guru tentang permainan berisiko. Sudut pandang guru mencerminkan pendapat mereka tentang permainan berisiko di luar ruangan. Pendapat ini sangat terkait dengan cara mereka menginterpretasikan permainan berisko pada anak-anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menggali persepsi guru prasekolah mengenai permainan berisiko pada anak usia dini. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dipilih karena sesuai untuk memahami secara mendalam pandangan, pengalaman dan pemahaman guru terkait topik yang diteliti. bahwa semua guru yang telah diwawancarai memiliki susdut pandang positif terkait bermain berisiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru percaya bahwa permainan berisiko memiliki manfaat yang lebih banyak dari pada dampak negatifnya. Guru sadar akan perannya dalam mendampingi anak bermain berisiko sebagai upaya preventif dalam mengurangi dampak dari permainan berisko itu sendiri. Guru juga sadar untuk mendukung anak dalam pelaksanaan permainan berisiko. Beberapa hambatan dihadapi guru dalam pelaksanaan permainan berisko pada anak diantaranya adalah ketika kurangnya pengawasan guru saat anak bermain berisko, hambatan lain yang dihadapi adalah terkang orang tua tidak bisa memaffkan ketika anak mengalami cedera disekolah saat pelaksanaan bermain berisiko.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide examples of various activities that can be implemented in each PAUD institution, namely Independence activities that contain many benefits, especially in instilling character in children. Characters that can be developed such as the character of love for the country, patriotism, brave, responsible, honest, willing to sacrifice, helpful, respect for differences, etc. The methods used in this training activity are preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation method includes meeting with 35 teachers at RA Chairunnisa to coordinate activities. The implementation method includes material presentation on the preparation of P5 independence activities from the beginning stage, development stage and conclusion stage. In addition, the practice of making Independence activities by making a variety of Indonesian traditional costumes, making war equipment such as guns, swords, rifles and simulating independence competitions. The evaluation method is in the form of discussions and questions and answers between participants and resource persons. The result is that teachers understand how the steps in the preparation of project activities to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5), teachers have ideas and ideas for preparing interesting activities on Independence Day that contain many benefits, especially in instilling children's character.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether there is an influence of making puppets from cassava leaves on prosocial behavior in elementary school students. The method used in this research is Pre-Post One Group Design. The independent variable in this study is the making of puppets from cassava leaves, while the dependent variable of this research is prosocial. The subjects of this study were 207 people who were fifth and sixth-grade elementary school students in 8 elementary schools in Surakarta. The research flow used was the subject was given a pre-test using a scale for ± 10 minutes. The next step was treatment in the form of puppet making from cassava leaves in the experimental group for ± 30 minutes. During the treatment, the researcher made observations concerning the checklist observation sheet. The last plot is the post-test using the same scale as the pre-test but the item number is random. The results of this study statistically show the influence of making puppets from cassava leaves in increasing student prosocial. This is following the results of a descriptive analysis that shows the making of puppets from cassava leaves can improve the prosocial level of elementary school students who are in the low category by 14%, quite as much as 39%, and high by 47%.
