Abstract

The work of the ulama in developing the study of Islamic law. can be seen from the many famous figures, including two of the four madzhab imams who became the center of knowledge from various Islamic regions at that time, and the contribution of the Umayyad government in bookkeeping and the spread of Islamic knowledge which has been written as one of the golden inks of history in Islam which influenced the rapid development of the knowledge of Islamic law at that time. In the early days of the Umayyad reign, several thought groups emerged which had a huge impact on contributing to the development of Islamic legal thought. which in the following journey turned into a theological school, such as the Khawarij which was a group that left the allegiance of the legitimate government at that time, the Sunnis, the majority of whom remained loyal to supporting the legitimate government, while the Shiites strengthened their existence in politics by developing their teachings and doctrines. These three schools contributed to the development of Islamic legal thought

Abstract

This study aimed to find out what preventive methods are used by families at home to reduce the negative impacts of technological developments in the digital era. The method used in this research was a qualitative descriptive approach involving 9 parents of children aged 4-8 in Sukoharjo. Semi-structured interview techniques were used for data collection. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that parents' preventive efforts to mitigate the impact of technology on children include making rules of use by setting time limits on the use of electronic devices, providing healthy and wise examples in using technology tools, encouraging children's outdoor activities, monitoring content consumed by children, encourage open communication with their children by talking about the dangers and benefits of technology openly, teaching digital literacy by teaching children about privacy, online security, and digital ethics, making a daily schedule that balances screen time and other activities, promoting their hobbies and interests, and keeping pace with technological developments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh guru perlu melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran kepada siswa. Alat evaluasi yang digunakan yaitu tes pilihan ganda dimana memiliki beberapa keunggulan dan kelemahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tes pilihan ganda yang dijadikan sebagai alat evaluasi pembelajaran. Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode deskriptif adalah survey yang sistematis dan ketat dalam mengumpulkan informasi dari satu sampel. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yaitu memakai teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru, waka kurikulum dan siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa guru lebih tertarik dalam menggunakan tes berupa pilihan ganda untuk mengetahui dan mengukur hasil siswa dalam pembelajaran. Tes pilihan ganda lebih efisien waktu dalam penggunaan dan kemudahan dalam penilaian tapi memiliki tantangan tersendiri dalam pembuatannya.

Abstract

Kompetensi menjadi dasar untuk mengetahui kualitas citra guru. Berbeda dengan tes potensial, ketika menilai kompetensi, contoh perilaku yang terjadi dalam situasi kerja harus diambil. Guru harus mampu menyiapkan instrumen tes dan non tes. Penilaian hasil belajar siswa merupakan kegiatan wajib bagi setiap guru. Tujuannya untuk memberikan informasi tentang penguasaan materi dan keterampilan siswa. Tujuan jurnal ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi skor dan metrik kompetensi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh setelah penelitian, pengaruh kompetensi profesional mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap evaluasi pembelajaran PAI. Rata-rata profil kualitas keterampilan penilaian peserta didik PAI sebesar 33,33% yang berarti guru PAI belum menguasai.

Abstract

General elections have become a global phenomenon. Elections are the best way to ensure a peaceful transition of power. Election practices throughout the world vary in how they are carried out but remain based on honest, free, fair and peaceful elections. The political year gave rise to conflict between communities and even social strife caused by differences in decisions and opinions between communities, so the aim of this activity is to educate the public about peaceful elections packaged in a national insight workshop. This activity was carried out in Duwet village, Wonosari District, Klaten Regency. This activity used the lecture and workshop method or question and answer. In the lecture method, material on national insight will be presented and at the workshop time will be provided for question and answer discussions about national insight. The results of the implementation of community service show that the community increasingly understands the meaning of nationality as an encouragement to welcome the 2024 elections that are honest, free, fair and peaceful, understand the meaning of togetherness, respect each other and respect each other's differences in choices.
