Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui hubungan prakarya dengan kewirausahaan, pengaruh langsung terhadap proses pembelajaran, dan soft skills (2) hubungan kewirausahaan dengan prakarya, pengaruh langsung terhadap proses pembelajaran, dan soft skills (3) pengaruh secara langsung proses pembela-jaran terhadap soft skills (4) pengaruh secara tidak langsung prakarya dan kewirau-sahaan terhadap soft skills. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif metode deskriptif dengan studi korelasi. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Jurusan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. Teknik sampling adalah simple random. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data adalah analisis jalur dengan path analisis.Hasil penelitian (1) prakarya berhubungan dengan kewirausahaan 54%, berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap proses pembelajaran 17%, dan terhadap soft skills 34% (2) kewirausahaan berhubungan dengan prakarya 54%, berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap proses pembelajaran 19%, dan terhadap soft skills 10% (3) proses pembelajaran berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap soft skills 3% (4) prakarya berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap soft skills 1% dan kewirau-sahaan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap soft skills 1%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peserta didik maupun pendidik harus mampu untuk melaksanakan learning to do bukan hanya learning to know melalui kegiatan praktek langsung. The purpose of this study were (1) the effect of directly craft towards entrepreneurship, learning, and soft skills (2) the effect of direct entrepreneurship towards craft, learning, and soft skills (3) the effect of directly learning towards soft skills (4) the effect of indirectly craft and entrepreneurship towards soft skills. This research is quantitative descriptive method with correlation studies. Population and sample in this study were students of class X, XI, and XII Marketing Vocational high school 1 Karanganyar. Technique is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and data analysis technique used path analysis.The results (1) A craft directly affect entrepreneurship 54%, on learning of 17%, and the soft skills of 34% (2) entrepreneurial directly affect the craft of 54%, on learning of 19%, and the soft skills of 10% (3) the learning process directly affects the soft skills of 3% (4) craft indirect effect on the soft skills of 1% and entrepreneurial indirect effect on the soft skills of 1%. Based on the findings, researchers recommend to learners and educators to be willing and able to learn by doing rather than just learning to know through direct practice.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) to determine the influence of intelligence quotient toward the learning achievement of economics in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Bulu, 2) to determine the influence of emotional quotient toward the learning achievement of economics in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Bulu, 3) to determine the influence of spiritual quotient toward the learning achievement of economics in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Bulu, and 4) to determine simultaneous the influence of intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient toward the learning achievement of economics in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Bulu. This research is a quantitive research. The population of the research was class XI in SMA Negeri 1 Bulu in the academic year 2017/2018 as many as 4 classes with a total 151 students. The sampling technique used was probability random sampling. The number of samples was 110 respondents. The data collection methods use were documentation, test, and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple linier regression.The result of the research shows that the equity of the multiple regression is Y = 37.909 + 1.612 X1 + 0.123 X2 + 0.107 X3. The regression coefficient is positive which means that intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students. It means that the higher intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient is the higher the student?s learning achievement will be. Based on the result of the research, it can be conclude that: (1) intelligence quotient is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students which is shown by the probability value of <0,05 (0.000<0.005), (2) emotional quotient is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students which is shown by the probability value of <0,05 (0.044<0.005), (3) spiritual quotient is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students which is shown by the probability value of <0,05 (0.046<0.005), and (4) intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students which is shown by the probability value of <0,05 (0.000<0.005). Adjusted R Square value is 78%, it shown that 78% of the learning achievement of the students is influenced by intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient, while the rest which is 22% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this research: 1) develop media valid CD interactive to increase the competency participants training business school and management BLK Surakarta, 2) analyze effectiveness of media CD interactive to increase the competency participants training business school and management BLK Surakarta. This research used the research and development (R&D). Validation internal development media CD interactive on the model training work Competency Based Training (CBT) involving media experts, the people of material and practitioners. Analysis of the data used was descriptive analysis qualitative and the quantitative analysis use test one way anova. Value validation products obtained from media experts of 84,99 %, the people of matter of 84.25 % and practitioners of 85,51 % shows the average validation products of 84,54 % which means had qualified for very good. In the field there are significant differences average score posttest between the experiment to the control group with the significance (sig.) as much as 0.00 <  ? (0.05). Value obtained from validation and the the field show that the product of development media CD interactive being used as a medium learning and effective to increase the competency participants training for BLK Surakarta. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengembangkan media CD interaktif yang valid untuk meningkatkan kompetensi peserta diklat jurusan Bisnis & Manajemen BLK Surakarta, 2) menganalisis keefektifan media CD interaktif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi peserta diklat jurusan Bisnis & Manajemen Balai Latihan Kerja Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakkan pendekatan R&D. Validasi internal Pengembangan Media CD Interaktif Pada Model Diklat Kerja Competency Based Training melibatkan ahli media, ahli materi dan praktisi. Analisi data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan uji anava satu  jalur. Nilai validasi produk yang diperoleh dari ahli media sebesar 84,99%, ahli materi sebesar 84,25% & praktisi sebesar 85,51% menunjukkan rata-rata kevalidan produk sebesar 84,54% yang artinya memiliki kualifikasi sangat baik. Pada uji lapangan terdapat perbedaan signifikan rata-rata nilai posttest antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol dengan nilai signifikansi  (sig.) sebesar 0,00 < a (0,05). Nilai yang diperoleh dari validasi & uji lapangan menunjukkan  bahwa produk pengembangan media CD interaktif layak digunakan sebagai media  pembelajaran & efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi peserta diklat Balai Latihan Kerja Surakarta.
