Abstract

Peserta didik mempunyai gaya belajar yang berbeda-beda. Gaya belajar tersebut meliputi auditori, visual dan kinestetik (VAK). Seorang guru harus mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masing-masing gaya belajar peserta didik tersebut. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis VAK. Media pembelajaran berbasis VAK dapat dipenuhi dengan menyisipkan file video di dalamnya. Selain itu, penggunaan file video sebagai media pembelajaran mendukung implementasi pembelajaran saintifik pada kurikulum 2013. Namun, belum semua guru memiliki kemampuan untuk mengemas file video tersebut dalam bentuk media pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru di SMA Negeri 1 Teras dan SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis VAK dengan kombinasi software Format Factory, U-Lead dan PowerPoint. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan para guru di SMA Negeri 1 Teras dan SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali dalam membuat media pembelajaran. Peningkatan kemampuan guru-guru tersebut berada di atas target yang direncanakan. Rerata peningkatan kemampuan guru-guru di SMA Negeri 1 Teras 7,87% di atas target, sedangkan di SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali 9,58% di atas target. Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Format Factory, U-Lead, PowerPoint Students have different learning styles. Learning styles include visual learners, auditory learners, and kinesthetic learners. A teacher must be able to fulfill the needs of individual students learning styles. One way that can be applied is using Visual, Audio and Kinesthetic (VAK) learning media based. VAK-learning media based can be created by inserting video files on it. In addition, using video file as a learning media can support the implementation of scientific learning on the 2013 curriculum. However, not all teachers have the ability to use video files into a learning media. The purpose of this study is to improve the teachers ability at SMA Negeri 1 Teras and SMAN 1 Boyolali on making VAK-learning media based with a combination of Format Factory, U-Lead and PowerPoint software. The results showed that the teachers’ ability on making VAK-learning media based was increased. Increased the teachers ability was above planned target score. The mean score of the teachers ability at SMA Negeri 1 Teras 7.87% above the target, while at SMAN 1 Boyolali 9.58% above the target. Keywords: Learning Media, Format Factory, U-Lead, PowerPoint

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Perbedaan pengaruh penerapan model work-based learning dan cooperative learning “metode demonstrasi” terhadap prestasi belajar menata produk siswa; (2) Perbedaan pengaruh motivasi belajar tinggi dan motivasi belajar rendah terhadap prestasi belajar menata produk siswa; (3) Interaksi pengaruh model pembelajaran dan motivasi siswa berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar menata produk siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh siswa kelas XI Jurusan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian, sebesar 34 siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 1 untuk diberikan treatment model work-based learnng dan 32 siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 2 untuk diberikan treatment model cooperative learning metode demonstrasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes untuk data prestasi belajar menata produk, angket untuk motivasi belajar siswa dan dokumentasi. Uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan analisis varian dua jalan dengan desain faktorial 2x2 dan taraf signifikan 5%. Sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat yaitu normalitas dan homogenitas dengan menggunakan software SPSS 17. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh secara signifikan penggunaan model work-based learing dan cooperative learning metode demonstrasi terhadap prestasi belajar menata produk  = 46.126 >  = 3,997) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5%. (2) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh secara signifikan antara tingkat motivasi belajar tinggi dan motivasi belajar rendah terhadap prestasi belajar menata produk ( = 28.351 >  = 3,997) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5%. (3) Terdapat interaksi pengaruh antara model pembelajaran dan tingkat motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar menata produk (  = 4.299 >   = 3,997) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5%.  Kata Kunci: work-based learning, cooperative learning, motivasi, prestasi belajar This study is aimed to find out (1) the effect of work-based learning model and demonstration method toward display product learning achievement; (2) the effect of high and low motivations toward display product learning achievement; (3) the interaction between motivation and teaching learning, work-based learning model and demonstration method toward display product learning achievement.  This study ia a quantitative research with experimental method. Population of the study are all the eleventh year students of state senior high school 6 for marketing major in surakarta. The sample consist of XI Marketing 1 (34 students) for work-based learning treatment and XI Marketing 2 (32 students) for demonstration method treatment. The techniques of collecting data were test for display product achievement, questionnaires for student’s motivation, documentation. To analyzed the hypothesis, the researcher used two-way analysis of variance with a 2x2 factorial design and the significant level was 5%. The prerequisite test of normality and homogenity were analyzed by using SPSS software. Based on the result of analysis data was concluded: (1) there ia a significant effect of work-based learning and cooperative learning with demonstration method toward the student achievement in display product subject matter  = 46.126 >  = 3,997) at 5% level of significant; (2) there is a significant effect oh high learn motivation and low learn motivation toward the student achievement in display producy  subject matter ( = 28.351 >  = 3,997) at 5% level of significant; (3) there is asignificant interaction effect between the instructional model and student’s learn motivation toward the student ahievement in display product subject matter (  = 4.299 >   = 3,997) 5% level of significant.  Key words: work-based learning, cooperative learning, motivation, student achievement.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims 1) the effect of productive subject mastery and industrial work practice toward working readiness; 2) the effect of productive subject mastery toward working readiness; 3) the effect of industrial work practice toward working readiness. This research uses descriptive quantitative. The population of research is the student of XI grade of SMK Kristen Surakarta with 125 students. The sample research is 56 students uses proportional random sampling. The technique of collecting data through questionnaire, and documentation. The research also uses multiple linear regression analysis as the technique of analyzing data. The results showed; 1) there is effect of productive subject mastery and industrial work practice toward working readiness of 29,4%; 2) there is effect of productive subject mastery toward working readiness of 13,69%; 3) there is effect of industrial work practice toward working readiness of 16,65%.ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan untuk menguji: 1) Pengaruh penguasaan mata pelajaran produktif dan praktik kerja industri (Prakerin) terhadap kesiapan kerja. 2) Pengaruh penguasaan mata pelajaran produktif terhadap kesiapan kerja, dan 3) Pengaruh prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja. Pendekatan penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta yaitu berjumlah 125 siswa. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 56 siswa menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dengan angket (kuesioner) dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis penelitian adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya 1) Pengaruh penguasaan mata pelajaran produktif dan prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja secara simultan sebesar 29,4%, 2) Pengaruh penguasaan mata pelajaran produktif terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 13,69%, dan 3) Pengaruh prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 16,65%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kuantum (Quantum Learning) berbasis multimedia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan selama dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 1 di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data kualitatif yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk memperoleh data kuantitafif yaitu dengan penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketercapaian hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 53,57%, dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 25% pada siklus II yaitu menjadi 78,57%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulakan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Quantum Learning berbasis multimedia dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta. AbstractThese purpose of research is improving the learning result of lessen Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis student grade XI in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta Academic year 2016/2017 through assembling Quantum Learning model based on multimedia. This research is an action research that held for two cycles. Every cycle is part into method of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of research is the student of grade XI Pemasaran 1 in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta academic year 2016/2017. The data that used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. The technique of collecting data that used for getting the qualitative data is observation, interview, and the analyzed document. The technique of collecting data that used for getting the quantitative data by the assessment. The result of research shows that the reaching of studying to student in the cycle I is 53,57%, and encountering significant about 25% in cycle II become 78,57%. Based on the research, can be concluded that through assembling Quantum Learning model based on multimedia can improve the result of studying in lesson Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis to student of grade XI in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta.

Theeregressionicoefficient isopositive whichumeans thatustudent disciplineuis positivelyaand significantlyuinfluential towarduthe learninguachievement ofothesstudents and school environment isupositively andssignificantly influentialotoward theelearning achievementoof theestudents.            Basedoon theeresult ofutheeresearch, itucan be concluded that: (1)sstudent disciplineiis positivelyyand significantlyuinfluentialutoward the learninguachievement ofothe students which isushown byutheeprobability valueoof <0.05o(0.000<0.05), (2) school environment isupositively and significantlyuinfluential towarduthe learning achievement of the students which is shown by the probability value of <0.05 (0.000<0.05), (3) student discipline and school environment simultaneouslyuis positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students which is shown by the probability value ofo<0.05 (0.019<0.05)eandrR squareevalue of 53.3%. It isoshownothat 53.3% of theelearning achievement ofothe studentsuis influenced by student discipline and school environment, whileethe restuwhichuis 46.7% isuinfluenced byiotherifactorsnot mentioned inithisiresearch.

THE DIFFERENCES OF LEARNING READINESS AND AUDIO VISUAL MEDIA INFLUENCES ON ECONOMIC LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE STUDENT IN X GRADE OF SMA NEGERI 3 SURAKARTA AND SMA AL ISLAM 1 SURAKARTA IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2016/2017. October 2017.The research aims to know: (1) partial influence of learning readiness and audio visual media on the learning outcomes of the students in X grade of SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta and SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta, (2) simultan influence of learning readiness and audio visual media on the learning outcomes of the students in X grade of SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta and SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta (3) the difference of influence of learning readiness and audio visual media on economic learning outcomes of the student in X grade of SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta and SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta. The population is all students of X grade who get economic subjects in SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta. The total of the students are 351 students with 78 students as a sample and SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta with 177 students choose 64 students as a sample. The instrument to collect data on this research is a questionnaire and data analysis device is SmartPLS Version 2.0 M3. Based on the effective contribution partial influence of learning readiness to learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta with value 33,70%  is higher than SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta with value 22,47%. Meanwhile the influence of audio visual media on learning outcomes in SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta with value 9,63% is higher than SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta with value 8,99%. The simultaneous effect of learning readiness and audio visual media on the learning outcomes of the student in SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta was 42,7% compared to SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta with value 32,1%. Therefore, there are the differences of influence in both partially and simultaneously the influence of the learning readiness and audio visual media on economic learning outcomes of the students in X grade of SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta and SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta. ABSTRAK Villa Santika, K7413172. Alat untuk mengumpulkan data pada penelitian adalah kuesioner dan alat analisis data adalah SmartPLS Versi 2.0 M3.Hasil penelitian ini (1) kesiapan belajar siswa dan media audio visual secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (2) kesiapan belajar siswa dan media audio visual secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh kesiapan belajar siswa dan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta dengan SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta. Dilihat dari sumbangan efektif pengaruh secara parsial kesiapan belajar terhadap hasil belajar lebih tinggi di SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta sebesar 33,70% dibandingkan di SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta sebesar 22,47%, sedangkan pengaruh media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar lebih tinggi di SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta sebesar 9,63% dibandingkan di SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta sebesar 8,99%. Pengaruh secara simultan kesiapan belajar siswa dan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar di SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta sebesar 42,7% dibandingkan di SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta sebesar 32,1%, sehingga terdapat perbedaan pengaruh baik secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh kesiapan belajar siswa dan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta dengan SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji (1) keterkaitan antara implementasi pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 dengan model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (CPS) dengan teknik Probing-Prompting; (2) keefektifan pelaksanaan pembelajaran ekonomi menggunakan model pembelajaran CPS dengan teknik Probing-Prompting; dan (3) keefektifan model Creative Poblem Solving (CPS) dengan teknik Probing-Prompting terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan The Solomon Four Group Design. Sampel yang terpilih adalah empat kelas dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes tertulis, angket untuk keefektifan pembelajaran, observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan uji-t dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh simpulan bahwa, (1) terdapat keterkaitan antara implementasi pembelajaran dalam kurikulum 2013 dengan model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (CPS) dengan teknik Probing-Prompting; (2) pembelajaran ekonomi menggunakan model pembelajaran CPS dengan teknik Probing-Prompting berjalan efektif; dan (3) model Creative Poblem Solving (CPS) dengan teknik Probing-Prompting efektif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata skor postes kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol (Sig.(2-tailed) =  0,00<0,05) dan tidak terdapat efek testing yang memengaruhi hasil belajar siswa (nilai sig. perbandingan rata-rata skor postes masing-masing kelompok >0,05). This research aims to know (1) interrelatedness between learning within Kurikulum 2013 implementation and Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model with Probing-Prompting technique; (2) the effectiveness of learning process in economic subject using CPS model with Probing-Prompting technique; and (3) the effectiveness of CPS learning model with Probing-Prompting technique toward increase students? economic learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta. This research used experimental method with the Solomon four groups design.. Sample of the research selected with cluster random sampling. Data were collected by questionairre, obvervation and test for the data of students cognitive-ability. These data were analyzed with t-test in level of significance 0,05. Based on the research obtained conclusions (1) there were interrelatedness between learning within Kurikulum 2013 implementation and Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model with Probing-Prompting technique; (2) learning processes in economic subject using CPS model with Probing-Prompting technique were effective; and (3) CPS learning model with Probing-Prompting was effective toward increase students? economic learning outcomes. There were significance difference between the mean of posttest scores fom experimental groups and controll groups (Sig.(2-tailed) =  0,00<0,05) and there was no testing effect that influenced the students? economic learning outcomes (sig. value of mean comparison of each groups >0,05).

Theeregressionicoefficient isopositive whichumeans thatustudent disciplineuis positivelyaand significantlyuinfluential towarduthe learninguachievement ofothesstudents and school environment isupositively andssignificantly influentialotoward theelearning achievementoof theestudents.            Basedoon theeresult ofutheeresearch, itucan be concluded that: (1)sstudent disciplineiis positivelyyand significantlyuinfluentialutoward the learninguachievement ofothe students which isushown byutheeprobability valueoof <0.05o(0.000<0.05), (2) school environment isupositively and significantlyuinfluential towarduthe learning achievement of the students which is shown by the probability value of <0.05 (0.000<0.05), (3) student discipline and school environment simultaneouslyuis positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students which is shown by the probability value ofo<0.05 (0.019<0.05)eandrR squareevalue of 53.3%. It isoshownothat 53.3% of theelearning achievement ofothe studentsuis influenced by student discipline and school environment, whileethe restuwhichuis 46.7% isuinfluenced byiotherifactorsnot mentioned inithisiresearch.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan di kelas XI Pemasaran. (2) Mengetahui minat belajar siswa di kelas XI Pemasaran pada mata pelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahan dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013. (3) Mengetahui prestasi belajar siswa di kelas XI Pemasaran dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik perbandingan rata-rata uji t.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan di kelas XI Pemasaran sudah efektif. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel; 4,610 > 1,99174. (2) Minat belajar siswa kelas XI Pemasaran pada mata pelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 kurang maksimal. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung < ttabel; 0,306 < 1,99174. (3) Prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI Pemasaran dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan sudah maksimal. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel; 7,239 > 1,99174. The objectives of this study were to (1) determine effectiveness of implementing Kurikulum 2013 on Craft and Entrepreneurship subject in grade XI Marketing. (2) Determine student?s learning interest in grade XI Marketing on Craft and Entrepreneurship subject in implementing of Kurikulum 2013. (3) Determine student?s learning achievement in grade XI Marketing in implementing of Kurikulum 2013 on Craft and Entrepreneurship subject. This research is a descriptive study with quantitative approach. Data collection technique used is questionnaire. Analyse technique of data used is compare means technique t test.Based on the result of the study can be concluded that (1) implementation of Kurikulum 2013 on Craft and Entrepreneurship subject in grade XI Marketing was effective. This is indicated by the tcount > ttable; 4,610 > 1,99174 (2) Student?s learning interest in grade XI Marketing on Craft and Entrepreneurship less than maximum. Abstract

The research aims to determine: (1) The effect of work practices in production unit to the work readiness of student in class XI at Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018; (2)  The effect of industrial work practices to the work readiness of student in class XI at Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018; (3) The effect of work practices in production unit and industrial work practices to the work readiness of student in class XI at Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018).Population in this research is student in class XI at Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018 as many as 242 students. This research uses proportional random sampling sampling technique, so that there are 151 students selected to be samples. The research method used is a quantitative method with the type of expos facto research. Data collection was done by using questionnaire for work practices in production unit, industrial work practices dan work readiness. This research uses multiple linier regression analysis with significance level 0,05, then data processing has been obtained with the help of data program of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 22.The results of the research are as follows: Firstly, work practices in production unit have a significantly positive effect the work readiness of the students in class XI at Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018, as indicated by the value of tstat. =2,386 > that of tcrit.=1,976. Secondly, the industrial work practices have a significantly positive effect the work readiness of the students in class XI at Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018, as indicated by the value of tstat. =7,730> that of tcrit.=1,976 Thirdly, the work practices in production unit and industrial work practices have a significantly positive effect the work rediness of the students in class XI at Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018, as indicated by the value of Fstat. = 74,978 >that of Fcrit. = 3,057.
