Abstract

Peserta didik mempunyai gaya belajar yang berbeda-beda. Gaya belajar tersebut meliputi auditori, visual dan kinestetik (VAK). Seorang guru harus mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masing-masing gaya belajar peserta didik tersebut. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis VAK. Media pembelajaran berbasis VAK dapat dipenuhi dengan menyisipkan file video di dalamnya. Selain itu, penggunaan file video sebagai media pembelajaran mendukung implementasi pembelajaran saintifik pada kurikulum 2013. Namun, belum semua guru memiliki kemampuan untuk mengemas file video tersebut dalam bentuk media pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru di SMA Negeri 1 Teras dan SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis VAK dengan kombinasi software Format Factory, U-Lead dan PowerPoint. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan para guru di SMA Negeri 1 Teras dan SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali dalam membuat media pembelajaran. Peningkatan kemampuan guru-guru tersebut berada di atas target yang direncanakan. Rerata peningkatan kemampuan guru-guru di SMA Negeri 1 Teras 7,87% di atas target, sedangkan di SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali 9,58% di atas target. Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Format Factory, U-Lead, PowerPoint Students have different learning styles. Learning styles include visual learners, auditory learners, and kinesthetic learners. A teacher must be able to fulfill the needs of individual students learning styles. One way that can be applied is using Visual, Audio and Kinesthetic (VAK) learning media based. VAK-learning media based can be created by inserting video files on it. In addition, using video file as a learning media can support the implementation of scientific learning on the 2013 curriculum. However, not all teachers have the ability to use video files into a learning media. The purpose of this study is to improve the teachers ability at SMA Negeri 1 Teras and SMAN 1 Boyolali on making VAK-learning media based with a combination of Format Factory, U-Lead and PowerPoint software. The results showed that the teachers’ ability on making VAK-learning media based was increased. Increased the teachers ability was above planned target score. The mean score of the teachers ability at SMA Negeri 1 Teras 7.87% above the target, while at SMAN 1 Boyolali 9.58% above the target. Keywords: Learning Media, Format Factory, U-Lead, PowerPoint

Abstract

The aims of this research are to determine: 1) the influence of teacher?s pedagogic competence toward the learning achievement of students of poor family of Class X and XI in SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta, 2) the influence of peer group environment toward the learning achievement of students of poor family of Class X and XI in SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta, and 3) the simultaneous influence of the teacher?s pedagogic competence and peer group environment toward the learning achievement of students of poor family of Class X and XI in SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta. This research is a quantitative research. The population of the research was the poor students of Class X and XI in SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta in the academic year of 2017/2018. The sampling technique used was Census Sampling. The number of samples was 105 respondents. The data collection methods used were interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression.             The result of the research shows that the equity of the multiple regression is Y= 24.760 + 0.605 X1 + 0.905 X2. The regression coefficient is positive which means that the teacher?s pedagogic competence is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students of poor family and peer group environment is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students of poor family. It means that the better the teacher?s pedagogic competence is, the higher the students? learning achievement will be and the higher the influence of peer group environment is, the higher the students? learning achievement will be. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that: 1) the teacher?s pedagogic competence is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students of poor family which is shown by the probability value of <0.05 (0.000<0.05), 2) peer group environment is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students of poor family which is shown by the probability value of <0.05 (0.000<0.05), 3) teacher?s pedagogic competence and peer group environment simultaneously is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students of poor family which is shown by the probability value of <0.05 (0.000<0.05) and R square value of 58.9%. It is shown that 58.9% of the learning achievement of the students of poor family is influenced by the teacher?s pedagogic competence and peer group environment, while the rest which is 41.1% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in this research

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was a quantitative research using a descriptive method with correlation study. The population in this research are all students of XI IIS?s class at SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta in academic year of 2016/2017. All member of population in this research used as sample research, so this research was a populastion research. Try out of research instrument was conducted on 30 respondents out of sample, students of XI MIA?s class at SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta in academic year of 2016/2017. Data were obtained by using observation, interview, questionnaire, and document analysis. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis technique with level significance 0.05. Based on results of this research can be concluded that: (1) there is an influence between craft and entrepreneurship learning process with education?s facilities and infrastructure simultaneously toward entrepreneurial attitude, (2) there is an influence of craft and entrepreneurship learning process toward entrepreneurial attitude, and (3) there is no influence of education?s facilities and infrastructure toward entrepreneurial attitude.  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan studi korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Semua anggota populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian, sehingga penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi. Try out instrumen penelitian dilakukan pada 30 responden di luar sampel, yaitu siswa kelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan analisis dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan taraf signifikansi 0.05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh antara proses pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan (PKWU) serta sarana dan prasarana pendidikan secara simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap sikap berwirausaha, (2) terdapat pengaruh antara proses pembelajaran PKWU terhadap sikap berwirausaha, dan (3) tidak terdapat pengaruh antara sarana dan prasarana pendidikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the implementation of online new student admission or Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) online in Surakarta City, 2) supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of online new student admission or Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) in Surakarta City, 3) the effectiveness of the implementation of new student admission or Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) in Surakarta City. This research belongs to descriptive research with qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were Education Department of Surakarta, State and Private Junior High School and the community in Surakarta. Purposive sampling and snowball sampling were used as sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interview and documentation. Data triangulation and methodology triangulation were applied as techniques to test validity. Data analyzing techniques used was interactive model by Miles and Huberman that included data reduction, data display, and conclusion.The results showed that: 1) the implementation of online new student admission (PPDB) in Surakarta City employed zonation. In the implementation of online new student admission (PPDB) in Surakarta City, there were preparatory activities undertaken by Education Department and the schools. The implementation of online new student admission (PPDB) in Surakarta started with registration filling, server input, selection, selected result announcement and re-registration activities, 2) Supporting factors included adequate resources and the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Inhibiting factors included: insufficient time, some parents or society that might not comprehend zonation, and lack of socialization/information to the society. 3) The effectiveness of the implementation of online new student admission (PPDB) in Surakarta was effective in terms of some indicators such as purpose achievement, resources availability, and acceptable internal process, constituent satisfaction of the implementation of acceptance of online new student admission (PPDB) in Surakarta. However in the implementation of online new student admission (PPDB) still there are problems in the community.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) to determine the influence of the principal?s leadership toward the learning achievement of economics in class X of SMA  Negeri 1 Ceper, 2) to determine the influence of the teacher?s professional attitude toward the learning achievement of economics in class X of SMA Negeri 1 Ceper, and 3) to determine the influence of the principal?s leadership and the teacher?s professional attitude toward the learning achievement of economics in class X of SMA Negeri 1 Ceper. This research is a quantitative research. The population of the research was Class X  in SMA Negeri 1 Ceper in the academic year of 2017/2018. The sampling technique used was Census Sampling. The number of samples was 64 respondents. The data collection methods used were interview questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression.             The result of the research shows that the equity of the multiple regression is Y = 7.148 + 0,604 X1 + 0,263 X2. The regression coefficient is positive which means that the principal?s leadership is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students and the teacher?s professional attitude is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students. It means that the better the principal?s leadership is, the higher the students? learning achievement will be and the higher the influence of the teacher?s professional attitude is, the higher the students? learning achievement will be. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that: (1) the principal?s leadership is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students which is shown by the probability value of <0.05 (0.000<0.05), (2) the teacher?s professional attitude is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students which is shown by the probability value of <0.05 (0.000<0.05), (3) the principal?s leadership and the teacher?s professional attitude simultaneously is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students which is shown by the probability value of <0.05 (0.000<0.05) and Adjusted R square value of 55.9%. It is shown that 55.9% of the learning achievement of the students is influenced by the the principal?s leadership and the teacher?s professional attitude, while the rest which is 44.1% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in this research

Abstract

Abstract: Discriminant Analysis On The Effect Of Marketing Mix (7p) On Students? Satisfaction Of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar Academic Year 2016/2017. This research aims to explain marketing mix factor (7P) that influence students? satisfaction on the marketing service of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar. Population in this research were all students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar Academic Year 2016/2017 , level X, XI, and XII. Sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling with a proportional stratified random sampling type. Data analysis used discriminant analysis with significance level 0,05. The results are as follows. Firstly, there is an average difference between the two categories of the students? satisfaction of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar with sig value. 0,000 <0.05. Secondly, the factors that can affect the difference of students? satisfaction to the marketing service mix of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar are the variable of product, promotion, physical evidence, and people. Thirdly, the discriminant model formed from the four variables is Z score = -7,359 + 0,215 x1 + 0,062 x2 - 0,056 x3 + 0,060 x4, while the accuracy of clarification result from discriminant model is 72,8%. Schools need to pay attention to these four variables to improve students? satisfaction. Abstrak: Analisis Diskriminan Pengaruh Marketing Mix (7P) Terhadap Kepuasan Siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor marketing mix (7P) yang mempengaruhi perbedaan kepuasan siswa terhadap pemasaran jasa pendidikan di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yaitu kelas X, XI, dan XII. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan jenis proportional stratified random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis diskriminan dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut ini. Pertama, terdapat perbedaan rata-rata antara dua kategori kepuasan siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Kedua,  Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perbedaan kepuasan siswa terhadap bauran pemasaran jasa pendidikan SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar adalah variabel product, promotion, physical evidence, dan people. Ketiga, model diskriminan yang terbentuk dari keempat variabel tersebut adalah Z score = -7,359 + 0,215 x1 + 0,062 x2 - 0,056 x3 + 0,060 x4, sedangkan ketepatan hasil klarifikasi dari model diskriminan tersebut adalah 72,8%. Pihak sekolah perlu memperhatikan keempat variabel tersebut untuk meningkatkan kepuasan siswa

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) to determine the influence of intelligence quotient toward the learning achievement of economics in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Bulu, 2) to determine the influence of emotional quotient toward the learning achievement of economics in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Bulu, 3) to determine the influence of spiritual quotient toward the learning achievement of economics in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Bulu, and 4) to determine simultaneous the influence of intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient toward the learning achievement of economics in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Bulu. This research is a quantitive research. The population of the research was class XI in SMA Negeri 1 Bulu in the academic year 2017/2018 as many as 4 classes with a total 151 students. The sampling technique used was probability random sampling. The number of samples was 110 respondents. The data collection methods use were documentation, test, and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple linier regression.The result of the research shows that the equity of the multiple regression is Y = 37.909 + 1.612 X1 + 0.123 X2 + 0.107 X3. The regression coefficient is positive which means that intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students. It means that the higher intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient is the higher the student?s learning achievement will be. Based on the result of the research, it can be conclude that: (1) intelligence quotient is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students which is shown by the probability value of <0,05 (0.000<0.005), (2) emotional quotient is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students which is shown by the probability value of <0,05 (0.044<0.005), (3) spiritual quotient is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students which is shown by the probability value of <0,05 (0.046<0.005), and (4) intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students which is shown by the probability value of <0,05 (0.000<0.005). Adjusted R Square value is 78%, it shown that 78% of the learning achievement of the students is influenced by intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient, while the rest which is 22% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to indentify (1) the effect of utilization of internet as learning source and self-regulated learning toward student achievement of Economic Education FKIP UNS academic year 2017; (2) the effect of utilization of internet as learning source on student achievement of Economic Education FKIP UNS academic year 2017; (3) the effect of students self-regulated learning on student achievement of Economic Education FKIP UNS academic year 2017.Population in this research is student of Economic Education FKIP UNS academic year 2017 as many as 92 students. The sample selected by boring sampling technique. The methods was used is quantitative with ex post facto research type. The data were collected using questionnaires techniques for utilization of internet as learning source data and self-regulated learning, as well as documentation techniques for learning achievement data. Data analyzing used multiple linear regression test with significance level of 5% data processed with the help of data processing program SPSS 22.The result of research shows that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence between utilization of internet as learning source and self-regulated learning on student achievement of Economic Education FKIP UNS academic year 2017. (2) there is a positive and significant influence between utilization of internet as learning source on student achievement of Economic Education FKIP UNS academic year 2017. (3) there is a positive and significant influence between self-regulated learning on student achievement of Economic Education FKIP UNS academic year 2017.
