Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Perbedaan hasil belajar pemasaran barang dan jasa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran jigsaw dan model pembelajaran mindmap; (2) Perbedaan hasil belajar antara model pembelajaran jigsaw dan model pembelajaran Mindmap ditinjau darimotivasi belajar yang tinggi dan motivasi belajar yang rendah siswa pada pelajaran pemasaran barang dan jasa; (3) Interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar pemasaran barang dan jasa.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh siswa kelas XI Jurusan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik cluster sampling. Sebesar 36 siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 1 untuk diberikan treatment model jigsaw dan 34 siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 2 untuk diberikan treatment modelmindmap. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar pemasaran barang dan jasa yang menggunakanmodel pembelajaran jigsaw dan model pembelajaran mindmap (FHitung = 12,781> FTabel = 3,978) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5%. (2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara model pembelajaranjigsaw dan model pembelajaran mindmap jika ditinjau dari motivasi belajar siswa tinggi dan motivasi belajar siswa yang rendah pada pelajaran pemasaran barang dan jasa (FHitung = 21,346>FTabel = 3,978) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5%. (3) terdapatinteraksi antara penggunaan model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar pemasaran barang dan jasa (FHitung = 4,713> Ftabel = 3,978) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5%.

Abstract

Abstract

This program is carried out on Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Suka Rasa and SME Sendang Rasa in Toroh District, Grobogan Regency. Both SMEs have the same characteristics of business and products, namely tempe chips and banana chips. The weakness of this SMEs is the packaging of products and ways of marketing that are very simple. Their behavior of business has not shown the attitudes of an entrepreneur, so the performance of SMEs is still low. Making product innovation was the aims of this community service program, for improving the knowledge and ability of entrepreneurship orientation of SMEs. The method used to develop an entrepreneurial orientation in this activity is using training and product innovation practices. The success of this activity was measured through perceptions of innovation and product sales performance. The result of this activity was shown a big change on the behavior of SMEs, that is becoming more entrepreneur oriented, such as: 1) SMEs have made innovation by experimenting the products of chips into various flavor variants, such as saltiness, barbeque flavor, and cheese flavor; 2) SMEs have been able to recognize the risks faced when innovating products; 3) SMEs can able to map competitors and market potential. The packaging design and P-IRT licenses on products produced by SMEs were an additional output for this program.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam sektor pertanian seiring berjalannya tahun semakin pesat. Namun, dalam hal semacam ini tentu tidak selalu menghasilkan dampak yang baik. Bisa dilihat dari para penduduk yang khususnya berprofesi sebagai petani, mereka tertinggal dalam memanfaatkan kemajuanknologi sehingga tidak bisa memperoleh keuntungan yang maksimal dari kegiatan usaha yang dilakukannya. Hal ini dikarenakan semakin sempitnya lahan pertanian akibat dari banyaknya sektor industri dan jasa, sehingga kegiatan usaha pertanian konvensial semakin tidak kompetitif karena tingginya harga lahan. Desas-desus seperti ini berkaitan dengan alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi lahan pemukiman ataupun lahan industri untuk membangun pabrik-pabrik besar. Pelaksanaan KKN UNS 223 di Desa Cemani ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada para penduduk mengenai budidaya tanaman hidroponik, serta mendorong mereka supaya kembali bergerak untuk berproduksi secara maksimal di masa pandemi ini. Dengan sistem hidroponik ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu alternatif bagi penduduk yang memiliki lahan terbatas sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber penghasilan yang memadai. Hidroponik sendiri merupakan metode bercocok tanam dengan menggunakan media tanam berupa air. Hal tersebut dilakukan karena fungsi tanah sebagai pendukung akar tanaman dan perantara larutan nutrisi dapat digantikan dengan mengalirkan atau menambahkan nutrisi, dan oksigen melalui media tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan program ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pelayanan masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan limbah plastik. Pelatihan dilakukan selama satu hari yang diikuti oleh penduduk sekitar dalam lingkup RT.05 / RW.14. Hasil dari pelatihan ini yakni antusiasme peserta dengan kegiatan pelatihan budidaya tanaman hidroponik dan pengetahuan serta pemahaman yang baru untuk dapat mengoptimalkan halaman rumah mereka sehingga dapat bermanfaat dengan baik dalam segi estetika bahkan dalam segi perekonomian

Abstract

Simple accounting bookkeeping training for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through the community partnership program aimed at improving the ability of SME partners in managing their business financial bookkeeping. So far, SMEs have never used bookkeeping to record all transactions related to their business income or expenses, so it is difficult for them to know exactly how much profit they will get from their business. Through this community partnership program, devotees try to provide the simplest bookkeeping training in an effort to equip partners to be able to manage their finances better. The results obtained from this training are increased knowledge and skills of SMEs in making simple bookkeeping so that they can increase the motivation in running their business.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a major factor in the economic development process that can overcome the problem of unemployment. An entrepreneurial mindset must be instilled to increase the number of participants becoming entrepreneurs who ultimately expand employment opportunities. The main driver in developing an entrepreneurial mindset is the existence of entrepreneurship education based on Bandura's social cognitive theory. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of curriculum design and extracurricular activities on entrepreneurial mindset through the role of inspiration at SMK Negeri 1 Wonogiri. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with survey type. The population of this study were all XII grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Wonogiri. The sample respondents were 161 students with sampling techniques using simple random sampling techniques. Data were collected using questionnaire techniques and analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis with SPSS version 25.0. Based on the test results, the curriculum design variables directly have an inconsistent positive or negative and insignificant effect on the entrepreneurial mindset, while the extracurricular activities and entrepreneurial inspiration variables directly have a consistent positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial mindset

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of social media and peers on learning achievement mediated by motivation in economics students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University. The type of research used is quantitative with a survey method and the sample used is 262 economics students. The validity test used in this study uses Connfirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and uses the Cronbach Alpha reliability test. The data analysis technique used in this study is hierarchical regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that 1) there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of social media use on learning motivation, 2) peer variables directly do not influence learning motivation, 3) motivation variables do not influence learning achievement, 4) there is a significant influence between the variables of social media use on learning achievement, 5) there is a significant influence between peer variables on learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of learning design, quality of lecturers, interactions with lecturers, and expectations on academic performance mediated by student satisfaction in Economics Education at Sebelas Maret University. The method used in this study was a quantitative survey method with a population of Economics Education students at Sebelas Maret University and a sample of 224 students. The sampling technique in this study was proportionate stratified random sampling and the data collection technique used a questionnaire. This study used data analysis techniques, namely path analysis and hierarchical regression analysis with SPSS 25. The results obtained in this study are: (1) There is a direct positive and significant influence between learning design, lecturer quality, interaction with lecturers, and expectations on student satisfaction, (2) There is a positive and significant direct effect between learning design, lecturer quality, interaction with lecturers, and expectations on academic performance, (3) There is a positive and significant direct effect between satisfaction on academic performance (4) There is a positive and significant indirect effect between learning design, lecturer quality, interaction with lecturers, and expectations on academic performance through satisfaction. The implication of this research is that there is learning design, lecturer quality, interaction with lecturers, and expectations to increase student satisfaction and academic performance in online learning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and mobile banking services on the saving behavior of UNS students and to find out whether gender and self-control can moderate financial literacy and mobile banking services on the saving behavior of UNS students. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a population of UNS students. The determined sample of 144 samples was taken using a non probably sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a five-point Likert scale of 1-5 points distributed via Google Forms. Test the validity of the instrument using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and test the reliability using Cronbach Alpha (a). All data is processed using SPSS 25 software. The results of the study prove that: (1) there is a significant and positive effect of financial literacy on saving behavior of UNS students; (2) there is a significant and positive effect of mobile banking services on saving behavior of UNS students; (3) gender can moderate financial literacy and mobile banking services on saving behavior UNS students; and (4) self-control can moderate financial literacy and mobile banking services on saving behavior of UNS students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the influence of entrepreneurs' financial literacy on the performance of Surakarta City MSMEs (2) the influence of entrepreneurs' managerial competence on the performance of Surakarta City MSMEs (3) find out whether the level of education can strengthen the influence of financial literacy and entrepreneurs' managerial competence. This type of research is quantitative with a population of 254 entrepreneurs in the city of Surakarta, obtaining a sample of 131 using convenience sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using a 1-5 point Likert scale questionnaire and dummy variables via Google Form. Data were processed using SPSS 25 software with instrument validity testing using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha, hypothesis testing using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with descriptive statistical tests and analysis prerequisite tests. The findings are (1) there is a significant and positive influence of entrepreneurs' financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs in Surakarta City. 2) there is a significant and positive influence of entrepreneurs' managerial competence on the performance of MSMEs in Surakarta City. (3) the level of education is not able to strengthen the literacy and managerial competence of entrepreneurs on the performance of MSMEs in the City of Surakarta. The implication is consistent with the Resourced Based View theory that financial literacy and managerial competence can improve the performance of MSMEs by attending seminars or training so that they can create new thinking to develop their businesses.
