Abstract

The 2013 curriculum in Indonesia emphasizes the application of scientific method-based mathematics learning, namely scientific learning. However, the fact is that learning mathematics, especially with plane-shaped materials, often uses conventional methods, monotonous presentation of concepts, and teacher-focused learning approaches. Therefore, learning mathematics should be linked to the realities of everyday life, one of which is through learning that utilizes the cultural context. Culture-based contextual learning is mathematics learning that uses a contextual approach with a cultural context as a starting point to build and connect students' understanding of contextual mathematics to formal mathematics. In this study, the cultural context used is a traditional tool in the form of a random number, which is usually seen by students in everyday life. Tools ancak is a traditional tool commonly used by the people of Sapit village as a place to bring various types of dishes to sacred events. The purpose of this research is to produce a culture-based contextual learning design on the area and perimeter of a square. This research method uses qualitative research with a design research approach to development studies. The results show that tools ancak is one of the traditional tools that can be applied to implement culture-based contextual learning because tools ancak has a physical form that can help students understand mathematics, especially the area and perimeter of a square. In addition, this culture-based contextual learning design is also beneficial for students to learn mathematics, especially the area and perimeter of a square while preserving local culture.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) as a center for the formation of akhlakul Karimah towards children is an important thing in society, more specifically those who do not study at Islamic boarding schools. The role of parents is very important in guiding and accompanying their children's growth and development, especially children who often play online games will damage their mindset and morals. TPQ is one of the right places to study religion from an early age, so that you can become a better person, with a Quranic spirit, to fortify yourself against the increasingly rapid technological developments. The purpose of this activity is first to provide guidance to children in Jorong Hamlet, Sembalun Bumbung Village, so that they are able to apply akhlakul karimah in their daily lives. Second, helping parents in educating their children, because there are those who don't obey their parents. Third, reviving TPQ that has died (no activities). The method of implementing the activity is the halaqoh and iqra' method. In this method the children will be grouped into several groups, namely the Banin 1, 2 and 3 groups and the Banat 1, 2 and 3 groups. Then the children who are beginners are in the iqra' group.

Abstract

The problems that are the basis for divorce in the Dasang Lendang hamlet are caused by quarrels, economic problems, failure to fulfill the elements of kafa'ah in marriage, online shopping that causes debt, online gambling. So this Community Service aims to increase the optimization of religious knowledge in reducing divorce cases in the Dasan Lendang hamlet community, Kerumut Village. This Community Service activity uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The method used in this service is Socialization. The results of the service show that providing understanding and knowledge to the community is carried out with a socialization strategy from students and lecturers by providing lectures, counseling and marriage advice to the community. So that the community is aware of the dangers of things such as a) Quarrels, b) economic problems, c) online shopping addiction. the above factors have the potential to cause household problems and trigger divorce. So that the implications for the community are expected to be active in participating in educational activities through the majlis taklim held in the prayer room and in the mosque and lectures by the tuan guru to deepen their knowledge of religion.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kurikulum 2013 dalam implementasinya menuntut siswa dalam menyelesaikan materi pelajaran agar lebih berperan aktif. Guru hanya sebagai pelengkap ketika ada kekurangan-kekurangan yang dialami siswa, seperti aktif pada mata pelajaran PAI. Namun tidak semua guru mampu mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013 dengan baik, ada saja kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru ataupun siswa. Oleh karena itu penting dilakukan penelitian tentang implementasi kurikulum 2013 untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Kurikulum 2013 mampu diimplementasikan oleh guru, kendala apa saja yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti berperan sebagai instrument kunci dalam pengumpulan data, maka kehadiran peneliti mutlak adanya di lapangan. Selanjutnya lokasi penelitian yang dipilih adalah di SDN 3 Sapit, kecamatan Suela kabupaten Lombok Timur. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah dan siswa di sekolah SDN 3 Sapit. Adapun teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui 3 tahap, antara lain reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum 2013 mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Adapun kendala dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 ditemukan, antara lain guru kurang menguasai media atau alat peraga yang bervariasi dalam pembelajaran, kembali kepada metode lama, faktor usia, dan kurangnya sarana prasarana sekolah. Abstract: The 2013 curriculum in its implementation requires students to complete the subject matter so that they play an active role. The teacher is only a complement when there are deficiencies experienced by students, such as being active in PAI subjects. But not all teachers are able to implement the 2013 curriculum well. There are obstacles faced by teachers or students. Therefore, it is important to do research on the implementation of the 2013 curriculum to find out how far the 2013 curriculum can be implemented by teachers, what obstacles they face. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, where the researcher acts as a key instrument in data collection, so the presence of the researcher is absolute in the field. Furthermore, the research location chosen was at SDN 3 Sapit, Suela sub-district, East Lombok district. The sources of data in this study were the principal and students at SDN 3 Sapit school. The data analysis technique is carried out through 3 stages, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification. The results showed that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum was able to increase students' learning motivation. The obstacles in implementing the 2013 curriculum were found to be, among others, that teachers did not master the media or teaching aids that varied in learning, they returned to the old method, the age factor, and the lack of school infrastructure.

Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu penunjang dalam meningkatkan sumber belajar yang sekaligus sebagai wadah dari berbagai disipilin ilmu pengetahuan yang juga menunjang atau sebagai sarana dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa khususnya di bidang pendidikan. Pengelolaan perpustakaan dianggap sangat perlu untuk menunjang proses belajar disekolah. SMA IT Arrisalah Boarding School Paok Lombok merupakan salah satu sekolah yang mempunyai perpustakaan dan telah difungsikan sejak lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi pengelolaan perpustakaan dan mengetehui upaya apa saja yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan manajemen pengelolaan perpustakaan yang merupakan salah satu belajar siswa di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mewawancarai kepala sekolah dan guru yang pernah mengelola perpustakaan, fokus informasi yang digali peneliti adalah identifikasi permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan, analisis dampak dari temuan masalah, analisis penyebab, tindak lanjut, dan penanganan dari temuan masalah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan masih banyak ditemukan kendala dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan sehingga berdampak terhadap koleksi buku yang hilang dan rusak sehingga setiap tahun harus dianggarkan untuk pengadaannya. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah upaya peningkatan manajemen pengelolaan perpustakaan dengan segera mencari SDM khusus yang ahli menangani perpustakaan, selain itu menanamkan responsibility atau tanggung jawab siswa dalam penggunaan fasilitas perpustakaan sebagai harus ditingkatkan. Libraries are one of the supports in increasing learning resources as well as a place for various scientific disciplines which also support or are a means of educating the life of the nation, especially in the field of education. Library management is considered very necessary to support the learning process in schools. SMA IT Arrisalah Boarding School Paok Lombok is one of the schools that has a library and has been functioning for a long time. This study aims to collect information on library management and find out what efforts have been made to improve library management, which is one of the lessons learned at school by students. The method used in the study used a qualitative approach by interviewing school principals and teachers who had managed a library, the focus of the information the researchers explored was identification of problems found in library management, impact analysis of problem findings, cause analysis, follow-up, and handling of problem findings. The results of this study indicate that there are still many obstacles in library management that have an impact on lost and damaged book collections so that every year a budget must be budgeted for their procurement. The conclusions in this study are efforts to improve library management by immediately looking for special human resources who are experts at handling libraries, besides instilling student responsibility in the use of library facilities which must be improved.
