Abstract

Abctract The quality of learning can be seen from the quality of the assessment instruments prepared by the teacher. Meanwhile, 21st century vocational school students need to be prepared to have higher-order thinking skills through HOTS-based practice performance assessments. To improve the ability of productive teachers in vocational schools, training is needed in developing HOTS-based practice performance assessment instruments. The development of HOTS-based performance appraisal instruments is carried out through training for productive vocational teachers. The learning approach model is carried out through the project base learning model, lectures, and discussions. The results of the instrument development were carried out by expert validation to see the suitability of the evaluation materials and concepts. Prior to the training, teachers had not been maximal in understanding and developing practical performance appraisal instruments, because so far there were rarely opportunities to explore and practice compiling practical performance appraisal instruments. The results of the training showed an increase in both understanding and ability to develop performance appraisal instruments based on the steps of instrument development and the study of instrument development theory. The teacher's ability in developing performance instruments includes basic competency analysis, preparation of instrument grids, and instrument preparation, as well as instrument validation. Abstrak Kualitas pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari kualitas instrumen penilaian yang disusun oleh guru. Sedangkan siswa-siswa SMK abad 21 perlu disiapkan memiliki kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi melalui melalui penilaian kinerja praktik berbasis HOTS. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru produktif di SMK perlu dilakukan pelatihan dalam mengembangkan instrument penilaian kinerja praktik berbasis HOTS. Pengembangan instrumen penilaian kinerja berbasis HOTS dilakukan melalui pelatihan bagi guru-guru produktif SMK. Model pendekatan pembelajaran dilakukan melalui model pembelajaran project base learning, ceramah, dan diskusi. Hasil pengembangan instrumen dilakukan validasi ahli untuk melihat kesesuain dengan materi dan konsep evaluasi. Sebelum dilakukan pelatihan, guru belum maksimal dalam memahami dan mengembangkan instrument penilaian kinerja praktik, karena selama ini jarang ada kesempatan untuk mendalami dan berlatih menyusun instrument penilaian kinerja praktik. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan baik dari pemahaman maupun kemampuan mengembangkan instrument penilaian kinerja berdasarkan langkah-langkah pengembangan instrument dan kajian teori pengembangan instrumen. Kemampuan guru dalam pengembangan instrument kinerja meliputi analisis kompetensi dasar, penyusunan kisi-kisi instrument, dan penyusunan instrument, serta vaidasi instrumen. Abstract

Abstract Activity Community Service Program aims to improve competence in managing LMS for teachers. The materials provided include: Basic LMS concepts, introduction to licensed LMS platforms, such as: Moodle, A Tutor LMS, etc. Based on the evaluation of the activities, the following results were obtained: (1) Suitability of Teaching Needs 4,36- (2) Relevance of Teacher's needs 4,28- (3) Coverage of material delivery 4,16- (4) Training methods 4,12- ( 5) Competency of resource persons and clarity of material delivery 4.04 and (7) time allocation 3.64. Most of the participants stated that they were satisfied with the average participant satisfaction with the PKM results of 4.09 Abstrak Kegiatan Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi dalam mengelola LMS bagi guru. Materi yang diberikan antara lain: Konsep dasar LMS, pengenalan plarform LMS yang berlisensi, seperti: moodle, A Tutor LMS, dll. Berdasarkan evaluasi kegiatan, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: : (1) Kesesuaian Kebutuhan Mengajar 4,36- (2) Relevansi kebutuhan Guru 4,28- (3) Cakupan penyampaian materi 4,16- (4) Metode pelatihan 4,12- (5) Kompetensi narasumber dan kejelasan penyampaian materi 4,04 serta (7) alokasi waktu 3,64. Sebagian besar peserta menyatakan puas dengan perolehan rata-rata kepuasan peserta terhadap hasil PKM sebesar 4,09.

Abstract

Abstract All activities in the Muara Gembong Coastal Area develop in line with the development of the area^s population, which affects the coastal ecosystem, resulting in a decrease in the quality of the coastal ecosystem and environmental conditions. The current environmental conditions in the Muara Gembong Coastal Area are abrasion, flooding and sanitation. unfavorable environment. Based on the problems identified the environmental conditions in the Muara Gembong Coastal Area are in line with changes in the function of the coastal ecosystem to meet the lives of coastal communities. The people of Muara gembong village have water sources that are not fit for drinking, so they need water purification technology. So training to make water purification technology to get drinking water. Furthermore, it will improve health and the economy to create a prosperous society. Abstrak Seluruh kegiatan di Wilayah Pesisir Muara Gembong berkembang sejalan dengan perkembangan penduduk di wilayah tersebut, yang berdampak pada ekosistem pesisir sehingga mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas ekosistem pesisir dan kondisi lingkungan. Kondisi lingkungan saat ini di Wilayah Pesisir Muara Gembong adalah abrasi, banjir dan sanitasi. lingkungan yang tidak menguntungkan. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang diidentifikasi kondisi lingkungan di Kawasan Pesisir Muara Gembong sejalan dengan perubahan fungsi ekosistem pesisir untuk memenuhi kehidupan masyarakat pesisir. Masyarakat Desa Muara gembong memiliki sumber air yang tidak layak untuk diminum, sehingga membutuhkan teknologi penjernihan air. Maka pelatihan membuat teknologi penjernihan air untuk mendapatkan air minum. Selanjutnya akan meningkatkan kesehatan dan perekonomian untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang sejahtera.

Abstract

There has been an increase in the development of electric cars in recent decades, driven by the global need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution. The use of refrigeration systems in electric cars is one of the largest consumptions of electric power. Therefore, this study used an absorption refrigeration system with a working fluid in the form of a combination of water as a refrigerant and lithium bromide salt as an absorption compound (H2O-LiBr) as an alternative refrigeration system.However, the use of water as a refrigerant leads to the required components being larger. This study focuses on analyzing the work performance of absorption refrigeration systems. The results of the analysis of the performance of the absorption refrigeration system state that to get the optimal performance value in operating the designed H2O-LiBr absorption refrigeration system, the generator outlet temperature is required to be a minimum of 75°C, which produces a performance stated in COP of 0.705. In the meantime, the analysis of the generator outlet temperature's impact on the refrigeration system's performance value revealed that the higher the generator outlet temperature, the higher the performance value.
