Abstract

Metode pembelajaran menggunakan permainan sebagai penunjang pembelajaran sudah sangat sering digunakan terutama untuk pengajaran bahasa Inggris. Aplikasi pengenalan kosakata bahasa inggris untuk pembelajaran spelling dan pronunciation tidak banyak ditemukan. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang peneliti temukan, maka perlu untuk dirancang, dan dibuat sebuah aplikasi permainan untuk komputer dengan sistem operasi Windows sebagai penunjang pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan spelling dan pronunciation baik secara umum maupun tema penerbangan dengan memperdengarkan suara pelafalan dari native speaker.Aplikasi multimedia dibuat dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Embarcadero Delphi 10.dengan menggunakan database suara dari synthesizer milik IBM. Aplikasi ini memunculkan gambar dan tulisan yang berhubungan dengan penerbangan dan kebandarudaraan, yang memunculkan suara berbahasa Inggris dengan native voice synthesizer baik kata (pronunciation), maupun per-huruf (spelling). Aplikasi ini bisa berjalan untuk desktop computer, laptop, notebook yang menggunakan sistem operasi Windows baik 32 bit maupun 64 bit. Perangkat lunak ini kemudian ujikan terhadap 248 sampel, dan di analisa dengan menggunakan uji-t berpasangan dari hasil pre-test dan post-test.Hasil yang didapatkan adalah rata-rata nilai post-test lebih besar daripada nilai pre-test yang berarti ada peningkatan kemampuan dalam pelafalan maupun pengejaan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi multimedia pembelajarn spelling dan pronunciation mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengeja maupun melafalkan kosakata bahasa Inggris dengan nilai korelasi 0,844.

Abstract

AbstrakAviation Security berperan penting dalam dunia penerbangan dan dituntut untuk memiliki kinerja yang baik. Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo selalu ramai oleh lalu lintas penumpang, oleh karena itu kinerja petugas Aviation Security sangat  mempengaruhi kelancaran penerbangan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja petugas Aviation Security di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data primer. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada petugas Aviation Security di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo. Data diolah dengan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) untuk menguji instrumen penelitian, hipotesis, dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan motivasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas Aviation Security, dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05. Variabel motivasi menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,012<0,05 artinya secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas Aviation Security sedangkan variabel beban kerja menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05 artinya variabel beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas Aviation Security. Pengaruh motivasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja petugas Aviation Security sebesar 45,8% sedangkan 54,2% kinerja Aviation Security dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.Kata kunci: Motivasi, Beban Kerja, Kinerja, Aviation Security AbstractAviation Security plays an important role in the world of aviation and is required to have good performance. Adi Soemarmo Airport is always busy with passenger traffic, therefore the performance of Aviation Security officers greatly affects the smooth flight. This research aims to determine the effect of motivation and workload on the performance of Aviation Security officers at Adi Soemarmo Airport. This research is a quantitative research with primary data. The data collection method used a questionnaire which was distributed to Aviation Security officers at Adi Soemarmo Airport. The data was processed with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) to test the research instruments, hypotheses, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously motivation and workload had an effect on the performance of Aviation Security officers, with a significant value of 0.000<0.05. The motivation variable shows a significant value of 0.012<0.05, meaning that partially motivation affects the performance of Aviation Security officers, while the workload variable shows a significant value of 0.000<0.05, meaning that the workload variable affects the performance of Aviation Security officers. The effect of motivation and workload on the performance of Aviation Security officers is 45.8%, while 54.2% of Aviation Security's performance is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Motivation, Workload, Performance, Aviation Security

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dan ketersediaan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan penumpang yang ada diruang tunggu Bandar Udara Ahmad Yani Semarang, Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, adapun data yang dipakai adalah data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan membutuhkan sampel sebanyak 80 orang responden. Objek penelitian ini difokuskan kepada penumpang yang sedang berada di ruang tunggu Bandar Udara Ahmad Yani Semarang. Dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini jumlah sampel sumber data dipillih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data akan di uji menggunakan uji instrumen, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis berupa uji t, uji F dan Koefisien determinasi menggunakan Software SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan dan ketersediaan fasiltas berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan penumpang di ruang tunggu Bandar Udara Ahmad Yani Semarang. Selain itu nilai R-Square dari kualitas pelayanan dan ketersediaan fasilitas sebesar 75,4% sedangkan sisanya 24,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Ketersediaan Fasilitas, Kepuasan PenumpangAbstractThis study aims to determine how much influence the quality of service and the availability of facilities have on the satisfaction of passengers in the waiting room at Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang, This study uses quantitative methods, while the data used is primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires and requires a sample of 80 respondents. The object of this research is focused on passengers who are in the waiting room of Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang. In this quantitative study, the number of sample data sources was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data will be tested using instrument tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing in the form of t tests, F tests and the coefficient of determination using SPSS software version 22. The results of this study indicate that the variables of service quality and availability of facilities partially or simultaneously affect passenger satisfaction in the waiting room of Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang. In addition, the R-Square value of service quality and availability of facilities is 75.4% while the remaining 24.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: Service Quality, Facility Availability, Passenger Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja & fasilitas kerja di Gedung terminal baru terhadap kinerja petugas aviation security di Bandar Udara Trunojoyo Sumenep. Dalam hal ini petugas Aviation Security (AVSEC) di Bandar Udara Udara Trunojoyo Sumenep sebagai personil keamanan penerbangan kinerjanya berpengaruh menempati gedung terminal baru. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja petugas Aviation Security salah satunya adalah dengan memperhatikan faktor lingkungan dan fasilitas kerja. Penelitian ini menerapkan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada petugas Aviation Security. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Sampling Jenuh yang menggunakan semua anggota populasi sebagai sampel. Data primer tersebut diolah menggunakan SPSS 19 untuk mengetahui karakteristik responden, uji instrument data dan uji regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kualitas kinerja petugas Aviation Security. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan variabel bebas (X1) lingkungan kerja dan (X2) fasilitas kerja terhadap variabel terikat (Y) kualitas kinerja petugas Aviation Security atau hipotesis di terima (H0).Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Fasilitas Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Aviation Security AbstractThis study aims to examine how the influence of the work environment & work facilities in the new terminal building on the performance of aviation security officers at Trunojoyo Airport Sumenep. In this case, Aviation Security (AVSEC) officers at Trunojoyo Airport Sumenep as flight security personnel have an influential. One of the ways to improve the performance of Aviation Security officers is to pay attention to work environment and work facilities factors. This study applies quantitative research using primary and secondary data. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed to Aviation Security officers. Sampling using the Saturated Sampling technique which uses all members of the population as a sample. The primary data was processed using SPSS 19 to determine the characteristics of the respondents, test instrument data and simple linear regression test to determine the effect of the work environment and work facilities on the performance quality of Aviation Security officers. The results of data processing indicate that the independent variable (X) has a significant effect and (x2) work facilities on the dependent variable (Y) the performance quality of Aviation Security officers or the hypothesis is accepted (H0).Keywords: Work Environment, Work Facilities, Employee Performance, Aviation Security

Abstract

AbstrakBandar Udara Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya adalah salah satu dari banyaknya bandar udara yang berada di Indonesia, Secara umum, area Bandar Udara Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya berada di dataran yang lebih tinggi dari area sekitarnya dan jauh dari sungai, danau, rawa dan laut. Tidak ada area persawahan atau area pertanian yang dekat dengan bandar udara yang mungkin berpotensi menyebabkan kawasan burung untuk beraktifitas. Landasan udara merupakan satu bagian yang vital di Bandar Udara, oleh sebab itu, landasan bandara harus tetap steril tanpa apapun yang bisa menerabas masuk. Namun terkadang di area bandara masih terdapat binatang liar yang bisa masuk ke dalam area landasan hal itu tentunya dapat berakibatkan fatal dalam keselamatan penerbangan di Bandar Udara Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dikarenakan peneliti melakukan observasi secara langsung, dimana penelitian ini meneliti Analisis Pencegahan Tehadap Bahaya Hewan Liar Untuk Meningkatkan Keselamatan Penerbangan di Bandar Udara Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik mengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dengan tiga narasumber dari unit safety risk & quality control, airside operation, aviation security dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa dalam sistem pencegahan terhadap bahaya hewan liar dalam meningkatkan keselamatan penerbangan sudah baik, dengan mengikuti dan menjalankan SOP (Standard Operasi Procedur) serta dengan melakukan mitigasi dan inspeksi secara rutin maka sejauh ini sudah cukup efektif dalam pengendalian tehadap bahaya hewan liar, terhadap risiko yang ditimbulkan oleh hewan liar dan burung yang ada di Bandar Udara Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Bahaya Hewan Liar di Bandar Udara AbstractTjilik Riwut Palangka Raya Airport is one of the many airports in Indonesia. In general, the Palangka Raya Tjilik Riwut Airport area is on a higher ground than the surrounding area and far from rivers, lakes, swamps and the sea. There are no rice fields or agricultural areas close to the airport that might potentially cause bird areas to work. The airstrip is a vital part of the airport, therefore, the airport runway must remain sterile without anything that can penetrate. However, sometimes in the airport area there are still wild animals that can enter the runway area, this of course can have fatal consequences for flight safety at Tjilik Riwut Airport, Palangka Raya. This study uses a qualitative approach because the researchers made direct observations, where this study examined the Analysis of Prevention of Wild Animal Hazards to Improve Aviation Safety at Tjilik Riwut Airport, Palangka Raya. This study uses data collection techniques by observation, interviews with three sources from the safety risk & quality control unit, airside operations, aviation security and documentation. The results of this study also prove that the prevention system against the dangers of wild animals in improving flight safety is good, by following and carrying out SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and by carrying out regular mitigation and inspections, so far it has been quite effective in controlling the dangers of wild animals. , to the risks posed by wild animals and birds at Palangka Raya Tjilik Riwut Airport.Keywords:  Wildlife Hazard Management Airport

Abstract

The performance of an employee is basically an individual thing because each employee has different levels in doing their job duties. This study aims to determine how much influence job satisfaction has on employee performance at the operational center of the Husein Sastranegara Airport terminal in Bandung. To find out how the influence of work motivation on employee performance at the terminal operation center of Husein Sastranegara Airport Bandung and to find out how the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at Husein Sastranegara Airport Bandung, especially at the airport terminal operation center. This research uses a type of quantitative research design. This research is an associative research, where this research was conducted to find out the relationship and influence between variables. Where the sample in this study were all employees at the terminal operation center at Husein Sastranegara Airport Bandung as many as 50 employees using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously job satisfaction and work motivation affect employee performance, with a Tcount of job satisfaction of 2.412 with a significant value of 0.020 0.05, meaning that partially job satisfaction variables affect employee performance at Husein Sastranegara Airport Bandung. As well as the value of Tcount work motivation of 3.249 with a significant value of 0.002 0.05, it shows that simultaneously the variable of work motivation influences employee performance at Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung. The effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at Husein Sastranegara Airport Bandung is 75.3% while the other 24.7% is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance

Abstract

The Air Transport Inspector carries out supervision according to objects and events directly in the field. Supervision carried out by the Air Transport Inspector is very important in order to maintain security and safety during operations at the airport. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision and the results of monitoring delays by the Air Transport Inspector at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out at the Regional Airport Authority Office. Data was obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. Primary data sources were obtained from interviews with 5 (five) informants consisting of the Head of the Air Transport Section and 4 (four) Air Transport Inspectors. Secondary data was obtained from Delay Management SOP data, Ministerial Regulations, Air Transport Inspector Supervision Report Data and supervision documentation. The results showed that there were flight delays on Batik Air caused by delays at the previous airport, VIP movements, and technical service. In this incident it has been handled properly and compensation has been given based on the categories listed in PM 89 of 2015. The important role of the Air Transport Inspector is very influential in monitoring delays. Despite the shortage of personnel, the late information received by the Air Transport Inspector, the Air Transport Inspector has carried out scheduled and organized inspections. Even though it is in accordance with the SOP, the Inspector's supervision needs to be improved again so that in the future it will be more efficient and effective.

Abstract

Punctuality in the world of aviation is an important point in work. Adi Soemarmo International Airport is one of the busiest airports. In serving aircraft movements, the Ground Support Equipment unit plays an important role in it, so that the unit requires to always carry out work discipline. The discipline carried out by GSE officers is very important in handling the movement of aircraft, vehicles and goods that cross the apron area. This is to minimize errors that occur when in the field. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the work discipline of the Ground Support Equipment unit. In addition, this study also aims to obtain the results of the work discipline of the Ground Support Equipment unit carried out by Apron Movement Control. This research is descriptive using qualitative methods with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was in the form of interviews with AMC and GSE unit personnel at Adi Soemarmo International Airport as well as documents used to carry out daily activities. The results of this study indicate that the factors of work discipline at Adi Soemarmo International Airport include compensation, leadership, goals and abilities, fairness, supervision. The five factors give different influences. In terms of work results, personnel can get better results with the two units having a good relationship, supported by an office location that is not far away, making it easier to coordinate and communicate. Personnel carry out work discipline properly based on existing SOPs. Existing constraints such as the occurrence of violations can be handled by the unit according to the rules in enforcing sanctions.

Abstract

In the service of flight activities on the air side, it requires the role and supervision and regulation of air traffic from the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit. Adi Soemarmo International Airport is one of the hajj embarkation airports in Indonesia, especially in Central Java and Yogyakarta. When there are Hajj flight activities, the airport operation hour will be 24 hours while still dividing work time. In handling haj flights, the AMC unit oversees the movement of haj transport buses from or to planes so that researchers aim to analyze the readiness of the AMC unit in the embarkation and debarkation phases of hajj flights at Adi Soemarmo International Airport in 2022.This research is descriptive using qualitative methods with data collection methods in the form of interviews and documentation. The data obtained were in the form of observations, interviews with AMC unit personnel at Adi Soemarmo International Airport as well as documents used to carry out the pilgrimage activities.The results of this study indicate that from secondary data that analyzes AMC unit documents are follow me car services, aircraft parking placements, special terminals for Hajj flights and Hajj flight schedules, based on standard operation procedure (SOP) data, namely follow me car services placing aircraft parking . hajj flight special terminal and haj flight schedule. The results of the interview with AMC at Adi Soemarmo International Airport will increase the number of human resources due to the division of work time due to the lack of AMC unit workers. During the hajj flights, the operation of Adi Soemarmo International Airport became 24 hours, the airport operating hours changed from 07.00 WIB to 20.00 WIB/last night to 24 hours with the number of AMC unit personnel only 2 to 3 people per shift, both regular flights and during flights pilgrimage. However, this is not a workload for the AMC unit in dealing with haj flights.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak negatif bagi Bandara Husein Sastranegara Bandung. Bandara Husein Sastranegara Bandung terkena dampak yang sangat serius, seperti penerbangan internasional ditutup, beberapa karyawan dirumahkan, serta armada penerbangan domestik yang dikurangi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Covid-19 bagi Sumber Daya Manusia di Bandar Udara Husein Sastranegara Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Juni 2023 yang bertempat di Bandara Husein Sastranegara Bandung dengan subjek penelitian yaitu karyawan Bandara Husein Sastranegara Bandung dan objek penelitian yaitu dampak pandemi Covid-29 terhadap sumber daya manusia. Uji triangulasi dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya penyesuaian jumlah karyawan outsourcing dan memberlakukan pola Work from home dan banyak karyawan yang terpapar sehingga tidak dapat bekerja dengan waktu yang cukup lama, Covid 19 juga berdampak pada daya tahan tubuh karyawan yaitu membuat karyawan tidak bekerja secara maksimal, dengan adanya virus Covid 19 banyak karyawan dengan riwayat penyakit komorbid yang terpapar penyakit Covid 19 bahkan sampai dengan meninggal.
