Abstract

Tasikmalaya is one of the cities with high potential for Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Barriers that occur in SMEs today make the resilience of SMEs in Tasikmalaya City face problems in various aspects. It causes SMEs that cannot last long or their business continues. SMEs require strategic efforts to maintain business continuity. One of its efforts is to increase the literacy of financially literate SMEs actors . The purpose of this study is to illustrate the impact of financial literacy and inclusion on the level of business resilience in Tasikmalaya city. The sample from this study was 96 SMEs from 811 SMEs population who already have business licenses in Tasikmalaya City. Findings from this study show that financial literacy and inclusion simultaneously impact organizational resilience, with an R-square of 0.861 or 86%. It means that financial literacy and inclusion affect business resilience in Tasikmalaya by 86%. This research is expected to be a recommendation for SMEs to enrich literacy with their financial knowledge. In addition, support from the government or parties related to regulation, education and facilitation is expected to encourage SMEs in Tasikmalaya City to become capital in maintaining their business.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has a very important role in overcoming the problem of unemployment because, through entrepreneurship, a person can create and provide new jobs. The birth of an entrepreneur is motivated by entrepreneurial readiness or there is a feeling of readiness equipped with the ability, willingness, and desire to face various situations and conditions in entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of Teaching Factory learning on student entrepreneurial readiness in Visual Communication Design competency of SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya. This study involved a population of 93 students in grade XI of the competency. Determination of the sample in this study is using purposive sampling technique or sampling with certain considerations. The sample of this study consisted of 34 students who were taking Teaching Factory learning. The data collection technique in this study was through interviews and distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. Simple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that teaching factory learning has an effect of 47.7% on the entrepreneurial readiness of visual communication design competency students of SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

In this decade, technology and science have developed rapidly, creating a new phenomenon known as the metaverse. The metaverse is a concept of a virtual world that combines physical and digital realities, presenting a virtual civilization that provides users the opportunity to explore, communicate, collaborate, and participate in various activities digitally. This study aims to analyze the business development strategy at WIR Group. The research uses a qualitative approach with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT analysis. The object of this research is WIR Group or PT WIR Asia Tbk., a company operating in the metaverse field. The findings reveal weaknesses in customer segments, channels, customer relationships, and key partnerships in the Business Model Canvas (BMC) of WIR Group, which require improvements and strategic implementation. The SWOT analysis results show that the company has prominent internal factors (strengths and opportunities) but needs to anticipate external factors (weaknesses and threats) to enhance its market share. Therefore, based on these findings, several strategies can be adopted, including strengthening business expansion plans, conducting both direct and indirect marketing approaches, contributing to the empowerment of the smart society, prioritizing customer satisfaction and comfort, innovating, etc.

Abstract

Purpose – This research is the background of the low creative thinking skills of class XII TKJ in PKK subjects at SMKN Sukaresik. This study aimed to determine the differences in creative thinking skills of experimental class students who applied the project-based learning model with the control class who used the conventional model.Method – The model used in this research is a quasi-experiment with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires through pretest and posttest, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques consist of descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, independent sample t-test, and N-Gain test.Findings – The results of the data analysis showed that the sig value (two-sided p) < 0.001 and it is smaller than 0.005, so there is a significant difference in the creative thinking ability of the experimental class using the project-based learning model with the control class using the conventional model. Based on the n-gain value of 0.75, the project-based learning model is proven to be better at improving creative thinking skills. Research Implications – The impact of this research is to provide references to teachers in determining the proper learning model to apply in PKK learning. Teachers must build a learning environment that can stimulate learners' creativity. One of these efforts is embracing learners to be directly involved in the learning process through group discussions, collaborative projects, or presentations.

Abstract

Sambal Bakar Joeragan faces challenges in enhancing brand awareness due to low consumer awareness of the product caused by suboptimal marketing strategies. Influencer marketing was chosen as the focus of this study because it is considered one of the most effective approaches in the digital era for reaching a broader audience through the credibility and influence of social media personalities.  This research aims to provide an overview of influencer marketing and brand awareness and the impact of influencer marketing on Sambal Bakar Joeragan's brand awareness. The research method employed is quantitative, utilizing both descriptive and verification approaches. The research population consists of 944 Sambal Bakar Joeragan's Instagram followers. The sample determination uses Yount's formula with a sample size of 10% of the population, 94 respondents. The primary data used in this study were collected through questionnaires distributed and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS and through stages of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and determination coefficient analysis. The study results indicate that influencer marketing positively impacts the brand awareness of Sambal Bakar Joeragan, with a determination coefficient contribution of 45.2%. These findings suggest that influencer marketing effectively increases brand awareness.

Abstract

Toko online atau e-commerce yang terus bermunculan menyebabkan terjadinya persaingan yang kompetitif antar toko online lainnya dalam hal menyediakan produk yang mampu membuat calon customer melalukan pembelian. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh Online Customer Review dan Promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk Nouve Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode kuantitatif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif, Tekhnik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meggunakan kuesioner, dengan membagikan kepada responden yang sudah melakukan pembelian produk Nouve Indonesia. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Google My Business (GMB) sebagai strategi pemasaran digital berbasis Local Search Engine Optimization (SEO) pada Archa Studio Music & Sound System, sebuah usaha penyewaan musik dan sistem suara di Tangerang Selatan. Latar belakang penelitian adalah rendahnya efektivitas pemasaran dan daya saing usaha yang sebelumnya hanya mengandalkan promosi dari mulut ke mulut dan media sosial pribadi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif melalui desain one-group pretest-posttest, penelitian ini memanfaatkan data sekunder dari Google My Business Insights dan catatan internal perusahaan. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi interaksi pelanggan melalui telepon dan chat, kunjungan lokasi, jumlah pelanggan, serta pendapatan usaha sebelum dan sesudah penerapan GMB. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator kinerja mengalami peningkatan signifikan setelah implementasi GMB. Pertumbuhan paling besar terjadi pada pendapatan usaha, diikuti oleh peningkatan interaksi pelanggan dan kunjungan lokasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa GMB berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran digital dan capaian finansial, serta efektif digunakan sebagai alat Local SEO bagi usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM). Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku bisnis sejenis untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran digital dan memperkuat daya saing lokal.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited employment opportunities for people with disabilities, making entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurial motivation crucial factors in increasing entrepreneurial intentions. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurial motivation, and entrepreneurial intentions, and to determine whether there is an influence between entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intentions among people with disabilities at the Yayasan Teman Hebat Berkarya in Jakarta. The research method used was quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. Based on the results of classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing, entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurial motivation had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions among people with disabilities at, amounting to 74.4%, while the remaining 25.6% was influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. The inconsistency of the training curriculum with the participants' actual needs, as well as low expectations and motivation for entrepreneurship, resulted in people with disabilities being less prepared to start businesses, resulting in underutilization of the skills acquired from the training.

Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat kewirausahaan di kalangan generasi muda menjadi tantangan dalam mencetak wirausahawan baru. Peran Pendidikan kewirausahaan dinilai mampu menumbuhkan intensi berwirausaha siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dengan Intensi berwirausaha siswa, kegiatan ini telah memberikan gambaran awal mengenai potensi siswa dalam mengembangkan keterampilan kewirausahaan melalui pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep dan mekanisme praktik maupun pembelajaran di kelas yang dihasilkan melalui sosialisasi sekolah. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif-verifikatif. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh, melibatkan seluruh siswa kelas XII di SMA IT Qoshrul Muhajirin. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah dianalisis dan memastikan validitas dan reliabilitasnya serta diuji melalui SPSS versi 29 dengan Proses analisis melibatkan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji penelitian memperlihatkan Pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki dampak signifikan pada intensi berwirausaha peserta didik. Temuan ini mendukung pentingnya integrasi praktik kewirausahaan dalam pembelajaran.
