Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menghadirkan bukti empiris terkait hipotesis pasar efisien bentuk lemah di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode sebelum pandemic covid-19 dan selama pandemic covid-19 yang diproksi menggunakan Indeks Sektoral IDX-IC Finance. Hipotesis Pasar Efisien pada pasar modal menyatakan bahwa terjadi reaksi yang cepat terkait fluktuasi nilai di pasar berdasarkan informasi - informasi relevan yang dilakukan oleh para investor. Suatu kondisi pasar modal yang efisien ditandai dengan pergerakan harga yang acak atau tidak memiliki suatu pola khusus yang dapat digunakan oleh investor di pasar untuk memperoleh abnormal return dalam jangka panjang. Pengujian kerandoman pergerakan Indeks Sektoral IDX-IC Finance pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan Run Test. Dasar pengambilan keputusan keacakan data yaitu apabila z-value berada pada rentang -1.96 hingga + 1.96 maka dikatakan data harga bergerak secara acak, sedangkan apabila z-value tidak berada pada rentang -1.96 hingga + 1.96 maka dikatakan sampel data tidak bergerak secara acak. Pada kaidahnya, apabila suatu data memiliki fluktuasi acak maka segala bentuk metode peramalan harga tidak dapat diimplementasikan dikarenakan alih – alih terdapat pola teknikal ataupun pola historis, data harga berfluktuasi dikarenakan adanya informasi – informasi baru yang hadir di pasar. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan sehubungan dengan peramalan data yaitu Generalized Autoregresive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (GARCH). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji Run Test untuk IDX-IC Finance periode sebelum pandemic covid-19 dan periode selama pandemic covid-19 memiliki nilai Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 yang membuktikan bahwa data tidak bergerak secara acak. Sementara itu uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dan Paired Sample T-Test memiliki nilai masing – masing sebesar 0.688 > 0.05 dan 0.691 > 0.05, yang menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat signifikansi perbedaan pada data aktual dan data hasil estimasi terhadap IDX-IC Finance untuk periode sebelum pandemic covid-19 dan selama pandemic covid-19

Abstract

Penelitian ditujukan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko maksimum yang mungkin diterima investor menggunakan pendekatan statistik. Model Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (EWMA) dikenal sebagai salah satu pendekatan untuk mengestimasi volatilitas data yang tidak konstan atau bersifat heteroskedastis sehingga metode ini dapat diaplikasikan pada data nilai return saham yang sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan data emiten Indeks LQ45 selama periode 2014 – 2018 dengan jumlah emiten sebanyak 26 emiten. Analisis dilakukan terhadap data return saham untuk periode harian (daily return) dengan menggunakan eksposur investasi sebesar Rp. 10.000.000,00. Hasil uji EWMA menunjukkan bahwa VAR maksimum untuk 5 (lima) hari perdagangan kedepan yang mungkin dihadapi investor portofolio adalah sebesar Rp. 545.973,00 untuk portofolio optimal model SIM, dan sebesar Rp. 521.470,00 untuk portofolio optimal model Markowitz.

Abstract

This study examines the performance of two investment strategies, the Buy & Hold strategy and the MACD strategy, using data from 20 stocks in the Indonesian capital market over a six-year period. The results show that while the Buy & Hold strategy generally generates higher returns, the MACD strategy offers more stable returns and lower losses in certain cases. Statistical analysis using the Mann-Whitney U test showed no significant difference between the two strategies, but the Buy & Hold strategy outperformed MACD by 11.2% in terms of average return, indicating that it performed better than MACD strategy.

Abstract

This thesis was conducte$d from November 2024 until January 2025, consisting of 99 pages without appendices. The aim of this research is to determine the influenceof Competence, Work Motivation, and Compensation on the performanceof inpatient nurses at Bakti Timah Hospital Pangkalpinang. The research method used a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents, who were nurses working at Bakti Timah Hospital Pangkalpinang as inpatient nurses. The sample was determined using Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis involved Validity Testing, Reliability Testing, Classical Assumption Testing, Multiple Linear Regression Testing, the Coefficient of Determination (R2), Simultaneous Test (F-test), and Partial Test (t-test), processed with the IBM SPSS for Windows Version 26 program. The results of the data analysis showed that competence has a positive and significant effect on the performanceof inpatient nurses with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and t-count (6.189) > t-table (1.675), work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performanceof inpatient nurses with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05 and t-count (3.084) > t-table (1.675), and compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of inpatient nurses with a significance value of 0.019 < 0.05 and t-count (2.413) > t-table (1.675). Furthermore, simultaneously, competence, work motivation, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performanceof inpatie$nt nurses with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and F-count (54.049) > F-table (2.790).

Abstract

The background of this paper describes the problem of economic conditions in Pangkalpinang City as reflected in the growth of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The purpose of this final project is to determine the effect of Digital Business-Based MSMEs Growth and The Human Development Index on GRDP Growth in Pangkalpinang City in supporting a sustainable and inclusive economy. Data processing in this research using multiple linear regression analysis, which consists of classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination test. In this research, there were no problems with the classical assumption test. The regression equation for GRDP growth = -4,112 – 1,252 Digital Business-Based MSMEs Growth + 14,012 Human Development Index. Statistical analysis partially proves the hypothesis (t-test), indicating that Digital Business-Based MSMEs Growth does not effect significant on GRDP Growth. The Human Development Index does not effect significant on GRDP Growth. Simultaneously (F test), proves that Digital Business-Based MSMEs Growth and the Human Development Index together do not have a effect significant on GRDP Growth. The Adjusted R² value obtained is 0,575, proving that Digital Business-Based MSMEs Growth and the Human Development Index have a 57,5% effect on GRDP Growth. Meanwhile, the remaining 42,5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran UMKM Sabun Mijel TPA Al-Aziroeh. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan melalui identifikasi faktor internal menggunakan matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) dan faktor eksternal menggunakan matriks External Factor Evaluation (EFE), kemudian dilanjutkan dengan formulasi strategi melalui analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Sabun Mijel TPA Al-Aziroeh berada pada kuadran I, yang mencerminkan posisi strategi agresif. Oleh karena itu, strategi pemasaran yang tepat adalah penerapan bauran pemasaran 4P, yang terdiri dari: produk berupa sabun padat multifungsi dan ramah lingkungan untuk mencuci pakaian maupun peralatan dapur, disertai saran pengembangan varian aroma alami serta pencantuman legalitas izin edar PKRT; harga ditetapkan dengan mempertimbangkan daya beli masyarakat agar tetap terjangkau; tempat berupa distribusi melalui toko ritel tradisional dan platform online seperti Shopee dan Tokopedia; serta promosi yang difokuskan melalui media sosial seperti WhatsApp, Instagram, dan Facebook dengan konten edukatif yang menampilkan manfaat serta keunggulan produk.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of accountability in managing village fund allocations, transparency in the use of village funds, and village fund policies on community welfare. This study also aims to jointly examine the accountability of village fund allocation management, transparency in the use of village funds and village fund policies on community welfare. This research was conducted in the village of Beluluk, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. Types of data used in this study is primary data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires directly to the public Belulu Village. The total population is 3,988 people and the number of samples in In this study, 90 people from the Beluluk Village community as respondents using purposive sampling technique. This study uses the JASP 0.14.1 tool for multiple regression analysis and its analytical methods. Based on the results of data analysis, the results show that Village Fund Allocation Management Accountability has a significant positive effect on Community Welfare. The results of the t-test show that the t count is 2,974 > 1,987 t table with a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05, then H1 is accepted. Transparency in the use of Village Funds has a significant positive effect on Community Welfare. The results of the t-test show that t t-count is 3.207 > 1.987 with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05, then H2 is accepted. The Village Fund Policy has a significant negative effect on Community Welfare. The results of the t-test show that t count is -2.886 > 1.987 with a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05, then H3 is accepted. This study also shows that accountability for managing village fund allocations, transparency in the use of village funds, and village fund policies together have a significant and significant impact on community welfare. The results of the f test show f count 10,901 > 2,711 f table with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, then H4 is accepted.

Abstract

This research was entitled in Bahasa Indonesia: “Pengaruh kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, komunikasi, Dan Motivasi Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kinerja Pegawai (Studi Kasus pegawai Kantor Camat Taman Sari Kota Pangkalpinang)”. This research was conducted during the pandemic of Covid-19 (Maret 2022-June 2022) and it was administrated in the City of Pangkalpinang. The purpose of this study was to determine how strong the effect of the Quality of human resources, Communication, and Motivation is on Employee performance and productivity. This study runs by using quantitative data analysis and was using a Multiple Linear Regression Analysis along with a Coefficient of Determination. The results of the analysis state that the Quality of human resources variable has no effect on employee performance with the results (t-count (3.245) while t-table 1,705), in other words (t-count value (3.245) > t-table value 1,705) or value of significance 0,004 < 0,05 then clearly H1 is accepted. The results of the analysis state that the Communication variable has a positive effect on Employee performance with the results (t-count (3.121) while t-table 1,705), in other words (t-count value (3.121) > t-table value 1,705) or value of significance 0,001 < 0,05 then clearly H2 is accepted. The results of the analysis state that the Motivation variable has positif effect on Employee performance Productivity with the results (t-count (3.307) while t-table 1,705), in other words (t-count value (3.307) > t-table value 1,705) or value of significance 0,003 < 0,05 then clearly H3 is accepted. As simultaneously or together, it shows that the variables of Quality of human resources, Communication, and Motivation have a significant effect on Employee performance productivity with the results of F-count 34.186 and F-table value of 2,98. In other words, Fcount (34.186) > Ftable (2,98).), therefore it is shown that H0 is rejected and H4 is accepted. With the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0,797, which means that the effect of the independent variables on dependent variable simultaneously at 79,7%, and the remaining 20,3% is explained by other independent variables not used in this study.

Abstract

This research was entitled: “Analisis Pengaruh Earning Per Share dan Deviden Payout Ratio Terhadap Harga Saham (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan United Tractors Tbk)”. This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on share prices in the United Tractors Tbk company for the 2008-2022 period. This study uses secondary data with the documentation method and processed with the JASP tool to test the multiple linear regression hypothesis. The results showed (1) Earning Per Share has a partial effect on stock prices, a significance value of 0.010 is less than 0.05 and a t count value of 3.039 is greater than a t table value of 2.17881. (2) The dividend payout ratio has no partial effect on stock prices, with a significance value of 0.175 is greater than 0.05 and the t count value is 1.441, which is less than the t table value of 2.17881. (3) Earning Per Share and Dividend Payout Ratio simultaneously influence the significance value of 0.027 which is less than 0.05 and the f count value is 4.970 which is greater than the f table value of 3.89.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internal control system on petty cash disbursements at PT. Sumber Bahagia Kargo Ekspress which has been decided through standard operational management policies. Researchers also use the approach in this research study of literature. Based on the analysis in this study, the internal control system for petty cash disbursements has not been running effectively (theoretical comparisons and research findings in the field) at PT. Sumber Bahagia Kargo Ekspress. The results of the study show that there is no serial number printed on each proof of petty cash disbursement and petty cash disbursement documents that have been made that are not stamped with the mark "PAID" or a valid stamp if they have been paid. Another finding is that management still performs dual duties and authorities; namely the Accounting function and the Financial Management function.
