Abstract

Kuantitas kebutuhan energi telah menjadi indikator standar kehidupan dan tingkat industrialisasi. Angin adalah udara yang bergerak akibat adanya perbedaan tekanan udara di sekitarnya. Angin bergerak dari tempat bertekanan udara tinggi ke bertekanan udara rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ditribusi tegangan, displacement, dan faktor keamanan pada frame turbin angin savonius. Di dalam penelitian ini kontruksi frame di desain menggunakan software solidworks 2020 dengan Material besi siku (ASTM A36) yang mempunyai beberapa titik pembebanan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan hasil nilai Von misess stress pada perhitungan teoritis material ASTM A36 sebesar 46.79 MPs sedangkan pada perhitungan simulasi sebesar 50.76. Displacement pada perhitungan teoritis sebesar 0.5 mm, sedangkan pada perhitungan simulasi sebesar 0.500 mm. Safety of factor pada perhitungan teoritis sebesar 5.343 dan perhitungan simulasi sebesar 330.193.

Abstract

Fixtrut merupakan sebuah pipa schedule dengan material mild steel yang diberi pengerjaan cutting, punching, stamping, serta pelapisan logam dengan metode hot dip galvanized. Fixtrut berfungsi untuk menstabilkan antena komunikasi yang telah terpasang pada tower telekomunikasi. Pada penulisan ilmiah ini membahas proses produksi fixtrut dan pelapisan logam hot dip galvanized di PT. RJU. Pada proses produksi fixtrut ini menggunakan metode jenis pabrikasi logam, artinya proses yang dilakukan dengan merubah bentuk di benda kerja. Perubahan bentuk ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan gaya luar sehingga terjadi deformasi plastis. Metode proses produksi fixtrut di PT.RJU melalui 6 tahapan, yaitu pemilihan material, cutting dengan mesin gerinda, stamping, punching, pembuatan ventilasi, serta pelapisan hot dip galvanized. Pada proses hot dip galvanized ada 5 tahapan yang harus dilalui, yaitu pickling merupakan pencelupan dengan asam klorida, lalu rinsing merupakan pembilasan dengan air bersih, fluxing merupakan pencelupan dengan larutan flux, molten zinc bath merupakan proses galvanisasi dengan temperatur 440 ºC – 460 ºC, dan terakhir quenching merupakan proses pendinginan dengan larutan chromat.

Abstract

Leaders are people who are entrusted with taking care of other people's affairs. Also referred to as Khadimul Ummah (servants of the people), that is, leaders must place themselves in the position of serving the community/company. Leaders must think of ways to make the company they lead progress, their employees prosper, and the environment around them to enjoy the presence of the company/group they lead. Meanwhile, sharia leadership is one that contains sharia aspects as a basic foundation in leading. The implementation of this community service activity was carried out at SMK 2 PATRIOT Bekasi. This activity was carried out using the teaching method with 2-way communication between the resource person and the participants. The results obtained in this activity are increased knowledge of students and teachers in terms of sharia-based leadership.

Abstract

Pc wire or Prestressed concrete wire is iron thread with a round cross section and has indentations on its surface. Pc wire is widely used in the construction of buildings or buildings, railway sleepers and piles. This paper discusses the process of making pc wire heads and pneumatic systems that function as driving hammer dies in making pc wire. The aim of the research is to know the work process of making pc wire head (screw iron), calculating the pneumatic system for making pc wire head (screw iron). The data needed in the preparation of this report was obtained by collecting data, namely field studies which are direct data collection. data obtained through direct observation in the field accompanied by a field supervisor then Literature Study where literature study is data collection through literature books, journals, making pc wire heads by cutting pc wire with a diameter of 7.1 mm along 152 mm using a cutting grinder and then clamping it in a vise so that the screw iron does not shift when getting pressure from the die, the die will press the pc wire so that it is formed with a circular diameter of 13 mm and 7 mm thick. From the calculation of the density of dry air, the result is = 87.08 Pa, the result of the hydrostatic calculation is 609.78 Pa, and from the calculation of the Double Acting Cylinder, the result is 254.34 N.

Abstract

A coal oven is one of the important laboratory tools which has the following functions: To heat or dry laboratory equipment or other objects. In the process of making this oven, several processes are carried out using conventional machines. In the manufacturing process, various things such as: material selection, frame making, body installation, installation of heaters, panels and motors, finishing etc. The manufacturing process is a process of treating parts (components) using machines where objects are formed by removing or removing some of the material from the workpiece with the aim of obtaining workpieces (components) with good accuracy and high precision so as to produce quality and quality products. high according to the wishes and product standards. Before entering into the manufacturing process, the oven is still not shaped like anything.
