Abstract

Karang Taruna Karya 4 is located in the Leak Village consists of all young people totaling 38 people. Karang Taruna Karya 4 most of which are freshwater fish cultivators (pokdakan) who are still active today. The catfish marketing system used by Karang Taruna Karya 4 is currently very conventional and only relies on buyers from middlemen, restaurants or catfish pecel food stalls. Therefore, new ideas or strategies are needed in terms of Product Development and Innovation, Promotion, as well as product distribution that is right on target, effective and efficient but produces encouraging sales, so that it is expected to advance or improve the economy of all members of Karang Taruna Karya 4. The solution offered to overcome these problems is the development of innovation from catfish to catfish crackers. This community partnership program (PKM) aims to train catfish crackers, marketing management training, training on how to make a Home Industry Food permit (PIRT), and providing capital. This PKM has been implemented for 6 months, from April to September 2021. The community groups in this PKM are 10 members of Karang Taruna Karya 4. The target is after training on making catfish crackers, marketing management training, training on how to make PIRT permits, and providing capital, Karang Taruna Karya 4 can grow by 80%. PKM begins with an interview with the Chairperson of Karang Taruna Karya 4. After that, take care of licensing to related parties, prepare material and non-material needed in the implementation of the PKM, and prepare a coordination team in the PKM. Then the analysis was carried out, namely mentoring training on catfish cracker making, marketing management training, training on how to make PIRT permits. The results of the PKM went smoothly, the openness of the Karang Taruna Karya 4 management in conveying problems and discussions related to solutions to problems were obtained well. Currently, the management of Karang Taruna Karya 4 knows how to collaborate with other parties to market and improve online marketing so that catfish crackers are better known and have more buyers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the handling and the resolution of tenurial conflicts in forest areas. The factors examined in this research are the regulation of prohibition and juridical consequences regarding tenure conflicts that occur in the forest area. The conflict arose due to the use and exploitation of the forest by the village community and the government. This research uses normative legal research. The approach used is the statutory approach and case approach. The results of this study are a regulation on the use of forest areas by the laws and regulations so that optimal and sustainable forest utilization is achieved at Perhutani Central of Java. The aim of resolving tenure conflicts is to restore state forest according to their status function because forest is the lifeblood of many people so forest must be reserved, one of which is through law enforcement and implementing the applicable laws and regulation at Perum Perhutani.

Abstract

This research aims to examine character in the social life of the nation and state. The things studied in this research are about tolerant living side by side with a pluralistic life of different religions and habits that live together in worship and the social life of the community in obedience to legal norms in Banyumas district. The lives of forest village communities whose lives are limited in terms of educations, transportation, technology, healt, welfare, with the average livelihood of forest farmers being very varied and marginalized. This research uses empirical legal research or socio legal research. The approach used is an approach to society with the help of qualitative social sciences. The result of the research is the legal implementation of a person’s character in society towards national and state personality. The aim is to know and understand the characteristics of culture values that coexist in society peacefully by obeying legal norms in accordance with legal culture. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang karakter dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat berbangsa dan bernegara. Hal-hal yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang hidup bertoleransi secara berdampingan dengan kehidupan yang pluralisme yang berbeda agama dan kebiasaan yang hidup secara bersama-sama dalam beribadah serta kehidupan sosial masyarakat dalam ketaatan terhadap norma hukum di kabupaten Banyumas. Kehidupan masyarakat desa hutan yang hidupnya serba keterbatasan baik pendidikan, transportasi, teknologi, kesehatan, kesejahteraan dengan mata pencaharian rata-rata petani hutan yang sangat bervariatif dan terpinggirkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum empirik atau socio legal research. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan terhadap masyarakat dengan bantuan ilmu-ilmu sosial secara kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian adalah implementasi secara hukum terhadap karakter seseorang dalam masyarakat menuju kepribadian berbangsa dan bernegara. Tujuannya adalah agar mengetahui dan memahami karakteristik nilai-nilai kebudayaan yang hidup berdampingan dalam masyarakat secara damai dengan mentaati norma hukum sesuai dengan budaya hukum
