Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non Performing Financing (NPF) on Return on Assets (ROA) based on the 2014-2018 BSM(BSM) financial statements. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach and then processed withstatistical software.The data of this study are secondary data in the form of quarterly financial reports of BSM with a sample of quarterly financial reports of BSMfor the 2014-2018 periode which have been audited and published as accountability to the public and the Financial Services Authority.The results showed that there was no effect of FDR on ROA based on the results of the t test, where the value of tcount <ttable (1.123 <2.109), while the NPF had a significant and negative effect on ROA referring the results of t test where tcount> ttable (-2,362 <2,109). This means that the amount of financing originating from customer funds has no effect on changes in net income, while the amount of problematic financing has a significant and negative effect on net income obtained by BSM.While simultaneously there is a significant effect of FDR and NPF on ROA in BSM based on the results of the F test, where the value of Fcount> Ftable (11,394> 3.59).This means that simultaneously the amount of financing disbursed and the amount of financing that has problems has a significant effect on BSMprofitability.

Abstract

The level of BRISyariah Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) for the period 2015-2019 is already in the very healthy category (above 12%), while the level of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) is still in a fairly healthy category (around 85%), the ratio of Operating Costs to Operating Income ( BOPO) is in the unhealthy category (above 95%), as well as the level of Return On Assets (ROA), especially during 2019, is in the unhealthy category (below 0.5%). This study analyzes the influence of CAR, FDR, BOPO on ROA in BRISyariah. This research is a quantitative type with an associative approach. With secondary data in the form of published quarterly financial reports of BRISyariah for the period 2015-2019. Tests conducted to determine the relationship and influence between variables partially and simultaneously, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a negative effect of CAR on ROA where the value of tcount>ttable (2.352>2.120) is on the negative side with R2 of 23.5%, (2) there is no effect of FDR on ROA where the tcount value is<ttable (-0,127<2,120) with R2 of 0.1%, (3) there is a negative effect of BOPO on ROA where the tcount>ttable (11,823>2,120) with the tcount on the negative side, while the R2 value is 88.8 %. (4) simultaneously there is a significant effect of CAR, FDR and BOPO on ROA with the results of Fcount>Ftable (331,743> 3,24) with a R2 value of 98.4%. The concluded that the risk of own capital (CAR) in high number and the more inefficient bank operations (BOPO), make ability the bank's is low to increase profits.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Segmenting Strategy, Targeting, Positiong on the Perception of Depositors at Bank BJB KC Majalaya. The object of research is the Perception of Depositors of Bank BJB KC Majalaya. The method used is an associative quantitative method. The type of data used is primary data which is processed using the Statistic application, and uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies as a complement. The population in this research is Bank BJB KC Majalaya depositors in 2020 with a sample of 71 customers. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect between Segmenting on Depositors' Perceptions with the t-test where the value of tcount > ttable (4,846>1,668), there is a significant effect between Targeting on Depositors' Perceptions tcount> ttable (7,602> 1,668), there is a significant effect between Positioning on Depositors' Perceptions tcount > ttable (7,576>1,668), and there is a simultaneous significant influence between Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning on Depositors' Perceptions with the results of the F test where Fcount > Ftable (19,097 > 2.17)).

Abstract

The lack of understanding of customers about margins has led to customer perceptions that margins at Islamic banks are the same as interest at conventional banks. The level of margin that is considered high and not in accordance with the customer's ability is also thought to influence the customer's decision to murabahah financing. This study aims to determine how much influence customer perceptions and influence margin levels have on customer decisions on murabahah financing at BSI KCP Bandung Geger Kalong. The object of research is murabahah financing customers. The method used is associative quantitative. The type of data used is primary data which is processed using statistical applications, as well as using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The population is murabahah financing customers in 2021 with a sample of 93 people.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations, the background of this research is the fluctuation in the number of iB Hijrah Savings customers and how the bank's solution to retain iB Hijrah Savings customers. This study aims to determine how the influence of Internal Marketing, External Marketing, and Interactive Marketing partially and simultaneously on the decision to become iB Hijrah Savings customers at Bank Muamalat Indonesia Rancaekek Branch Office (KCP).. The type of research is quantitative associative with primary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The population of this study amounted to 254 respondents with the determination of the sample using the slovin method which resulted in 72 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant influence between Internal Marketing on customer decisions to choose iB Hijrah Savings by 68.9%, there is a significant influence between External Marketing on customer decisions to choose iB Hijrah Savings by 49.4%, there is a significant influence between Interactive Marketing on customer decisions to choose iB Hijrah Savings by 72.4%, and there is a significant influence between Internal Marketing, External Marketing, and Interactive Marketing simultaneously affect the customer's decision to choose iB Hijrah Savings at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Rancaekek determination test of 80.3% while the remaining 19.7% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of People, Process and Physical evidence on the students' decision choice STIBANKS Al Ma’soem. This research uses quantitative associative method. The research data was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires to students in STIBANKS Al Ma'soem and then processed with IBM SPSS Statistic 23. The results showed that correlation is weak and there are not significant People, Process and Physical evidence on the students' decision choice STIBANKS Al Ma’soem. F test results showed that the factors of People, Process and Physical evidence does not significantly affect the students' decision choice STIBANKS Al Ma’soem. The R-square value obtained amounted to 0.1615, or 16.15%, that meaning simultaneous People, Process and Physical evidence contributes 16.15% to the effect on the students choice  STIBANKS Al Ma’soem, and while the rest (1-R²) of 83.85% is the number of contributions made by other factors not examined. The study reveals that students expect fast response from the officer while giving information to students, such as academic information. Students also expect a simple procedure in order for their needs, such as to make academic letters. The management of STIBANKS Al Ma’soem must improve on other factors that can increase the number of students in the next period, such as service quality and promotion mix.

Abstract

Based on observation results, that the background of this research is the tendency for a decrease in BSI Griya Hasanah customers at BSI KCP Garut Kadungora over the past three years. This is caused by the lack of Brand Awareness, Brand Image and Media Communication at BSI KCP Garut Kadungora, which affects customer interest in choosing BSI Griya Hasanah at the bank. This study aims to find out how Brand Awareness, Brand Image and Media Communication influence the interest in choosing BSI Griya Hasanah products, both partially and simultaneously at BSI KCP Garut Kadungora. The research object is BSI Griya Hasanah customers. The type of research is associative quantitative with primary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature study, and questionnaires. While the sampling technique is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The population is all BSI Griya Hasanah customers at BSI KCP Garut Kadungora, totaling 72 people with a sample of 61 people. The results showed that there was a significant influence between brand awareness on customer interest in BSI Griya Hasanah of 59,2% where the value of t count > t table (9,251 > 2,001), there was a significant influence between brand image on the interest of BSI Griya Hasanah customers by 59,9% with the results of the t test where t count > t table (9,378 > 2,001), there is a significant effect between media communication on customer interest BSI Griya Hasanah of 43,6% with the t test results where t count > t table (6,758 > 2,001), and simultaneously there is a significant influence between brand awareness, brand image and media communication on interest in choosing BSI Griya Hasanah products of 68,5% for R2 with F test results where f count > f table (41,229 > 2,76).

Abstract

The background of this research is that are fluctuations in values FDR, TATO and NPFas well discrepancies between the theory of the relationship between FDR and TATO to NPF in several quarters. This study aims to find out how the influence of FDR and TATO on NPF at BTN Sharia Bank for the 2019-2023 period, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research is associative quantitative, secondary data types, The sample in this study is BTN Sharia Bank quarterly financial reports for the 2019-2023 period. The research result show that there is a significant influence between FDR on NPF with the results of the t test where the value of tcount > ttable (6,3681 > 1,734) and the contribution of FDR to NPF is 69.26% from the R2 test results, there is a significant influence between TATO and the t test results where tcount > ttable (2,8610 > 1,734) and TATO contribution to NPF is 31.26% from the results of the R2 test. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between FDR and TATO on NPF at BTN Sharia Bank for the 2019-2023 period with the F test results where the value of count > F table (7,84 > 3,59) and the contribution of FDR and TATO to NPF simultaneously is equal to 69.27% of the R2 test results.

Abstract

This study is based on the decline in the number of IB Hijrah current account customers which is suspected to be influenced by the bank's reputation where customer assessments of the services provided by Bank Muamalat are considered less than good, as well as product innovation factors such as the development of digital access that is not yet optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of bank reputation and product innovation on customer decisions at Bank Muamalat KCP Rancaekek. The object of the study is IB Hijrah current account customers, the type of research is associative quantitative, the type of data is primary data, data collection techniques are in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The population is IB Hijrah current account customers in 2023 with a sample of 57 people. The results of the study show that bank reputation and product innovation partially influence decisions by 67.3% and 59.1%, while simultaneously they influence by 75%.

Abstract

This research is based on fluctuations in total assets, capital, net profit, and increases in liabilities in the financial statements of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen during the 2020-2024 period. This encourages the need to conduct financial statement analysis based on EVA, FVA, and MVA. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen for the 2020-2024 period measured by EVA, FVA, and MVA indicators. The object of the research is the financial statements of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen. The type of research is descriptive research. The type of data used is secondary data using data collection techniques through documentation and library research. Analysis of research data uses descriptive analysis techniques. The results show that the EVA value has increased positively (EVA>0) by Rp153,508 (in millions), meaning that the profit obtained by the bank exceeds the cost of capital. The FVA value has increased positively (FVA>0) by Rp839,090 (in millions), meaning that operating profit is able to cover the economic depreciation of fixed assets. The MVA value experienced a positive increase (MVA>0) of IDR 779,698,481 (in millions), meaning that management succeeded in increasing the company's value and shareholder welfare.
