Abstract

The goals of the study are to test the effects of strategy orientation, creativation, innovation for marketing perfomance, and the competitive advantages of central batik industry in Pekalongan. The study was done by questionnaire method. Sampling was done by accidental sampling of 100 respondents while techniques were being analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Model). The result of the study recommends the orientation of strategy, creativity and innovation that influence on the performance of marketing significancy. The orientation of strategy, creativity and innovation affect the competitive advantage through marketing performance too. Marketing performance influence the competitive advantage directly in the apparel industry of central batik in Pekalongan.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan merumuskan strategi mengembangkan citra Desa Wisata dan potensi daya dukung kegiatan ekonomi desa yang terletak di wilayah Dusun Karangjoho Kelurahan Gondoriyo, Kecamatan Ngaliyan, Kota Semarang, dengan produk utamanya, Curug (air terjun). Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis participant observation dan wawancara baik terstruktur maupun terbuka, dengan menekankan pada keterlibatan masyarakat lokal. Untuk tujuan ini, peneliti melakukan kegiatan: 1) mengidentifikasi atmosfer desa wisata, 2) mengidentifikasi budaya lokal, 3) arah pelestarian lingkungan. 4) kegiatan perekonomian Desa Wisata. Adapun hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menemukan identitas geografis berupa: curug /grojogan, sungai irigasi, sawah, goa mistis, hutan taman, jembatan comblang, produk kearifan lokal nasi bledug dan wedang sinom, serta seni budaya lokal tabuh lesung yang dapat mengubah citra desa wisata khas Gondoriyo Ngaliyan. Selain itu juga adanya obyek wisata ini dapat meningkatkan kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat Gondoriyo dilihat dari bertumbuhnya warung-warung jajanan dan toko ritel.

Abstract

This service was held in Kel. Gemah, Kec. Pedurungan, Semarang City. The aim is to create non-formal business opportunities that non-working housewives can do. Techniques for implementing community service using theoretical and practical learning methods. The target of this service is 20 housewives. The results to be achieved are 1) the participants understand the meaning of creative business and are able to run a home business, especially making snacks from cassava. 2) Not only that, but also able to market their own products. Community Service as one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education will be carried out in a sustainable manner.
