Abstract

This article discusses the mediating role of motivation to training transfer as mediation in the relationship between supervisor support and transformative learning on lecturer performance. Survey methods and purposive non random sampling techniques were used with the help of a questionnaire based on a 7-point Likert scale. The number of fit samples was 199 to test the hypothesis. Amos and structural models are used to test the statistical significance of the path coefficients. The findings of the study explain that supervisor support and transformative learning can encourage lecturers to make intense efforts in utilizing the skills and knowledge learned during the training process. The study also highlighted the motivation of training transfer as the key to successfully improving lecturer performance. Training plays an important role in the HRM strategy in an effort to renew the HRM competencies needed by the organization today. Therefore, motivation for training transfer is an important problem faced by professionals in developing HRM. This means that positive transfer training motivation requires that trainees can effectively apply what has been learned to the job, which leads to meaningful changes in performance.

Abstract

Salah satu bidang yang menjadi sorotan pegawai Kabupaten Sanggau khususnya Badan Kepegawaian Daerah dewasa ini adalah  pelayanan dibidang Administrasi Kepegawaian. Kondisi pelayanan administrasi kepegawaian selama ini citranya cukup  buruk disebabkan tidak adanya kepastian sistem dan prosedur karena tidak jelas, terlalu banyak persyaratan dan beragam, proses layanan yang berbelit-belit dan lama serta tidak ada batas waktu, pungutan biaya layanan cukup mahal dan adanya nuansa kepentingan pribadi. Buruknya kondisi pelayanan ini pencerminan dari gagalnya proses implementasi kebijakan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang baik di Kabupaten Sanggau khususnya Badan Kepegawaian Daerah. Dalam upaya mewujudkan reformasi pelayanan publik khususnya bidang kepegawaian di Kabupaten Sanggau khususnya Badan Kepegawaian Daerah diperlukan komitmen dan kreatifitas serta inovasi yang kuat dari kepala daerah, dinas instansi terkait dan segenap aparatur Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sanggau khususnya Badan Kepegawaian Daerah untuk membangun sistem yang baik di bidang pelayanan publik (Renstra Kabupaten Sanggau khususnya Badan Kepegawaian Daerah. 2015). Sebagai langkah kebijakan untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, kepegawaian dalam rangka mengsukseskan program kebijakan perbaikan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di bidang Standar Operasional Prosedur, maka sudah sewajarnyalah Badan Kepegawaian Daerah mengoptimalkan kinerjanya, sehingga hasil yang dicapai akan semakin baik.

Abstract

Background: The pandemic shows that the 19 that hit the world caused changes in all areas of the fabric of people's lives. Perceived changes, one of which is in the world of work, are causing changes in order and regulation in the field of human resource management. Aim:This study aims to create a Work Live Balance (WLB) model and flexible work of employees in the 19th era. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the help of questionnaires and interviews. Resource persons are employees in Indonesia with various positions and types of work. Method :study uses a data source of 200 people. from various companies throughout Indonesia by random sampling. Result :The results of this study are that men and women in the division of time have different patterns. The more women get older, the more time they can divide their time between work and social life. Men have a more dynamic graph. Some types of work and some determinations can manage the time from home, but there are types of work that must be done directly. Conclusion:The results of this study can provide input to companies in making decisions to welcome the new normal in the field of Human Resources management policies. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang efek pemasaran hijau dan informasi pada perilaku pembelian ulang konsumen.Alat komunikasi yang berupa informasi masih menjadi perdebatan apakah berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ataukah tidak.  Populasi akan diambil dari Konsumen yang pernah membeli AMDK (Ades dan teh kotak) di kota semarang periode tahun 2015. Metode sampel yang akan digunakan adalah   non probability sampling menggunakan sampel Kuota. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif yang akan menguji antar variabel. Alat analisis yang digunakan regresi linier berganda dengan alat SPSS 17. Dan menambah dengan analisa diskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan 160 dari 16 kecamatan di Kota Semarang. Tidak ada pengaruh signifikan kemasan ramah lingkungan dengan minat beli ulang produk . Hipotesis ke dua ada pengaruh signifikan informasi dan minat beli ulang AMDK di kota semarang. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat kepada penulis untuk dapat mengembangkan  pengetahuan konsep  konsumen    hijau  (green consumerism). Kepada pelaku  pemasaran dapat lebih mengembangkan ketersedianya kemasan ramah lingkungan (enviromentally friendly packaging), dan mengembangkan market share yang lebih luas. Kata kunci : Green marketing, Kemasan Ramah Lingkungan , informasi, Keputusan pembelian ulang This study aims to provide information on the effects of green marketing and information on the consumer repeat purchase behavior. Consumers will be drawn from the population ever buy bottled water (Ades and teh Kotak) in Semarang period of 2015. The sampling method to be used is non-probability sampling using quota sampling. This study uses a quantitative research approach that will test between variables. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression with SPSS tool 17. And to add to the descriptive analysis. The sample used 160 of the 16 districts in the city of Semarang . No significant effect of environmentally friendly packaging with product buying interest re. The second hypothesis is no significant influence of information and buying interest re-bottled drinking water in the city in Semarang.  Results from this study are expected to provide benefits to the writer to be able to develop the knowledge of the green consumer concept (green Consumerism). Marketing principals to further develop environmentally friendly products availability (enviromentally friendly packaging), and develop a broader market share. Abstract

Abstraksi Pembangunan suatu negara bukan hanya tanggung jawab pemerintah saja, setiap insan manusia berperan untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan sosial dan peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Dunia usaha berperan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang sehat dengan mempertimbangan pula faktor lingkungan hidup. Kini dunia usaha tidak lagi hanya memperhatikan catatan keuangan perusahaan semata (single bottom line), melainkan sudah meliputi aspek keuangan, aspek sosial, dan aspek lingkungan biasa disebut triple bottom line. Sinergi dari tiga elemen ini merupakan kunci dari konsep pembangunan berkelanjutan (sustainable development). Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui model dari CSR dari UKM batik di Pekalongan. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan peneltian kualitatif dengan triangulasi data.Data yang didapat diharapkan akan menjadi gambaran peneliti selanjutnya untuk pengembangan model CSR di UKM.ABSTRACT Development of a country is not only the responsibility of government alone, every single human being to realize the role of social welfare and improving quality of life. The business community role is to encourage highly economic growth with environmental factors consideration as well. Now the business community is no longer just pay attention to the company's financial records alone (single bottom line), but has been covering the financial aspects, social aspects, and environmental aspects of the so-called triple bottom line. The synergy of these three elements is the key to the concept of sustainable development (sustainable development). This study to determine the model of CSR of SMEs Batik in Pekalongan. This study with other research using qualitative triangulation obtained data.Data expected to be overview of further research for the development of models of CSR in SMEs.

Abstract

Human Resource Mangement (HRM) in the process of trying to join a management strategy in this field of study has generated a lot of conceptions and practitioners of the articles on certain HR practices proposed to be associated with a variety of corporate strategy. Plus more research to examine the factors on HR practices from a strategic perspective. Through the development of new disciplines related to Human Resource Mangement Strategy (SHRM). The reason for this theory is still in the growth of the suggestions and criticisms are very significant is needed in this field of study. Resource-based view suggests that human resource systems can contribute to sustainable competitive advantage through facilitating the development of firm-specific competencies, produce complex social relationships, which is embedded in the history and culture of the company, and generate knowledge organization In this paper we provide an overview of the development of the theory of HR (Human Resources) in the development of human resource strategies based RBV. In HRM research should be based on organizational context, HRM issues is part of an open system, and the research that theoretically would be detrimental if it is not placed in the broader organizational context. In a change both in terms of operation, system and structure of the company because the business environment is dynamic and therefore difficult to dipridiksi.Namun SDM is a vital competitive advantage for the management of other resources that depend on human resources management.

Abstract

Keberlanjutan usaha merupakan suatu hal mutlak, terlebih lagi bagi suatu family business. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan generasi kedua dalam pengelolaan family business dan menganalisis peran pemimpin dalam pengelolaan kinerja karyawan di PT. Polidayaguna Perkasa, Ungaran. Ketidak siapan pemimpin generasi kedua dalam masa peralihan kepemimpinan serta faktor dari lingkungan keluarga memiliki andil besar atas keberhasilan serta upaya dari suksesor sendiri dalam mempimpin perusahaan. Selain suksesor sebagai narasumber utama, dalam penelitian ini juga mewawancarai dan mengambil survei dari karyawan-karyawan perusahaan untuk menggali informasi serta mengetahui upaya pemimpin perusahaan atau suksesor dalam mengelola kinerja karyawannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, menunjukan adanya peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada masa  kepemimpinan generasi kedua , yang mana memiliki kemauan untuk merangkul karyawan-karyawan kearah perbaikan kualitas bersama serta pendekatan individual.Kata Kunci : family business, pemimpin generasi kedua, kinerja karyawan AbstractBusiness sustainnability is an absolute matter, including for a family business. This research aims to analyze second generation leadership in family business management and analyze the role of leaders in managing employee performance at PT. Polidayaguna Perkasa, Ungaran.The unpreparedness of the second generation leaders in the transition period of leadership as well as factors from the family environment have a big contribution to the success and the efforts of the successors themselves in leading the company. In addition to successor as the main resource person, in this study also interviewed and took surveys from company employees to explore information and find out the efforts of company leaders or successors in managing the performance of their employees.This research  is the  qualitative research, shows an increase in employee performance during the second generation of leadership, which has the willingness to embrace employees towards shared quality improvement and individual approaches.Keywords: family business, second generation leader, employee performance

Abstract

Perkembangan di bidang internet yang begitu pesat menyebabkan perubahan dalam gaya hidup. Hadirnya internet tidak hanya pada usaha retail tetapi berkembang juga pada transportasi online (moda online) seperti Go-jek dan Grab, yang memberikan layanan transportasi secara online kepada konsumen. Kondisi ini perlu diperhatikan sebagai penyedia jasa untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pengguna jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model untuk mengeksplorasi anteseden dan konsekuensi dari e-Loyalty, serta menguji seberapa besar pengaruh e-loyalty konsumen melalui variabel e-satisfaction serta menganalisis pelayanan dan kepuasan berbasis elektronik membentuk loyalitas konsumen. Analisis data menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian menggunakan random sampling dengan purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 22.Sampling sebanyak 101 orang konsumen Go-jek dan Grab di Kota Semarang. Penyebaran daftar kuesioner dengan Google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara e-Service quality secara langsung terhadap e-loyalty. Hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Service quality terhadap e-loyalty melalui variabel e-satisfaction, sehingga dengan analisis jalur e-satisfaction mampu menjadi variabel intervening. Serta ditemukan pelayanan non elektronik juga berperan dalam loyalitas konsumen. Penemuan beberapa indikator baru untuk non elektronik diharapkan dapat dijadikan indikator dalam penelitian mendatang.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic—which has spread throughout the world since early 2020— has had an impact on several countries, including Indonesia. This condition changes the company's policy, intended to maintain optimal employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and work culture on employee performance. The population of this study were 179 employees of Bank BTN Semarang branch with a sample of 65. The sample was taken using a stratified random sampling with primary data distributed by online questionnaires. The results showed that POS has a significant effect on performance, work culture has a positive and significant effect on performance, POS has a negative and significant effect on workload, Work culture has a negative and significant effect on workload and workload has a negative and insignificant effect on performance significantly influence workload, workload does not significantly influence employee performance and work culture. Work culture has a significant effect on employee performance. POS has a significant effect on workload, work culture has a significant direct effect and a significant indirect effect. POS has a significant direct and indirect effect. The study is useful for understanding how to optimize company management and creating a work culture in improving the performance of bank employees.
