Abstract

Abstract Rini Saban, Department of Human Resource Management (MSDM) Faculty of Economics and Business Khairun University "UNKHAIR" Ternate. The title of the research is "The Influence of Proactive Personality and Work Motivation on the Performance of Ternate City DPRD Secretariat Employees". Under the guidance of Marwan Man Soleman and Ruslan A Kamis. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of proactive personality and work motivation partially on employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat of Ternate City. The analytical model used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis, and the research method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach and a sample of 46 respondents. With data processing techniques using SPSS 16 for windows. The results of this study prove that: (1) Proactive personality has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, which means that the better the employee's proactive personality, the better the employee's performance. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that work motivation that can be felt by employees at work will be able to improve employee performance. Simultaneously, proactive personality and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : Proactive Personality, Work Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine organizational commitment and work motivation on employee performance by considering work discipline as a mediator. A total of 129 responses were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to employees of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of North Maluku Province using the saturated sample technique. The analytical technique used in this study is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS version 3.3 application. The results of the analysis show that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline positively mediates the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. Work discipline positively mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is currently still in the developing stage so it is necessary to improve the quality of education so that the Indonesian nation can develop in a better direction. So improving the quality of learning at a level of education is very important in order to give birth to the next generation who excel. An effective learning process will make student achievement more meaningful and meaningful. However, students in the online learning process get high scores but when tested at school there is a decrease in student achievement scores. So there are several factors that can affect student achievement including online learning, learning motivation and parental support. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of learning achievement from these factors. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach with a research model using Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that online learning has no significant effect on student achievement, parental support has a negative and significant effect on student achievement in MTs and the third hypothesis with parental support as a moderating variable is able to strengthen which results in a positive effect of online learning on student achievement in MTs. . Negeri 3 Tidore City of Tidore Islands. For parents and guardians of students to pay attention to providing support to students. The support provided must still pay attention to the independence of students in doing each task given by the teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the quality of lecturers from the perspective of recruitment at STAI Babussalam Sula North Maluku, using several recruitment indicators, namely, objectives, stages, basis of determination, methods and factors, while on the quality of lecturers namely education and teaching, research and development and service to society. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, and the data analysis used is an interactive model starting from reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that 1.) Recruitment of lecturers at STAI Babussalam Sula uses an open method, but in practice it has not fully followed the SOP. This is influenced by several factors, namely: a). STAI Babussalam Sula has not been able to enforce pure procedures, like state campuses, because all decisions are based on policies from the foundation. b). STAI Babussalam Sula is a campus at the district level and is still at the developing stage. c). Lecturer recruitment has not been based on needs analysis. 2). While the quality of lecturers in the Tridarma at STAI Babussalam Sula, namely: a). In education and teaching, there are still some non-linear lecturers who carry out the learning process for majors and study programs, and the availability of inadequate infrastructure. b). Research and community service carried out by lecturers is still minimal, this is influenced by the availability of an inadequate budget, because the financial source depends on student tuition fees. Keywords: Perspective, Lecturer Quality, Recruitment

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of human resource development (HR) and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 77 civil servant respondents at the Rectorate of Khairun University, Ternate. The data analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Analysis with the help of the SPSS 21 application. The results of data analysis in this study indicate that human resource development (HR) has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Kampanye "Wonderful Indonesia" meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara dengan fokus pada kekayaan alam dan budaya. Untuk destinasi wisata Kediri, diperlukan pendekatan holistik dalam pengelolaan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan pelestarian lingkungan serta budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh daya tarik destinasi terhadap fasilitas penginapan dan keberlanjutan wisata menggunakan metode mediasi Smart PLS. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan mediasi dan alat Smart PLS untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara Daya Tarik Destinasi (X), Fasilitas Penginapan (Z), dan Keberlanjutan Pengelolaan Wisata (Y). Fokusnya adalah pada dampak langsung dan mediasi dari variabel-variabel ini, dengan analisis menggunakan uji konvergensi, uji signifikansi jalur, dan validitas serta reliabilitas konstruk untuk mengidentifikasi mekanisme pengaruh. Sampel terdiri dari 115 responden yang mengunjungi destinasi wisata di Kediri. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa Daya Tarik Destinasi (X) berhubungan signifikan dengan Fasilitas Penginapan (Z) dan Keberlanjutan Pengelolaan Wisata (Y), sementara Fasilitas Penginapan (Z) tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada Keberlanjutan Pengelolaan Wisata (Y). Jalur mediasi juga tidak signifikan. Temuan ini menekankan perlunya fokus pada pengembangan daya tarik destinasi untuk mendukung keberlanjutan wisata, dengan rekomendasi untuk mengeksplorasi variabel tambahan dan pendekatan yang lebih mendalam dalam penelitian selanjutnya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of both partial and simultaneous job happiness and innovative work behavior on employee performance. This study’s sample number was 76 employees at the North Maluku Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analytical test tool uses SPSS version 27. The results of this study indicate that: (1) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) innovative work behavior positively and significantly affects employee performance. (3) work happiness and innovative work behavior together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Islamic work ethics on employee performance, with affective commitment as a mediating variable. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the study involved 165 employees from a total population of 279, selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The results indicate that Islamic work ethics have a positive and significant effect on both employee performance and affective commitment. Additionally, affective commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Affective commitment mediates the influence of Islamic work ethics on employee performance, suggesting that the implementation of Islamic work ethics can enhance both affective commitment and employee performance within an organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the impact of transformational leadership style and intrinsic motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of East Halmahera Regency. The total sample in this study consisted of 60 employees at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of East Halmahera Regency. The sample selection method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The analytical test tool used was path analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results of the study show: Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance has a positive and significant effect, Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance has a positive and significant effect, Transformational Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, Intrinsic Motivation on Job Satisfaction does not have a positive and significant effect, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance has a positive and significant effect, Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance in Mediation by Job Satisfaction has an influential and significant effect, Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance in Mediation by Job Satisfaction has no significant effect.
