PT. Kencana Andalan Nusanatara is one of the companies engaged in the development of oil palm. For the office of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara Medan itself is located on Jalan Cemara No.3, Medan. PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara Medan also has 42 employees. Decreased employee productivity causes employees to be unable to work effectively and efficiently in providing optimal work results to the company. Superiors are considered unable to make good decisions when needed by their subordinates and make subordinates have to spend time waiting for directions from superiors. Strict supervision and care in order to make employee expenses efficient makes it difficult for employees to work. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 42 employees with a sampling technique using a saturated sample. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of leadership style and facilities on the work productivity of employees of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara. While partially found leadership style variables have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara. Partially it was found that the facility variable had a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara. The results of this study indicate that the facility variable has more influence than the leadership style on the work productivity of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara.

Work discipline is defined as an attitude, behavior, and actions that are in accordance with the regulations of the organization in written or unwritten form. One of the factors that influence work discipline is punishment. Punishment or punishment is: to improve discipline and educate employees to comply with all company regulations. Other factors that influence employee work discipline are: organizational culture. Organizational culture can influence the behavior of members of the company to be disciplined. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of punishment and organizational culture on the work discipline of employees of PT. Charman Putra Interbuana. The research method used is a survey approach analysis method, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, the research method is carried out by questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The population is employees of PT. Charman Putra Interbuana. The sample in the study to be tested is 35 people. The data analysis technique used is the reliability validity test, the classical assumption test, the coefficient of determination (R2) test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that punishment and organizational culture simultaneously affect the work discipline of employees of PT Charman Putra Interbuana Medan. The punishment variable partially has a significant effect on work discipline, while organizational culture partially has no effect on work discipline. Punishment and organizational culture explain its influence on the work discipline of employees of PT. Charman Putra Interbuana with a coefficient of determination of 0.293 which means 29.3% and the remaining 70.7% is varied by other factors not examined such as motivation, compensation and others

Employees who have worked certainly have targets and goals, one of which is: realizing their career plans. The company is responsible for the continuity of the employee's career so that in this case the company also continues to make efforts to maintain productivity, effectiveness and efficiency, the efforts made by the company to ensure that employees maintain their qualifications according to the company's strategic planning. Employee work motivation is important to note because it is able to encourage employees to develop creativity and mobilize their abilities and efforts in order to achieve career plans and the job selection process must be carried out as well as possible in order to produce employees who have qualified skills and abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and selection on the career development of employees of PT. Harapan Jaya Pangan. The research method used is a survey approach analysis method, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, the research method is carried out by questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The population is employees of PT. Harapan Jaya Pangan. The sample in the study to be tested amounted to 66 people. The data analysis technique used is the reliability validity test, the classical assumption test, the coefficient of determination (R2) test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that motivation and selection simultaneously affect the career development of employees of PT. Harapan Jaya Pangan. The selection variable partially has a significant effect on career development while motivation partially has no effect on career development. motivation and selection explain their influence on the career development of employees of PT. Harapan Jaya Pangan with a coefficient of determination of 0.618, which means that 61.8% of career development variables can be explained by motivation and selection variables and the remaining 38.2% is varied by other factors not examined such as organizational culture, work discipline, job satisfaction and so on

PT. Citra Hannochs Niagaantara has the address at Jalan Attorney No. 5D, Medan which is engaged in selling Hannochs brand lamps. The company offers products such as: energy saving lamps, halogen, metal halide, LED lamps and various project lighting fixtures for civil works. The employee's workspace is considered to be still less comfortable for employees to carry out their work activities because employees feel that the workspace is too narrow so that employees are not free to work. Employees perceive that they accept many jobs at the same time. The process of implementing control within the company is considered to be still tight because in the company there are various systems and policies that must be obeyed by employees and some of these systems and policies make employees less comfortable at work. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 49 employees with a sampling technique using a saturated sample.Simultaneously there is a significant effect between the workload and work supervision variables on the work environment of PT. Citra Hannochs Niagantara. While partially found the workload variable has a significant effect on the work environment of employees of PT. Citra Hannochs Niagantara. Partially found work supervision variables have a significant effect on the work environment of employees of PT. Citra Hannochs Niagantara. The existence of demands in improving human resources requires a company to carry out several activities, the first activity that must be carried out is: recruitment. Position analysis is indeed very important in organizations to place people in a certain position or job. The recruitment system is also preceded by a job analysis to obtain information about job descriptions and position descriptions so that the type and number of human resources needed is in accordance with the needs and qualifications desired by the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of position analysis and job analysis on employee recruitment at PT. Aryateknik Makmursentosa Medan. The research method used is a survey approach analysis method, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, the research method is carried out by questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The population is employees of PT. Aryateknik Makmursentosa Medan. The sample in the study to be tested is 37 people. The data analysis technique used is the reliability validity test, the classical assumption test, the coefficient of determination (R2) test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially Position Analysis and Job Analysis have an effect on the recruitment of employees of PT. Aryateknik Makmursentosa Medan. Position Analysis and Job Analysis explain their influence on the recruitment of employees of PT. Aryateknik Makmursentosa Medan with a coefficient of determination of 0.521 which means that 52.1% of the recruitment variables can be explained by job analysis and job analysis variables and the remaining 47.9% is varied by other factors not examined such as: work performance, communication and so on. This research was conducted on employees who work at PT. Mega Wisata Tour & Travel. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of leadership and organizational commitment on employee work competencies. The population and sample in this study were found to be 32 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the work competence of employees of PT. Mega Wisata Tour & Travel. Partially, leadership has a positive and significant effect on the work competence of employees of PT. Mega Wisata Tour & Travel. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the work competence of employees of PT. Mega Wisata Tour & Travel. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the value of Adjusted R Square is: 0.265 means Leadership and Organizational Commitment is able to explain employee competence by 26.5% while the remaining 73.5% is determined by variables that are not studied such as: Training, Job Performance, Career Development, and etc. Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Commitment, and Employee Work Competence

Employee performance is very important in the company to achieve its goals, so various efforts are made to improve it. Employee performance is influenced by many factors such as work culture and employee job evaluation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work culture and work evaluation on employee performance at PT Larasindo Duta Persada Medan. The research method used is a survey approach analysis method, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, the research method is carried out by questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The population is employees of PT Larasindo Duta Persada Medan. The sample in the study to be tested is 45 people. The data analysis technique used is the reliability validity test, the classical assumption test, the coefficient of determination (R2) test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work culture and work evaluation affect the work performance of PT Larasindo Duta Persada Medan employees. The work culture variable partially has no effect on work performance, while the partial job evaluation has a significant effect on work performance. work culture and work evaluation explain its effect on employee performance at PT Larasindo Duta Persada Medan with a coefficient of determination of 0.230 which means that 23% of work performance variables can be explained by work culture and work evaluation variables and the remaining 77% is varied by other factors that are not researched such as organizational culture, job satisfaction and others

Work motivation is the main driver of employees to work optimally in achieving company goals. Providing good motivation will create enthusiasm for employees who will improve the performance of each employee. Many factors affect work motivation, including selection and placement. This study was to determine the effect of Job Selection and Placement on Employee Motivation at PT. Radja Angkut Indonesia both partially and simultaneously.This type of research is a quantitative descriptive method. The object of research in this study is the employees of PT. Radja Angkut Indonesia, amounting to 65 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique which means the population is the same as the sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis.The results showed that partially and simultaneously Job Selection and Placement had an effect on the Employee Motivation of PT. Radja Angkut Indonesia. Companies are advised to maintain or improve the selection process that has been going well by including a certificate/recommendation that remains one of the considerations for prospective workers. Employee placement should be based on academic achievement, employee experience, good physical and mental health, marital status, and age. Determination of these criteria, it is important for the company to get employees who are truly in accordance with the job description. With proper placement, work motivation is expected to increase so that company goals can be achieved.

This research was conducted at PT Everbright Binjai Branch. The aim of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of Product Innovation and Product Attributes on the Sales Level of PT Everbright Binjai Branch. The population is 126 customers, while the sample in this research is: 96 customers. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of the research is that simultaneously Product Innovation and Product Attributes have a positive and significant effect on the Sales Level of PT Everbright Binjai Branch. Partially, Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on the Sales Level of PT Everbright Binjai Branch. Partially, Product Attributes have a positive and significant effect on the Sales Level of PT Everbright Binjai Branch. The coefficient of determination seen from the Adjusted R Square value is: 0.435, meaning that product innovation and product attributes can explain the sales level by 43.5% and the remaining 56.5% is influenced by other variables outside of this research such as: service quality, sales promotion. , customer satisfaction and so on. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of individual characteristics and work competencies on the career development of employees at PT Financial Agency. The population and sample consist of 35 employees, and the sampling technique used is a census, meaning all employees were included as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies to ensure comprehensive and reliable information. The data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to assess the influence of both variables either partially or simultaneously on career development. The results indicate that individually, individual characteristics have a positive and significant impact on employee career development. This suggests that personal traits such as motivation, personality, and attitude play an important role in career advancement. Furthermore, work competencies also showed a positive and significant effect on career development when assessed independently. This reflects the importance of technical skills and abilities in supporting career growth. Simultaneously, both individual characteristics and work competencies have a positive and significant influence on career development, highlighting the crucial role these factors play in shaping career strategies at PT Financial Agency.
