Abstract

PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi is: a company that has been accredited and established since 1997 by providing a variety of baby products branded Dodo which is ISO 9002 certified so that it has products of international quality. Even though PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi has expanded to almost all regions in Indonesia, but for a company headquartered in Tanjung Morawa – Medan, North Sumatra. Various complaints about the workplace or an uncomfortable working atmosphere for employees while working. The company cannot commit to its employees where the company cannot keep its promises even though the employees have worked with all their heart. Employees are not driven to give the best or the most optimal for the company. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 447 employees with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula, obtained as many as 82 samples. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of organizational commitment and work motivation on the organizational climate of employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi. While partially found the variable organizational commitment has a significant effect on the organizational climate of employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi. Partially, it was found that the work motivation variable had a significant effect on the organizational climate of the employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi. The results of this study indicate that the variable of work motivation has more influence than organizational commitment on the organizational climate of employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi.

Abstract

Consumer purchasing decisions are not solely influenced by logical considerations, but also by emotional dimensions, personal experiences, and the quality of relationships established between consumers and companies. Stemming from this understanding, this research aims to delve deeper into the impact of consumer behavior and consumer loyalty on purchasing decisions, by introducing a more humanistic approach through the implementation of Human Resource Management (HRM) counseling services. In the context of this study, HRM counseling is defined as a crucial two-way communication bridge, facilitating companies to gain a more comprehensive and personal understanding of each customer's unique needs, concerns, and aspirations. This research adopts a quantitative methodology, involving 100 respondents who are active users of brand X products. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression to identify the relationships between variables. The analysis consistently shows that both consumer behavior and consumer loyalty have a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, a key finding of this study highlights that the integration of the HRM counseling approach provides substantial added value. This approach proves effective in building deep emotional closeness, increasing consumer trust, and proactively fostering long-term attachment between customers and companies. Therefore, the results of this study strongly affirm the imperative of developing empathy-based and relationship-oriented management strategies to achieve sustainable consumer loyalty amidst dynamic and competitive market conditions.

Abstract

This research is intended to know the influence of inflation, unemployment and poverty on income inequality in Indonesia. Population in this research is Indonesia and 24 of them were selected to be the samples for this research through purposive sampling technique. Estimates conducted by the multiple regression analysis. The data that were used in this study were secondary data, consisted of Inflation, Unemployment and Poverty on Income Inequality for the year 2000-2023. The results of this research, that Based on the partial test (t test), the Unemployment and Poverty have significant effect on the Income Inequality in Indonesia. Meanwhile the Inflation has not significant effect on the Income Inequality. Based on the simultan test (F test), Inflation, Unemployment and Poverty have a significant effect on the Income Inequality.

Abstract

Every company in implementing programs that are directed is always efficient to achieve the goals set. One way that works goals can be achieved by creating a comfortable work environment. The work environment is something that is around workers and can affect themselves in carrying out the tasks assigned. A poor work environment can reduce work morale and more time and do not support obtaining an efficient work system design. Many factors affect the work environment, including communication and motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Communication and Motivation on the Work Environment of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive method. The object of research is the employees of the Human Resources and Marketing division of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan, amounting to 56 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique which means the population is the same as the sample. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis, t-test, F test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that partially and simultaneously Communication and Motivation influenced the Work Environment of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. The company leadership is advised to maintain the communication process that has taken place so far, taking into account the background, character, attitude, and nature of the leadership and employees. In motivation, companies are advised to pay more attention to employee work motivation by allowing employees the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise, this can be done by providing learning opportunities for employees who have work performance.
