Abstract

Alat pengering adalah suatu alat yang dapat  memungkinkan terjadinya penguapan air ke udara karena perbedaan kandungan uap air antara bahan yang dikeringkan dengan udara di sekitarnya. Dalam dunia perindustrian, teknologi pengeringan terus berkembang sejalan dengan semakin beragamnya tuntutan dalam suatu proses produksi. Kecenderungan umum sekarang ini adalah produksi besar dengan variasi produk terbatas dengan memerlukan unit-unit produksi yang besar serta arus bahan yang berkelanjutan, sehingga dalam proses pengeringan, diperlukan dasar dari pengering industri. Pada proses pengeringan cepat dan tepat, luas tempat yang diperlukan minimum, buruh minimum, effisiensi setinggi mungkin, serta kualitas produksi terjamin. Dalam penelitian ini akan direncanakan suatu alat pengering tray yang akan digunakan untuk mengeringkan ampas tahu dengan memanfaatkan panas gas buang dari boiler. Pada perencanaan ini aspek yang diperhatikan adalah analisa termal, rancang bangun mekanik, serta rancang bangun produksi. Sehingga dari perencanaan ini diharapkan mampu menghasilkan suatu alat pengering yang baik dari segi termal serta relatif murah dari segi ekonomi. Kata Kunci: pengeringan, efisiensi, gas buang, alat pengering, thermal

Abstract

ABSTRAK Konsep diri adalah gambaran yang dimiliki seseorang tentang dirinya baik yang bersifat fisik, sosial, maupun psikologis. Konsep diri dapat bersifat positif maupun negatif. Positif maupun negatifnya konsep diri ditentukan oleh penilaian individu sendiri berdasarkan persepsi tentang bagaimana orang mempersepsikannya. Seseorang yang merasa dirinya diterima akan cenderung memiliki konsep diri yang positif dan sebaliknya, orang yang merasa dirinya ditolak akan cenderung memiliki konsep diri yang negatif dan konsep diri memiliki tiga dimensi, salah satu ialah pengetahuan tentang diri sendiri, biasanya hal ini menyangkut, hal-hal yang bersifat dasar, seperti: usia, jenis kelamin, agama, ras, dan sebagainya, termasuk latar belakang tempat tinggal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan konsep diri anak yang tinggal di panti asuhan ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa konsep diri anak ditinjau dari jenis kelamin laki-laki berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 65.3%, sedangkan anak perempuan berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 56.9%. Dalam pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling konselor bisa memberikan10 jenis layanan yang ada, yaitu: layanan orientasi, layannan informasi, layanan penempatan dan penyaluran, layanan penguasaan konten, layanan konseling individual, layanan bimbingan kelompok, layannan konseling kelompok, layanan mediasi, layanan konsultasi, dan layanan advokasi.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui PengaruhPengendalian Hama Penggulung Daun (Lamprosema Indicata) dengan menggunakan pestisida nabati terhadap beberapa varietas kacang kedelai. Penelitian Ini Dilaksanakan Di Lokasi Kelurahan Batang Ayuni Julu, Kecamatan Padangsidimpuan Utara, Kota Padangsidimpuan, Ketinggian Tempat 500 Meter Dari Permukaan Laut. Waktu Penelitian Dilaksanakan Bulan Februari 2018 Dan Penelitian Selesai Pada Bulan Juli 2018.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan dua faktor yaituFaktor Varietas Kedelaidisimbolkan (V) terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu V1, V2dan Faktor Pestisida Nabati disimbolkan (P) dengan 4 taraf yaitu P0,. P1, P2, dan P3.Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh  pemberian pestisida nabati dan perbandingan varietas memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata pada jumlah daun terserang, intensitas serangan dan persentase serangan pada hama ulat penggulung daun.. Dari hasil analisa secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara kedua perlakuan tidak berpengaruh yang nyata terhadap semua parameter yang diamati. Kata Kunci : Pestisida Nabati, Varietas Kedelai

Abstract

PT. Kencana Andalan Nusanatara is one of the companies engaged in the development of oil palm. For the office of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara Medan itself is located on Jalan Cemara No.3, Medan. PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara Medan also has 42 employees. Decreased employee productivity causes employees to be unable to work effectively and efficiently in providing optimal work results to the company. Superiors are considered unable to make good decisions when needed by their subordinates and make subordinates have to spend time waiting for directions from superiors. Strict supervision and care in order to make employee expenses efficient makes it difficult for employees to work. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 42 employees with a sampling technique using a saturated sample. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of leadership style and facilities on the work productivity of employees of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara. While partially found leadership style variables have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara. Partially it was found that the facility variable had a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara. The results of this study indicate that the facility variable has more influence than the leadership style on the work productivity of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara.

Abstract

PT. Hasana Makmur Sejati Jaya Medan is: a company engaged in the sale of glue. PT. Hasana Makmur Sejati Jaya itself is a distributor of Fox glue. Customer repurchase interest has decreased from year to year. The products offered by the company have not created a conversation that can create or create an impression in the minds of customers. The implementation of customer relationship strategies by companies to consumers is still lacking. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The research population that will be used in the study is all customers who buy from the company as many as 74 customers. Determination of the research sample using saturated sampling. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between word of mouth and CRM strategy on the repurchase intention of PT. Hasana Makmur Sejati Jaya. While partially found the variable word of mouth has a significant effect on the repurchase intention of PT. Hasana Makmur Sejati Jaya. Abstract

PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi is: a company that has been accredited and established since 1997 by providing a variety of baby products branded Dodo which is ISO 9002 certified so that it has products of international quality. Even though PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi has expanded to almost all regions in Indonesia, but for a company headquartered in Tanjung Morawa – Medan, North Sumatra. Various complaints about the workplace or an uncomfortable working atmosphere for employees while working. The company cannot commit to its employees where the company cannot keep its promises even though the employees have worked with all their heart. Employees are not driven to give the best or the most optimal for the company. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 447 employees with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula, obtained as many as 82 samples. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of organizational commitment and work motivation on the organizational climate of employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi. While partially found the variable organizational commitment has a significant effect on the organizational climate of employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi. Partially, it was found that the work motivation variable had a significant effect on the organizational climate of the employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi. The results of this study indicate that the variable of work motivation has more influence than organizational commitment on the organizational climate of employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi.

Abstract

PT. Primajaya Multi Technology is a company that was founded in 2006 in the city of Medan with an orientation towards IT products which is equipped with more than 13 years of experience in this field. The research population that will be used in the study is all employees who work at the company as many as 62 employees. With a population of only 62 people, the sample collection technique used a saturated sample.Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of intellectual intelligence and work skills on the work discipline of PT. Primajaya Multi Technology Medan. While partially found intellectual intelligence variables have a significant effect on the work discipline of employees of PT. Primajaya Multi Technology Medan. Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or disappointment experienced by a consumer both before making a purchase at the company, when these feelings arise after comparing the performance of the product he gets against his expectations so far for the product. Brand image is also a consumer's assessment of the brand offered in a market whose creation can be formed based on personal experiences obtained by consumers either through hearing the product's reputation or experiencing direct post-purchase on the product. The purchase decision is a stage in the decision-making process through a consideration where the individual carries out an evaluation of the various available options and decides on the best choice of a product from only a few. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The study used multiple linear regression analysis. The research scale used is a Likert scale. Partially, it was found that the variable of customer satisfaction had a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of PT. Alfa Scorpio, Bilal Medan Branch. Partially, the brand image variable has a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of PT. Alfa Scorpio, Bilal Medan Branch. Abstract

Brand trust is the desire of customers to trust and believe in a brand with the risks faced because expectations of the brand will lead to positive results. Service quality is an effort to fulfill customer desires and the accuracy of service delivery in order to meet customer expectations. Brand loyalty is a term in marketing to describe how strong a consumer's preference for a brand is when compared to other brands. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The research scale uses a Likert scale. Partial research results, brand trust has no effect on brand loyalty PT. Lion Express. Partially, service quality has an effect on brand loyalty of PT. Lion Express.
